- Denise (4/5): - Check-in should have been a clue about this hotel, it took 3 people to run a credit card The beds were made however the sheets looked like they had been slept in. The fridge had hair inside it. The toilet paper holder was broke and the shower was disgustingly dirty inside and out. There was also little bits of paper on the floor. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
- Rodney (2/5): - The had reserved two rooms, but as soon as we saw the conditions of the rooms we turned in our keys and left immediately. There were holes in the drywall in one of the rooms and in the other the controls on the AC unit were worn away and we could not get it to turn on. The carpet was threadbare multiple places. When we asked expedia for a refund, they quoted the hotel saying that what we were reporting was not true. The bottom line is that I did not feel safe having my family stay there. Stay clear of this property.

Arrived pretty run down hotel, just went straight to bed… two hours later woken up with all bedbugs bites all over me.. decided to take a shower before leaving, the bathtub had about two inches of water in it..went to the front desk and she said we can offer you the delux room for almost $200 a night.. true bait and switch … the lady tells me as if I should have know.. yeah we have bed bugs, and that they have a plumbing issue. The place should be closed down not operating. Really horrible

First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient.

I reserved a smoking room and got a non smoking with associate telling me” you should have gotten here earlier that’s the last room we have “. Checked in at 7:15pm Friday and had to check out at 2:30am because I had death in the family and had to drive back to Philadelphia. This hotel should be on hotels.com or any other site.

There was one small towel per person and we could receive another nor get it replaced the next day. There was less than a full roll of toilet paper, and we were told we would be charged for another roll! Overall, worst motel experience we have ever had!!

We only booked this room for one night and only because it was close to our destination the next morning. The staff seem as if they had an attitude when I checked in as well not very friendly. Overall the place is ran down shouldn’t even cost more than 40$ to book a room there in my opinion. From the chairs being dirty the actual bed having stains. The floor was absolutely disgusting wouldn’t recommend walking barefoot on whatsoever! The wall sockets are a joke good luck trying to plug anything in. Just horrible!!!

I am always worried about bedbugs so I inspected the beds only to find what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress. The condition of the building was deplorable. I did not stay the night. I used the restroom once and he we n I went to wash my hands, the soaps that were still wrapped were broken and had moisture inside the package. I was very disappointed that Expedia would even have such a hotel represented on their site. I was mortified.

- tammycH4244LO (2/5): DISGUSTING - Worst worst worst experience ever. We are here for doctors appointments at University Hospital in Cleveland. This hotel needs to be condemned. It was DISGUSTING. Didn’t even feel comfortable enough to change out of my clothes or touch anything. Stained comforter, complete bedding dirty and gross. Sticky brown yuck all over walls, heater, everywhere. Ceiling falling down over shower plus obvious mold. Should have slept in the car but this area didn’t seem safe to do that. Entire place smells like weed. If you aren’t sick you will be before you leave here. Never again. !!!!!!!!! Would rather sleep in a box or in my car next time. If you consider this place—-just don’t.

The bathroom had various stains & the sink did not drain. It was so bad I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. Also, I was in a non-smoking room but nonetheless there was a lingering smell of cigarettes & marijuana. Also, my room was freezing. Stay away from this hotel - the cheap price point isn't worth it.

We didn't want to turn on the AC because it was so nasty we didn't want the builup to be in the air. Damage all over the room. They did however have a refrigerator. Just not a microwave.

This place was where I would go if I was a writer and needed inspiration for a skid-row or crime-drama. Everything was just grimy and gnarly, from the air-conditioner, to the bathroom to the bedding. If this place caught fire it would be the best thing that could happen to it.

- Dream38727127911 (2/5): I WISH I WAS EXAGGERATING - DISGUSTING PLACE - This is THE WORST place I have ever stepped foot in. I did not have high expectations, but just needed a clean room and safe place to sleep. I did not expect a crime scene. No protectors on the mattresses, they were COVERED in filth, mold, stains, and blood. I only WISH I was exaggerating. NOTHING had been wiped down or washed. Even the towels were stained. The toilet was missing half the lid, the ceiling was about to cave in from what looked like water pooling in the drywall. The MOLD everywhere... plus the building smelled so foul of marijuana and cigarettes. The air conditioner was so filthy and packed with grime I doubt it even worked.

It was a literal nightmare. $140. To be there 20 minutes after driving 5 hours to get there and had to drive another hour to a different hotel. No money back unless I drove back to the hotel the day of my event which I wasn’t gonna make a 5 hour drive home 6. If you need a quick fix or somewhere to take ya “friend” this your place.

- Iryna (2/5): - This is an honest review, not out of hatred or disrespect. The hotel is very run-down, has not been updated for decades. I believe such properties should be condemned. The room we stayed in smelled like vomit and sewage, fruit flies everywhere. Bathroom floor was dirty and the whole bathroom was not cleaned at all. Everything was very old. The fridge was filthy as well. This place is a hazard to your health. I don't understand who and why allows such violations of human decency. Staff changed the fridge, but refused to move us to a better room. One of the worst hotels in the world we were unfortunate to stay at.

I went to the front desk and told them and asked for my money back. They told me I could have another room, I asked to inspect the other room first and they refused. I asked again for my money back and they refused. I asked them to give me a written statement saying I did not stay and they refused. They gave me a receipt that said I checked out the next day… completely false. DO NOT STAY HERE!
- Joshua (6/5): You get what you pay for. - I book at this motel purely to save money and I get what I paid for. I am thankful the rooms have refrigerator/freezers. And wifi, and HDMI-friendly TVs. This motel is very old and run down. Some rooms have broken toilet tissue holders and are not repaired. Room 204 has a broken shower faucet. I pointed it out weeks ago and was booked in the same room later, with no repair. Some rooms have cracked toilet covers or no toilet covers. An odd thing: each room has two sets of light switches: two at the door and 3 switches at the headboard of the bed. The switches in bed were a creative way to let one turn the lights on or off from bed, and one switch will even turn off the TV. But, the TV remote does the same thing, so the TV switch is obsolete. I have found odd things in the cabinet drawers, including a plastic slinky toy and a bag of muffin mix. The rooms are obviously not thoroughly cleaned between guests. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.

- Janie (4/5): One night stay - The lady who checked us in was very nice and we were told where we could go grab a bite to eat as it was after midnight. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable. Nice big TV with lots of channels. However, it needs to be really cleaned. Leftover beverage in fridge. Looked in the drawers and lots of crumbs. Towels were old and had some stains. Didn't use the shower, so don't know how the water pressure was. We stayed for one night. Went to concert a in Cleveland and since it was April 8th the eclipse was going on and all the area hotels had jacked up their rates. But I found this one. It served it's purpose. We had a room we didn't have to pay an outragous price for and we really only needed it to sleep.

- dewayneh307 (2/5): BED BUGS BEWARE 🪳 - Me and my wife got a room at the economy inn in North randall ohio on February 6, 2023 when we returned from Arby's I sat at the corner of the bed while my wife sat in the chair they had. After about 20 min my wife noticed something crawling on the bed and immediately screamed for me to get up. That's when I noticed a BED BUG on the mattress. She immediately took pics and went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very prejudice and refused to return our money or switch our room. She was very unprofessional and rude. Then told me she would no longer talk to me because my wife name was on the room and not mine. She also stated that she was not going to contact management because it was late and their "sleep". My wife was freaking out all night and we didn't even sleep. If we had somewhere else to go that we could afford we would have but she refused to give us a refund which was our last bit of money. Also the electric wall cover plates are coming out the wall the lights flicker on and off, there was hair from previous guest every where in the bathroom including in the towels. The mini fridge had old food from previous guest still in the fridge smh

The attendant brought me two rags and a hand towel, but no big towels. She did not have a key to the linen room. I mean, c'mon...at least have wash rags and towels and no iron. - Stracy (2/5): - My Room was supposed to be a Non-Smoking Room. Instead, the hallway and my room reeked of smoke. The Comforter on the bed was visibly dirty with stains and had 2 cigarette burns in it. When I told the front desk about the room they said I should not be complaining. They said that there was no other comparable room available and that did not have extra bedding to change my bedding out. When Expedia reached out to them about the situation they declined my refund even though the room was uninhabitable for me as a nonsmoker. The surrounding area of the hotel was sketchy as well. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They get zero stars from me.

- Lauren (6/5): Bad Neighborhood. - Uber driver told us that this is a bad neighborhood of Cleveland and not to go out at night- so that’s how our trip started. The building smells like marijuana even in the non smoking building. Cluttered and small front lobby, burn holes in the blankets, no microwave, no hairdryer, iron, usb outlets. Lamp shades broken. Fan/air in room sounds like it's about to break, electrical outlet behind the headboard in between the posts, that looks like an electrical/fire hazard. Bed is uncomfortable/hard. Front office staff was rude to my husband when he asked for an extra pillow at 6pm, apparently housekeeping locks them up and the managers don't have a key? I call BS. The following day the lady was much nicer, and told me housekeeping leaves at 2, so the following day I caught the house keeper in the hallway asking for an extra pillow (I have a torn hip labrum so this helps me sleep) and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and then made it seem like it was going to take an act of God to get me one. After telling me she would bring one by the room- she never showed. However, for the most part it's clean, so not terrible for 60$ a night. However I won't be staying here again if we come back to Cleveland.
