Można usiąść i zjeść posiłek z pięknym widokiem na Poprad. Hotel, obsługa, basen, sauna - wszystko na plus. Przejeżdżające pociągi w pobliżu hotelu są dodatkową atrakcją, szczególnie dla dzieci. Bardzo udany pobyt.

Kamil (3/5): Drugi raz tam nie pojadę. - Pokoje były naprawdę czyste, widać, że ktoś się stara w tym aspekcie. Ilość atrakcji również jest powyżej oczekiwań. Ogólny wygląd hotelu oraz oprawa marketingowa. To na plus. Mieliśmy pokój od strony torów, słabo wyciszone okna, nocne pociągi wybudzały nas co chwilę. Tatar zakupiony w restauracji według menu miał być z kurkami, a podano je z maślakiem żółtym, a po moim zwróceniu uwagi kelnerka poinformowała, że są to "borowiki". Na basenie kilka płytek jest oderwanych co może grozić skaleczeniami. Na grocie solnej nie działa tężnia, nie spływa z niej woda, klimatyzator wygląda jakby go nikt z grzyba nie czyścił już od dawna. Jedna z saun wygląda jakby miała kilkadziesiąt lat, podłoga i ławki są brudne, aż ciemne (tak drodzy zarządzający obiektem: to się da wyczyścić!!), sauna ma tv ale może w nim lecieć tylko jaskrawa reklama hotelu (tak mnie poinformowała pracownica strefy saun, więc poprosiłem o jego całkowite wyłączenie) zamiast na przykład relaksującego klipu z motywem gór, czy lasu, albo chociaż muzyki.

Spędzaliśmy tam weekend z znajomymi , mogliśmy robić ciut więcej zamieszania czy hałasu , a personel całego hotelu czy restauracji spisał się świetnie ! Jest sporo dobrych czy ładnych hoteli , ale z tak dobrą obsługą nie zawsze się spotkam . Świetna restauracja oraz rozsądnie wycenione dania ! Napewno tam wrócę :)

Iwona (9/5): - Pięknie położony obiekt. Dobry punkt wypadowy na wycieczki piesze i rowerowe. Pokój był położony od strony rzeki, a to oznaczało ładny widok i uspokajający szum wody. Smaczne śniadania z dość dużym wyborem. W naszym pokoju nie było klimatyzacji. Pogoda nie była upalna więc nie miało to większego znaczenia, ale przypadku upałów warto mieć to na uwadze.

Special thanks to the staff of the restaurant, it was perfectly organised the family event and perfectly served with extremely tasty dishes.

Katarzyna (10/5): Fantastic hotel recommended for families and pets - Amazing Stay. The hotel is family and per friendly. The swimming pool is perfect for kids. They even have special hours for the kids to use saunas. The food was amazing as well. We loved our stay :)

Alexander (10/5): - Three nights at the hotel were very nice. The hotel is situated right at the Poprad River. It offers a variety of great spa activities and treatments. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of opportunities for activities nearby. Our room was not big, but cozy and clean. There is a railway line about 50 metres from the hotel, so if you have a dog's sleep ask for a room with the river view.

Great place by the river, beautiful views. It is a very quiet place, but you should be aware of train track behind the hotel.

The indoor and outdoor seating areas are lovely and the service was excellent. We made full use of the spa facilities - pool, sauna, steam room. Food was extremely good. We climbed a nearby hill and had spectacular views.

Verified traveler (6/5): - We had a large deluxe apartment with a long balcony however the decor was a little dated and the bathroom ‘strange’. The sofa and carpetlooked a little grubby. The bed was large and comfy. The view over the river was splendid. I presume the property rates as 4 stars owing to the spa facilities which were good. Otherwise we were disappointed. The on-site restaurant was basic but eating outside was lovely and the menu large. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of variety.
