• Sarah (9/5): It was brilliant ! - Staff were all friendly and very helpful! It’s my third time at the hotel, love it every time. Previously, we stayed in the hotel itself but the apartments at Villa Malo More are brilliant! Loved having the kitchen and a fabulous balcony. Couldn’t fault it. The pool is freezing, which we knew and expected for October but just wish it would’ve been heated.

• Stewart (10/5): Hotel Villa More - Lovely room in the adjoining Villa with a pool shared by only a few people staying in the Villa. Its location built into a cliff makes getting about the different buildings a challenge but that’s just an interesting quirk! Cave bar is fabulous. Food not as good as it should be for the price.

• Vinay (10/5): Wonderful property! - Lovely rooms and restaurants overlooking the sea. Direct access to a nice promenade. Not much to not like. If I had to nitpick it would be nice to have a live egg/omelette station at breakfast.
• Joan (8/5): Very good - The pool for the villas was really nice, with a great view. I felt it was not clear when booking that the hotel is adult only. If I had known I would have stayed in a hotel with facilities for a family. The villas felt very disconnected from the hotel and it was not clear if the adults were still able to use the hotel facilities, so we didn’t bother. The hotel breakfast was great and we ate in the restaurants which were very good also. Just not sure the present set up works well for a family stay.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful There weren’t enough sun loungers by the apartment pool and the area isn’t quite large enough to fit any more

• Mahesh (10/5): - Fantastic location with clear blue Adriatic views. Pool is great to spend some time in if you don’t want to swim. Plenty of food options nearby for lunch and dinner including the hotels own restaurants. Highlight is the cave bar and breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

• Gail (10/5): - Amazing hotel!! Phenomenal views everywhere. Cave Bar is so cool it’s surreal. The outdoor loungers directly above the Adriatic Sea with a ladder down into the sea and bar and food service to your lounger were perfection!!

• Neil (6/5): - Villa Malo More is a stunning facility in a beautiful place and I would recommend the area to anyone. The service we received at check in was nothing short of disgraceful with the gentleman involved very in dealing with our issue extremely condescending. We would return immediately to Lapad though would seek alternative accommodation next time.

Gym was good too There was a sauna at the villa however was not functioning. There was jacuzzi at the pool however water was not hot and only 2 pumps were working and were timed by the hotel The bottle of Conditioner and shower gel were empty when we arrived in one of the toilet There was one bottle of complimentary water for 4 of us for the whole stay ?!?!
• Walter (8/5): Very good - The location and the view of the open sea are impressive. Very friendly reception staff. Excellent breakfast – 10 out of 10. In need of renovation, very unfriendly service staff, very poor room service, high restaurant prices and barely any food on the plate.
• Dario (10/5): Best stay in Dubrovnik - Beautiful hotel with comfortable and large apartments, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and restaurants. Cave bar is something special! Location on the promenade is perfect for the family. It would be great to have a direct connection between the apartments and the main hotel building. Currently, there is a small part where you need to walk on the road. Parking places are too narrow, if you park on two consecutive spots and stay within the lines you can’t open the car doors.

Staff very helpful and there was a gorgeous breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

• Vicki (8/5): Amazing location, walkable to both sunset and sunrise beaches with breathtaking views of the coast. - The view was absolutely spectacular. We stayed in a a that looked out over the pool as well as the stunning coast. The property was spacious for 5 ladies, the double beds were massive and soooo comfortable. We also had breakfast included which included a buffet as well as alcarte options. The mimosas were also sublime every morning! It was a bit of a maze to be honest. There were certain lifts for areas of the property but it also led to funny times including lift selfies!! 🤣

• Sungka (7/5): Did not feel 5-star. Without the location it would be a 3-star at best - Facility: I didn’t realize it was a 5-star hotel until I saw the sign on my last day. It didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. The main door leading to our Villa area stayed unlocked for the public. Many doors were unlocked on the facility for the public. My wife was followed by an older man in the facility. Overall, it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Gym was subpar. Jacuzzi in basement was nice. Pools were extremely cold compared to the sea. Cave bar is gimmicky but cool. Prices: food from the restaurants and activities were extremely overpriced. Staff: My family and I was called Chinamen by a guest in front of the reception staff but nothing was said and done by the staff. They completely ignored it and did nothing to ease our minds when we brought it to their attention. This occurred while we came in to leave a tip for house keeping. Breakfast staff was Amazing and Ivan was awesome. Location: Had an amazing view from the villa. Overall, overpriced and very limited amenities for families. Looks like they don’t want children under 14 during peak season as well

Breakfast is wonderful and the bars and restaurants are also great Everything was great, if we're being picky the swimming pools could have been a bit warmer!

The fresh squeezed orange juice and juice bar were a big hit. The location was great and the view was breathtaking. It was a great way to start each day. The coffee machine was a bit slow but it wasn't that big of a deal.

• Jenny (10/5): - A great hotel built into the rocks with a stunning cave bar & direct access to the sea. We stayed in an apartment that had a pool for limited guests which was also great. A quick walk along the walkway took you into a strip where shopping was possible & cafes / bars. Much quieter & more unusual than the other resorts and very central. I would thoroughly recommend.

• Mel (10/5): Loved our family vacation at Villa Malo More!! - My family and I stayed in one of the Villas and it was amazing! The room and view were wonderful! It was so fun swimming in the pool and we really enjoyed swimming in the sea by Cave Bar. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Restaurant More. We had such a great time we didn't want to leave! The elevators were a bit confusing to get to the restaurants, bar and sea but we figured it out after a few tries:)

Road access for breakfast in the hotel next door.

The proximity to the beach was excellent and short taxi or Uber ride to old town. we also ate at the restaurant. The food was excellent, and the view from the restaurant was also amazing. Nothing, everything was great!

• Angela (5/5): Overall, disappointing. Being a 5 star hotel and having paid a decent amount of money for this accommodation, I expected - Great view from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Firstly, You needed to access a totally separate building to be able to exit onto the main walking section of the city / the restaurant for daily breakfast. Extremely inconvenient. Secondly, the decor in the room is definitely not worthy of a 5 star ranking. Thirdly, there were stains on the carpet (rug) beneath the fold out couch which was disappointing to see. Additionally, the sink in the kitchen and one of the chairs was also stained. Shocking for 5-star accomodation.

• Alexei (10/5): - Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great value for your money - perfect location, spacious suite, astonishing view from the patio, excellent service. Even cold Prosecco with the breakfast buffet. We did not eat in the restaurants but we enjoyed the cave bar, probably the coolest place in Dubrovnik. It’s located in a real cave with stalactites and features an impressive list of signature cocktails. If anything I would put more equipment in the gym, but I think I was the only one using it :-) I highly recommend this place!

• George (10/5): This is the best place to stay in Dubrovnik - Fantastic villa with large rooms and spacious living area. Attached to hotel so all the benefits of hotel (2 restaurants, gym, cave bar, etc). Plus our own pool for the 6 apartments. Bus stop a bit of a walk but Uber works great. Would stay here every time we visit.

• Georgette (8/5): It was an experience and enjoyed the natural beauty of the hotel location. - The location of the breakfast was very beautiful. There wasn’t clear option or choice for people with allergies. Like favism, cielic, and lactose in tolerance. Quality of the food wasn’t appropriate for 5 star hotel. Not to use frozen ingredients. Having more option and more selection of food for people who has allergies. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom are very hard to operate by people with arthritis.
