• Lea (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt - Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Ich kam gut in die Wohnung rein. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche hätte man nutzen können. Die Betten sind schön groß. Ich bin einfach persönlich lichtempfindlich beim Schlafen. Die Vorhänge sind sehr hell und ab 6Uhr war ich daher wach, da diese nicht gut abdunkeln und zudem Licht durch die Glastür zur Küche kommt. Außerdem müssen die Handtücher mal getauscht werden oder anders gewaschen werden, da diese total "krümelten". Nach dem Abtrocknen war ich voller schwarzer Fussel der Handtücher.

• Robert (7/5): - Prima voor een overnachting. Parkeerplek was even zoeken maar wel redelijk dichtbij gevonden. Aldi zat om de hoek en restaurants op kwartiertje lopen. Het is geen wijk waar we s avonds rond zouden lopen maar wel prima

• Jens (7/5): - Die Lage war zentral und sehr ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es, wenn man etwas Glück hat direkt vor der Haustür. Check In über Code war praktisch. Für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Netter kleiner Bäcker in der Nähe. Die Küche ist etwas dunkel, kleiner Kühlschrank.

• Katharina (8/5): Top Lage, ausreichender Komfort - Die Unterkunft liegt 5min vom Bahnhof Neuss entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es 2 11kW Ladeparkplätze. In der Seitenstraße kann man auch ohne Zeitbegrenzung kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sogar Flächendesinfektionsmittel stand bereit. Die Küche ist ausreichendausgestattet und auch kochen wäre auf 2 Platten möglich. Es gab Flyer zu Attraktionen der Umgebung. Die Matratzen sind leider eher unbequem. Die Gardinen verdunkeln nicht, da mittig die Tagesgardine dazwischen ist. Das Fenster in der Küche lässt sich nicht öffnen, sodass Essensgeruch ins Schlafzimmer zieht. Es gibt weder Abtropfständer noch Abtropffläche in der Küche und das eine Geschirrhandtuch tocknet nicht. Wir mussten eines der Duschhandtücher nutzen.

• Gran (10/5): Удобно, чисто, ключи в сейфе с кодом - Очень мягкие кровати! Отлично выспались! Рядом вокзал и магазины, чуть дальше парк, сам район тихий и уютный! Есть места для парковки. Оставили один кусочек туалетной бумаги. Не было сахара и соли.

• Ibrahim (10/5): Super Und Empfehlenswert - Eine wirklich super Unterkunft: schön groß, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, sobald man ankommt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – alles ist gut erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert! /

Fernseher war nicht gut zu bedienen. Keine Anleitung :( Badewannenablauf hat etwas unangenehm gerochen. Vorhänge und Gadinen auf derselben Stange. Zum Verdunkeln nicht einfach zu handhaben. Die angegebene Telefonnummer auf der Booking.com Buchung war nicht zu erreichen. Bekam am Morgen der Anreise eine E-Mail mit dem Code für die Schlüsselbox. Hat alles funktioniert.

• Karin (6/5): Für eine Nacht okay. - Die Lage war gut, da nahe beim Bahnhof. Man kann nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen, da es keine Gitter davor hat und die Wohnung ebenerdig zum Gehweg liegt. Die Wohnung hat einen Kellergeruch.

• Anna (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz okay. Bahnhof und Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar, Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt - Separater Eingang; große Betten; gutes WLAN; ziemlich ruhige Umgebung dafür, dass die Wohnung so zentral liegt. In der Küche gibt es keine Abzugshaube und keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Es roch in der Wohnung nach feuchtem Keller, so dass man die ganze Zeit einen Ventilator einschalten musste, und auch das half nur bedingt. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hatte keine Auslaufdüse, so dass das Wasser mit starkem Druck überallhin spritzt.

• Abanoub (8/5): Very good - The place has a great location just 4 mins from Neuss main station and around 20-30 minutes from Düsseldorf main station. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was a great help. We could get an "early" check-in 1 hour earlier than the time mentioned. It also has a smart TV in the bedroom. The early check-out at 10 am is a bit stressful.

• Tania (4/5): Disappointing - Close to train station and town. Noisy. Close to front door can hear people till late at night. No toilet paper or tea and coffee. Duvets too small for bed.
• Jana (9/5): Awesome value for money - A huge space with more facilities than we needed, a well-connected location, quick check-in, a friendly host who gave us a great tip for a local restaurant, clean, comfortable, no problems with Wi-Fi and a great option for business travellers who will find there also a desk to work from and a fully equipped kitchen. We were more than happy with our one-night stay as we had a flight early in the morning from DUS. The property has a good connection to the airport, although it might be a bit further from the centre for people whose main goal is to visit the city. A couple of tea bags or an instant coffee in the kitchen would make this place a definite 10.
