• Megan (10/5): - Beautiful grounds and building. Dinner was flavourful and breakfast had good variety. As a working convent, don’t expect sumptuous dining hall or rooms, but a unique experience all around.

• Johan (4/5): - Bra för en god och tyst natts sömn. Var dock inte riktigt beredd på känslan av äldreboende som fanns över lokaler och korridorer. Byggnaderna är fantastiska så lite renovering invändigt hade behövts.
• Lene Marie (8/5): - Hotellet er et gammelt kloster, nogle flotte bygninger. Det er meget simpelt, ingen luksus. Det var dog rent og roligt og sengen var komfortabel at sove i. Det var mulighed for at åbne vinduet og få frisk luft ind. Morgenmaden var ret kedelig, men inkluderet. Helt fint hvis man bare behøver et sted at sove.

• Sevilay (10/5): - Oda her türlü ayrıntı düşünülmüştü. Gerek temizlik gerek güler yüzlü olmaları çok güzeldi . Eski bir manastır olan otel yapısı da o kadar güzeldi ki resmen dönem ruhunu yasatıyordu. Şehre biraz uzak olması özel araç olmadan zorlayacaktır.
• Iris Argentina (8/5): Para is a Estrasburgo algo retirado. - Estancia agradable. Un lugar para descansar y estar tranquilo. Para ir a Estrasburgo queda algo retirado aún así nos ha gustado. Creo que deberían mejorar el desayuno ya que no había variedad. Y me parece muy pronto la hora del Check out las 10 de la mañana. Aunque en mi caso de hoy no tuve problemas. El entorno es muy bonito y lástima no haber podido pasear más por allí.

• Pascale (8/5): Beau séjour - Calme et nature pour nous ressourcer. Accueil et gentillesse du personnel.Chambre familiale agréable seul bémol la literie un peu inconfortable mais pour 2 nuits ce fut supportable.
• Kyle (2/5): Meh - We arrived late after the office closed. They emailed me to tell me they were closed and my key would be in my unlocked room. I had no other instructions provided. Upon arriving, there was a gate to the compound and no one would answer the phone. Eventually, I gained access to the property to find that I also needed another code to get in the building. After an hour, a random person walking around gave me the code. The room was an old seminary dormitory and was extremely basic.

• Mark (10/5): - What a find - a hotel in a working convent that used to be a palace! Breakfast nice, dinner excellent. Good choice of wines and beer. Room spotlessly clean, nice size. Grounds beautifully kept. Lovely long walking trails in the woods behind the convent. Plenty of safe parking. Very tranquil, absolutely top class, and at a very fair price. This is the second time I have stayed there, and will do so again.
• Michael (10/5): - Ce que m'a convaincu c'est la simplicité de l'offre. Offrir une chambre avec de bonne meubles en bois, qui étaient simples et moderne ( et comfortable ) sans extra-chique comme on le voit souvent ( parcqu'on pense que certaines choses sont à la mode ). J'étais bien content.

• GA (4/5): Why do people give this place a 9? - I booked two rooms for three nights because it included breakfast and parking space (and had a 9.0 as grade) to accommodate our visit to the Alsace region. Dislikes: - No service, no cleaning of room or refill of amenities for 3 nights. (Dear staff: Covid-19 pandemic has ended). It is also did not mention it during booking that there is no cleaning service at all. - Breakfast, is all you can eat, but very basic. Slices of cake was only for the nuns, not for the paying guests. :-( - Although the room and bathroom have been brought to this century, it is all very basic. - Our room’s (14) bathroom had a very bad smell from the shower drain. Needed to cover it with a towel. - No extras, e.g. one TV is in a shared common area for all the guests. No fridge, no water cooker, no coffee machine, no hair dryer in the room, but you can share one with the rest of the guests. - No airconditioning. - No mosquito/fly frames in windows. Likes: - The staff was friendly and provided checkin details as we would be arriving late. - Spacious clean rooms and common areas. Conclusion: I don’t understand why other guests gave this place a 9. I think it is worth a 6 and it is just a 2-star hotel.

Bonne qualité de restauration temps pour le service que pour la qualité des produits. Dommage que les chèques-vacances ne soient pas acceptés en règlement de l'hôtel ou de la restauration.
• Daniel (10/5): A beautifully clean hotel in peaceful surroundings - A peaceful retreat in a beautiful medieval village. Great French cuisine in the hotel and surrounding restaurants. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. A great base for hiking in the surrounding forest.

• Marion (10/5): Minimalistisch perfekt! - Für Minimalisten perfekt. Nur das vorhanden was man wiklich braucht. Kein unnützer Dekoschnickschnack. Zimmer und Bad perfekt sauber. Alles funktioniert. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Frühstück nicht ganz so üppig wie im 5 Sterne Hotel aber lecker und ausreichend. Abendessen sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Einzelzimmer ist das Bett sehr schmal. Maximal 90 cm. Obwohl genügend Platz vorhanden ist für ein etwas breiteres Bett.

• Philippe (10/5): Vosges du Nord - Très belle rénovation de ce couvent , transformé (en partie) en hôtel - restaurant . De l'accueil aux différents services (chambre impeccable, restauration, personnel) séjour remarquable .
• James (6/5): Three nights visit to the north of Alsace. - Having stayed in September for two nights we were looking forward to our return. Our three night stay was disappointing as our room was not attended to at all - soaps had to be collected from reception on the second day, the rubbish was never collected & the long corridor to our room was dirty, with dust & general dirt. Breakfast was fine & the dining room staff were pleasant. Having quietly pointed out the shortcomings at reception twice, there was an indifferent response. It was a sad reflection on what our previous visit had made on us.

• Melanie (10/5): Adventszeit in Elsass - Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfreich und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant war sehr gut und da es geregnet hat war es sehr bequem für uns, vor Ort zu essen. Der Weihnachtsmarkt im Wissembourg am Sonntag war sehr schnuckelig und hat zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit ☺️
• Walid (6/5): - Nous nous attentions à bien mieux au vu des photos du site internet .. nous avons eu la surprise d’un lit 2 personnes avec 2 matelas simple pas très pratique .. de plus la chambre que nous avons eu était dans son jus encore une fois pas comme sur les photos. Concernant le petit déjeuner assez faible pour le prix .. nous avons eu l’occasion de nous rendre dans des hôtels bien moins chère et bien plus moderne avec un déjeuner plus copieux.. dommage

C’est un véritable havre de paix où l’on déconnecte totalement de l’agitation extérieure. Un petit tour dans leur splendide jardin fleuri est un pur moment de bonheur après mes longues journées de travail. L’équipement de la chambre est simple mais suffisant pour être agréable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est bienveillant et à l’écoute de vos besoins . Je recommande vivement.

• Jean-Michel (8/5): - Tout est fait pour faciliter la vie quotidienne des hôtes de passage. Multiple petits services de base, simples et pratiques, avec comme but le service et la convivialité. (buanderie permettant de laver et de sècher son linge, salon bibliothèque salle de télévision commune à chaque étage, machine à café et bouilloire et thé infusions ou café au 1er etage, bar autogéré par les utilisateurs, dans un apprenti voûté attenant, petit déjeuner complet et très correct, simplicité et présence attentionnée mais discrète des sœurs rédemptoristes ... que du «bien-être »au sens propre comme au figuré. Et pour un rapport qualité-prix plus qu’honorable ! Et le calme, après les travaux du matin...
• Joachim (8/5): - Eine traumhafte Einrichtung zum Entspannen, sehr sauber und äußerst freundliche Mitarbeiter. Negativ war das Abendessen, weil zu wenige Angestellte da waren und dadurch Hektik und Unzufriedenheit entstanden, zudem war der Geschmack bescheiden.

• Pascal (8/5): Une très belle expérience ! - Endroit très paisible dans la verdure. Pour ce qui concerne la propreté, c'est juste parfait ! Dommage que nous n'ayons pu dîner, il faut absolument réserver pour cela ; rien ne l'indique... Le petit déjeuner est parfait, un grand buffet avec du salé et du sucré, à volonté.
