Colazione ricca e abbondante. La vista dalla camera e dal terrazzo sul golfo di Napoli con i fuochi d’artificio dal mare della Marina Piccola sono stati spettacolari. Siamo stati molto felici di aver soggiornato in questo hotel conosciuto casualmente online. La vasca aveva dei capelli residui e la federa del cuscino aveva delle macchie tipo di ruggine.

Pagué lo más top pero habían cosas viejas, puerta rota, las señoras del aseo entrarón por una puerta que no era permitira y yo habia puesto el panfleto de NO ENTRAR, no me pusieron las rosas con el letrero de luna de miel, pisos un poco sucios, la terraza del segundo piso sucia.

Staff were helpful, responsive and friendly. The location was exceptional with beautiful sea views and pleasant grounds with abundant greenery. Robes in the rooms to go with slippers would have been appreciated, especially for making the most of the terrace.

O hotel é pequeno e sem muitos hóspedes, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã é um destaque. Como mencionado na descrição não há estacionamento no hotel, mas existem opções no entorno. Das opções, uma é bem na frente, porém o preço na alta temporada foi de 51 euros por 24hrs. Encontramos outro estacionamento nos arredores que a diária foi de 25 euros.

We stayed at the garden suite room called Sofia and it was decent size. The property has terrance that overlook the water and also have steps to get down to the port if you are up for it. They also offer to take guests to take port with their golf cart if there are drivers. Breakfast was excellent. We feel like we were treated so well. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. It is less than 10 mins walk to the Piazza Tasso and so many shopping. We cannot say enough about this place. I definitely would stay here. Highly recommend.

The breakfast area is a bit dated- the upstairs is beautiful with lovely tables etc where as downstairs has event style tables and doesn’t look as nice

- Maria (10/5): - We cannot say enough great things about Villa Silvana! The place and views are beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is exceptional, and the location in Sorrento is perfect! We stayed in the top king suite (Ginevra room) for 4 days on our honeymoon and it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The 2-story suite included a hot tub, two terraces, an entire living room with a TV, a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, and plenty of closet space. The views over the water are so stunning, especially at sunset. Every time when we would order drinks at their bar, the staff always offered to bring it up to our room, including some snacks as well. Aside from our suite, there are two more terraces from the main floors of the villa, one on the first level by the bar, and one in the sub-level where the dining room is. Breakfast was served every morning in the dining room, which included a ton of food at our table. There were cured meats and cheeses, breads, jams, pastries, fruit, yogurts, eggs, and coffees and freshly squeezed orange juice. The villa itself has some grounds you can walk around, including a citrus grove off to the side, and stairs that lead down the cliffside all the way down to Marina Piccola. The location was also close to everything, being a 5 minute walk from the train station, as well as the center of town. If you are on the fence about booking this place, just do it as you will not be disappointed!

We arrived to Sorrento from Naples for our honeymoon and upon arrival were treated with the kindest service and a welcome drink. Our room, and the property overall, was stunning. We also appreciate how close the property was to the bus/shuttle pick up across the street and the train station. 100% would recommend anyone, especially couples, to stay here!
- Hui (10/5): Fantastic stay in a perfect location - The location and the view are just magnificent. Just a few minutes walk away from the historic center. We stayed in the top floor suite and the view from the huge terrace is stunning. Breakfast is rich and delicious. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk even gave us a ride to the ferry port in the golf cart. No on-site parking, but the off-site valet parking worked for us.

- Julie (10/5): - This was such a fantastic property. It was beautiful and a grand experience walking up the palm tree lined mosaic driveway. Entering inside, we were met with very distinguished furnishings, set in a modern decor. We were offered drinks (not complementary) and snacks (complementary) and sat out on the patio while they checked us in. We booked the room with a terrace, the Catarina room. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The terrace was also beautiful with lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and a large space to hang out. Bathroom was also gorgeous and had access to the terrace. One thing to mention is that there was no glass shower door or partition to keep the water from spilling out, so we did have to ask for extra towels to soak up the water. But the water pressure was great and the water was nice and hot. Location was also ideal. It’s a quick 5 min walk around the block to the main square. Also a quick walk (but down some really steep stairs by the Tasso Square to get to the marina where the boats/ferries go out of. Note this is different from the Grande Marina which is another place where the small boats dock. Breakfast downstairs was amazing. You have your own mini buffet at your table offering mini tea sandwiches, 3 tiered tray of pastries, yogurt, fruit, deli and cheese plate, variety of bread, and a menu for eggs, pancakes, etc. This was such a beautiful small property (I think 6 rooms total?) and the staff were so nice and helpful.

They helped us with dinner reservations, making plans, and even ran our passports to the train station when they saw we left them in the safe. - Armand (10/5): - We had the bungalow way down the steps, it was very nice! Very private as well. I can’t say more good things about the staff! They took excellent care of us and above our needs and wants!
- Anthony (10/5): - Villa Silvana Relias was an amazing property. The views were breath taking and the service was top notch. The breakfasts were abundant and delicious. The hotel is quiet and secluded in a very busy area of Sorrento. The location is great to get to the main square quickly. Highly recommend this location and hope to visit again in the future.
- Rusi (10/5): Excellent place to stay - The location and the villa setting are great. The terrance overlooking the bay and the volcano is really nice. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist and make your stay as pleasant as possible. They even faciltated an earlier than normal breakfast for us since we had to re-schedule some of our plans. The villa is close to the city centre and has a direct link to the harbour which is a plus. If I happen to go to Sorrento again, I will definitely book a room in the villa.
- Tristan (10/5): The highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy and Greece. - Everything was 5 star from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Michelle and the team were top class. This place is in a brilliant location only 200m from the madness of the township. It also has stairs leading to the marina which were very handy. The breakfast each morning was perfect and cocktails on the balcony to die for. You couldn't ask for better given the cost.
- Amber (10/5): - We stayed in the Libia villa. The stairs were well worth the view, the room, the privacy & the terrace. The entire property is lush and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Great location. I cannot recommend Villa Silvana enough.
- Amir (10/5): Amazing stay - Very pleasant stay at a great hotel. We had an excellent room, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and the seaside view were amazing! The staff is very friendly, especially the owner! It was difficult to get the right options in the shower, couldn't figure out how to use the rain shower.
- Hollee (6/5): Super disappointed - Property is very pretty and in a good location. They sent a golf cart down to the ferry docks which was nice. I was excited to relax after two weeks of traveling. Breakfast was good. We got into the room and there wasnt toilet paper. My husband had to go get some. I went to take a shower and the overhead shower was broken, there wasn't shampoo, and the water was luke warm. I pulled a string thinking it might do something but it was the emergency string. Had to get out and call the front desk to tell them. WHile in a towel, they came to basically tell me I had no idea what I was doing. They asked me to try all these things and then finally realized it was broken. THe string was also broken so thank goodness it wasn't an emergency. Gave up and decided we would chill and watch tv, no remote. Called the staff again and nobody answered. Went out to the lobby and told the staff and they said they would bring one. After 10:30, we went back out and said never mind. They said, "Oh yeah, we couldn't find one." THe whole experince was terrible and I can't believe I paid over 300 for that hotel. No offer to reduce the rate or make up for it in some way. To add insult to injury, we left and I went to the bathroom in their hotel lobby bathroom. Washed my hands and there was nothing to dry them off. Our 100 one night stay in Naples was so much better, as far as facility.
- Tami (10/5): Excellent! - The breakfast was fabulous. The wait staff was excellent. The hotel provided many pastry/bread options as well as your choice of eggs or protein. We were very pleased. The view was beautiful. We could see the sea from our bed. Much better than we ever expected. Nothing!

The staff made this in to an experience rather than just a “stay at a hotel” and that’s what made the trip so beautiful. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at because of everything listed above. Also.. the breakfast is amazing!
- YANA (10/5): - The most amazing property we have ever visited and stayed. The hotel, the room, the staff and surroundings were just enchanting. The room was spacious and gorgeous, but the VIEW is everything. Caterina was the loveliest host. I wish we could stay there longer. Sorrento and Villa Silvana stole my heart. This will be the only hotel i will stay when we come back to Sorrento!
- Peymon (8/5): - We stayed one night as part of our honeymoon trip, and the staff was kind enough to upgrade our room. They gave us a warm welcome and treated us to tasty drinks and snacks. The villa is very continently located to the city center, close to shopping and dining. The staff was very nice, but they need more people working there, especially during the breakfast service. There was only one staff member waiting on 4-5 tables, so it took a while to get breakfast and attention. This could have been because they were busy prepping for a wedding that day, which is understandable. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the sea! Upon entering, we did find that our sheets had stains and our pillowcases were ripped and had to have the staff replace them. They were very apologetic and replaced them right away. The next day, the manager offered us a ride to the ferry terminal and also apologized again, which we really appreciated.

- Traci (10/5): - We absolutely loved Villa Silvana Sorrento — our entire experience was been magical! ✨ This charming villa is very private and used to be the owner’s childhood home. We were transported (with our luggage from the train station) in a golf cart, and greeted upon arrival by the owner. He personally drove us down to the marina with all our luggage upon checkout. IWe are already planning our next trip back here to stay longer!

- Pedro Fernando (10/5): - Beautiful place with a small number of units which made it feel like home with an amazing sea view. Very nicely decorated, and our room was very spacious with two Juliet balconies. The breakfast was big with many things to eat, and the view from the breakfast was breathtaking with Mount Vesuvius and the bay! The staff and particularly the owner, Dino was very helpful, including dropping us off and picking us up on their golf cart when we needed it. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family, and hopefully come back in the future.

We were able to leave our bags at the property both ahead of check in, and after check out before leaving the city. Whether you have a sea view room or not, you have access to a terrace with an amazing view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Napoli.
