• KINYA (2/5): 気持ち悪い - 従業員はしっかりしていたが、レセプションが予定時間よりも早く閉まるので、キッチンが使えないことが多かった。 また、外出中、用事で忙しいにもかかわらず、急に理由も言わずメールで戻ってこいと言われ、戻ったところ、他人のハムを盗んだ犯人にされていることがわかり本当に不快であった。ハンガリーのホームレスじゃねんだよ。お前らと違って食いもんなんか盗まねーよ。ましてハムなんか盗まねーよ。ばかか。 9号室に泊まっていたが、9号室の通り抜けに別の貸し出し部屋があり、その部屋が2週間の滞在中、ずっと売春婦に使われていており、夜昼構わず、男を連れ込み、ドアの開閉音や匂いがとにかく不快だった。またわざと9号室の入り口を閉めない、なぜなら外はクラブで爆音を流しているので、自分の行為を隠蔽するために、とにかく寝れなかった。レセプションにも注意してもらったが、まったく改善されず、むしろグルではないかと疑うレベルに不快であった。

• Claudia (5/5): - Fui con amigos, que reservaron por separado, y nos pusieron en la misma habitación. La chica que nos hizo el check-in muy sonriente, y el chico que estuvo haciendo las camas muy educado. Al entrar a la habitación, el olor era especialmente fuerte. He de decir que después de la primera noche, mejoró bastante. En general no es el lugar más limpio, las sábanas están para cambiar, encontramos pelo y un paquete de fiambre vacío.

The bathroom was almost always clean, and the reception staff were really kind and helpful, especially the Asian girl at the front desk, who stood out for her warmth and availability. There’s a pub downstairs with music, but it’s barely audible from the sleeping rooms, so it didn’t affect my rest at all. One downside is that a single bathroom for 8 people is simply not enough, especially during peak hours. Another issue was more related to hostel dynamics than the property itself: in shared accommodation, you can’t really choose who you end up sharing the space with. That said, this is part of hostel life rather than a reflection on the staff or the place. Overall, everything went smoothly and the team was lovely.

If you stay at the hostel you know that you are with other people in the same space like every other hostel so under these circumstances it was what i expected. If you ask for something in the reception they help you, every day they clean the rooms, it was better than i expected especially for the price.

• Kristóf (10/5): - Very kind and friendly staff. You get a code card type of thing to unlock the doors which is really easy and comfortable to use. At nighttime you sometimes have to show the card to the security at the pub to go in but they were friendly too. Its a nice and affordable hostel :)

• Katalin (1/5): Negatív - Semmi Télen voltam ott, amikor is a női szobában olyan hideg volt hogy szó szerint meglehetett fagyni kettő darab takaróval aludtunk. Amire a szobatársam reklamált hogy hideg van behoztak egy 1000 wattos kis s fürdőszobai hősugárzót amit körülbelül két-három óráig hagytak bekapcsolva a mondván sokat fogyaszt. Éjszaka bejárkáltak mindenféle férfiak és kivitték a hősugárzót. Abszolút nem ajánlom ezt a szállást. Két darab takaró alatt meg lehetett fagyni télen szó szerint fűtés nem volt nagyon egy pitiáner hostel. Az is előfordul nem egyszer hogy wc papír se volt a fürdőszobában, ahol szintén jéghideg volt a levegő. Senkinek nem ajánlom ráadásul sokszor előfordult hogy nem a kifizetett szobába helyeztek engem, hanem valami teljesen más szobába ahol a konyha felszereltsége nulla volt. se mikró, nem volt de még csak egy vízforraló sem negatív senkinek nem ajánlom. A recepció nyitvatartása össze-vissza amiről nincsen kiírva konkrét tájékoztatás van amikor délután öt órakor van amikor este 8:00-ig bezár van amikor éjszaka még beengednek vendégeket. Abszolút nem ajánlom. Egy nagyon incorrect simlis banda.
• Katalin (1/5): - Sokszor foglaltam mar ide kissebb nagyobb problémát torelaltam .Legutóbb husvetkor voltam 3 napot.nőies szobát foglaltam. egy olyan szobát kaptam amiben büdös volt és egy nő volt egy kutyájaval az agyban !! A kutya az ágyban evett az embernek szánt tányérból. továbbá a szobában pisilt. A kaja maradék és kupi körülötte. Lámpát nem.engedett felkapcsolbi. nappal aludt. éjjel fenn volt filmet nézett. Meg engem kertek meg ne foglaljunk oda többet.

Especially during day when party area is closed. This hostel is only made for party as the name says, which is good tho
• Katalin (1/5): - Semmi sem egyáltalán Megteszem a megfelelő lépéseket. Nem vagyok alkoholista, ahogy azt a recepciós "hölgy" állítja, sem nem vagyok büdös, nem vagyok koszos . A szobákban nézzen inkább körbe ami nem tükrözi a valóságot. Elméletileg úgy hirdetik magukat, hogy ez egy " buli bár " ahol mindenki iszik alkoholt és dohányzik, a kocsmában hajnali 4 óráig üvölt a zene, nem lehet aludni. Kikérem magamnak! Nem vagyon sem mentális beteg sem alkoholista, a jogi lépéseket megteszem. A hatóságok megkeresésére számíthat. Hazugság az egész amivel védekeznek. A személyzet a lepedő mosodában dohányzik és isszák titokban a sört. Ahol tilos elméletileg. Most telt be a pohár a rágalmazásából! Nem gondolja hogy nagyon messzire ment ? Nem baj, majd a hatóságok kivizsgálják. Átvetek folyamatosan. SOHA NEM AZT A SZOBÁT KAPTAM AMIT KIFIZETTEM! A képek magukért beszélnek. A meghirdetett szoba köszönő viszonyban sincs azzal amit kifizettem. Hazug, rossz társaság. Gyöngyi recepciós! Megvan a hívás lista feketén fehéren. Ahelyett hogy a magán életembe avatkozik és anyukámat is zaklatja telefonon, töltse ezt az időt inkább valami hasznossal, például sportolással Check kártyám volt, van be van kamerázva az egész folyosó, még ha akartam volna se tudtam volna senkit sem beengedni. És február óta nem voltam "büdös"? Az összes létező hatóságnál feljelentést teszek. Senkinek nem ajánlom. Szégyelljék magukat!!!! Ez már minden határon túl megy!

• Anna (4/5): L'hostel est fonctionnel mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à y trouver du confort. - Pour 11 euros la nuit, cela fonctionnait bien. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Et la douche était grande, même s'il n'y en a qu'une seule pour tout l'étage. En revanche pour 11euros il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose, l'hostel est situé dans un endroit miteux, au dessus d'un bar/boîte bruyant jusqu'à 4h du matin. L'ambiance générale de l'hostel est un peu glauque de part sa localisation. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles mais les draps sont vieillis, ne sentent pas le propre.

• Jan Marco (1/5): Katastrophe - Loch ohne Außenfenster - Das freundliche Personal Das Hostel war leider eine große Enttäuschung oder besser gesagt ein Entsetzen. Schon beim Betreten entsteht ein sehr unangenehmer Eindruck – die Atmosphäre wirkt eher fragwürdig als einladend und hat nichts mit einem typischen Hostel zu tun. Die Zimmer verfügen nicht über richtige Fenster nach außen, sondern sind lediglich zum Innenbereich ausgerichtet. Im gesamten Gebäude liegt dauerhaft ein starker Geruch nach Alkohol und Zigaretten in der Luft, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich belastet. Auch die Betten lassen stark zu wünschen übrig: instabil, mit sehr dünnen Matratzen, und sie quietschen bei jeder Bewegung, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken ist. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls unzureichend. Es gibt zwar eine Art Küchenbereich, jedoch fehlen grundlegende Geräte wie Wasserkocher oder Mikrowelle für die meisten Gäste. Einige wenige Zimmer scheinen besser ausgestattet zu sein, aber diese Bereiche sind nicht allgemein zugänglich. Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Besonders kritisch ist der Zustand des Gebäudes selbst: beschädigte Wände, bröckelnde Decken und sogar freiliegende Kabel vermitteln den Eindruck mangelnder Instandhaltung und stellen ein potenzielles Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Insgesamt macht die Unterkunft einen stark heruntergekommenen Eindruck und erfüllt aus meiner Sicht nicht die Mindeststandards eines Hostels. Abgesehen davon ist von 16-04 die Musik zu hören und somit schlafen fast unmöglich. Microwelle und Wasserkocher sind nur an der Rezeption von 09-18h zugänglich. Das bedeutet auch kein nutzbarer Gemeinschaftsbereich außerhalb der Zeiten. Badezimmer mit extrem lauten bzw defekten Lüfter der die Feuchtigkeit in die Zimmer abluftet.

Most már olyan messzire elmentek ,hogy anyámat is számon kérte a személyzet. Felhívták telefonon hogy mivel 3-as szintű Genius szinten vagyunk én ide többet nem foglalhatok, mert van más "jól fizető vendég". Felháborító! Messzire kerülendő koszfészek!

• Odei (5/5): Passable - The bathroom was clean The other people in the shared room were clearly in bad shape, problems with alcoholism and made for a bit of an uncomfortable environment at some points. Not drunk as in a party hostel where someone came to Budapest and are going out; more like someone clearly living at the hostel that has a big problem with drug addiction. At least 3 of the other 4 people in the room with us. And of course, the noise… I mean. It can’t be understated. Even with noise cancelling headphones your bed literally vibrates. But we were able to sleep anyway, that’s personal

At first they gave us the wrong room and didn’t seem to know what we were supposed to leave for deposit (they first wanted to take our IDs). They presumed to enter without knocking every morning and at one point left without closing behind them. When attempting to check-out in the morning ( about 20 minutes after 8, which is the stated checkout time) there was no one in reception. The curtains were also very bad, being to far from the window to actually prevent people looking in (the windows are pointed inwards to the hostel/apartment/club. It’s cheap and located well in the city. Suited for those who want a dance floor under their bed and don’t mind their privacy being disturbed every morning. I do not recommend this place

• Dominika (4/5): It was survivable, but sharing a bathroom with so many people who came back to the hostel a bit drunk was surely a chall - The staff was very nice, there's a lot of trams nearby, the bar downstairs is very cool!! The bathroom didn't have a hairdryer, it was rather messy, but that's probably not because of the bathroom itself but because of the other people not knowing how to leave it clean for others to use. The floor and carpet in the room were dirty and old, but the bed was fine.

• Tamási (1/5): - Semmi se. Átvertek. Női szobát foglaltunk, mire odaértem, közölte a recepciós nő, hogy ő miattam nem nyitja ki a női szobát hiába azt fizettük ki. Betett egy teljesen másik szobába, ahol egy kutya is volt. A kutya az ágyban aludt és oda pisilt. Mindezt félretéve, másnap reggel délelőtt 11 óra körül fel szerettem volna kapcsolni a lámpát hogy fel tudjak öltözni. Mire a prioritást élvező kutyás vendégük, felpattant azt ágyból, és rácsapott agresszíven a kezemre, hogy én nem kapcsolhatom fel a villanyt. Jeleztem a problémát, az volt a probléma megoldásuk hogy menjek be a vizes wc-be öltözni, mivel vizes volt a wc, adnak egy törülközőt. Utána mindenféle csúnya angol nyelvű szavakkal illetett meg a kutyás vendégük. Minden tiszta kosz, és kutyaszőrben úszik. Ha én kifizetek egy szobát, miért tesznek egy másik koszfészekbe szó szerint? Se telefontöltő nem volt az ágy mellett, se a konyhai felszerelés nem egyezett a kifizetett szobával. Átverés az egész. Amikor számlát szerettem volna kérni, a hostel vezetője nem akart adni. Azt mondta "Azt hiszed hogy majd ettől megrettenek?).Ezt a kijelentést nem tudom hová tenni, felháborító! Nem azt a szobát kaptam amire fizettünk. A fényképek és a hirdetés leírása nem tükrözi a valóságot.
• Tamási (1/5): - Semmi Április van, korábban márciusban voltam ott. Több mint 1 hónapja ott sem voltam. Lefoglaltunk egy női szobát. Délelőtt odamentem, megegyeztem a Recepción ülővel, hogy a 8-as Női szobát kérem, és ott kapok egy felső ágyat. Azt mondta most nem tudok bejelentkezni, jöjjek vissza 2 óra után BEJELENTKEZNI. 13:55 perckor ott voltam már, (még előbb is) amikor közli velem hogy a délelőtt megbeszél szoba elkelt. Mehetek a 10-es szobába. Az a kosz, az a büdös szag, azok a pollenek amiktől beteg lettem szörnyű látvány fogadott.Nem erről volt szó, nem a 10-es szobát beszéltük meg délelőtt. Végül lepakoltam, személyesen semmit nem mondott majd délután 5 óra után közli velem !Telefonon! Hogy mivel rám sok a panasz, ezért ki vagyok tiltva, és megfenyegetett, hogy még a Bookingnak is jelent. Személyesen egy szót se szólt. Amikor több mint 1 hónapja nem is voltam ott, kérdezem, milyen panaszOK többes számban gyűltek össze ellenem?! Amikor megkérdeztem hogy mondja el kikapcsolta a telefonját, letette. Érdemi választ nem tudott adni. Ilyen körülményekek még nem láttam. Ha oda mész egy kutyával alszol a kutya fekszik az ágyban és oda pisil. Ugyanabból a tányérból eszik a kutya a földről, ami a "Konyhába" van az embereknek. Felháborító! Villanyt délelőtt nem engednek kapcsolni. Olyan stílusban beszélnek az emberrel, ami megengedhetetlen. Engem a Gyöngyi nevű recepciós nő, konkrétan rágalmazott a telefonban. Hazugság. Amikor kérdeztem miféle panaszok gyűltek össze ellenem, ami miatt ki vagyok tiltva a hostelből, konkrétan nem tudott válaszolni rá, letette a telefont. Ez nem szállás, valami borzalmas szertár. A konyha pult felett tele volt parnakkal. Koszos kajamaradékos tányér a földön. A kutya át ágyba fejszik, oda vizel, azóta is folyik az orrom, ilyen büdös mocskos helyet nem láttam még. Villanyt nem olthatsz délelőtt.

• Lordson (1/5): Professionalism - not exist. - Just like in the previous times some staff are really great. I've just written a review and I was waiting in reception after I had checked out... The manager (I presume) confronted me about the review I've given them, and it was in a very rude way, (I mean in a terrible terrible way). They can't even accept the criticism in a professional way.
• Lordson (4/5): Based on luck - Some staff are just great. Depending on which room you get you'll be having an okay-ish time or worse time.
• Lordson (2/5): Prison experience center - This hostel is in good proximity to main streets and public transport. And few staff are really willing to help you. I'd say it's more like a prison rather than a hostel. The owners of that place treat you like you're staying for free. Kitchen facilities - not exist. Toilet facilities - it is not cleaned frequently. You know this place is loud and you think you'll be okay with it, but it's not that easy.
