The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card by performing a pre-authorization for an amount equal to the first night approximately 15 days before the arrival date.
Please note that the pre-authorization is only a temporary hold of funds to guarantee the reservation. The total payment for the stay will be made directly at the hotel upon check-in; at the time of payment, the pre-authorized amount will be immediately released.

Our Wellness area is not a public common space, but a premium Salus per Aquam (Health through Water) service for exclusive and private use, available only upon reservation and for a fee. A sanctuary of wellness in the heart of Rome, designed to slow down time and restore your balance.

Hydromassage Pool (33°C): A stunning 20 sqm oasis set beneath original 4-meter-high brick vaults. Features hydromassage jets, geysers, and a cervical waterfall.
Finnish Sauna (90°C) & Turkish Bath: Dry heat and enveloping steam to detoxify the body and relax the mind.
Emotional Path: Chromotherapy and aromatherapy (mint and passion fruit) with alternating water jets to stimulate the senses.
Ice Fountain: To reactivate circulation and restore energy after heat sessions.
Relaxation Area & Herbal Tea Corner: Comfortable loungers and warm herbal teas in a quiet, refined atmosphere.
Access Policies & Privacy:
Exclusivity: The entire SPA is reserved exclusively for each session. During your booked slot, the area will be closed to other guests, ensuring total privacy.
Reservations: Access is not included in the room rate and must be booked in advance.
Minors: Access is generally restricted to adults. Children under the age of 8 are allowed only if accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.
SPA Kit Included: We provide a bathrobe, large towel, cap, and flip-flops. You only need to bring your swimsuit.

But some facilities in the facility at boking website but truthfully not عندي ملاحظتين الاولى على بوكينق الاستجابه بطيئة لديهم ومشكلتي معهم بالذات مع فنادق ايطاليا هذي الثانيه او الثالثه وتتصل مايردون وحتى لو تواصلوا معك مايرجعون يتواصلون للتأكد. المشكلة الثانيه مع الفندق هذا حاط انه لديه خدمة المساج في السبا وفي الحقيقه غير موجوده. ونفس الوقت الغرف صغيره وقديم الاثاث وتطل على عماره ثانيه اطلاله سيئة واللوبي مره صغير والمطعم محدود جداً

Breakfast was nice too. 45mins taxi ride from FCO airport. I would love to stay here again. I liked everything about this hotel

Spazi comuni praticamente inesistenti, la sala colazioni è un bar, pure abbastanza piccolo, erogatore acqua condiviso con quello delle bibite, che rilascia i residui della erogazione precedente, stanza rumorosa davanti all'ascensore, l'albergo è di fatto inserito in un palazzo, il tutto al di sotto della media per un 4 stelle.

- Paolo (8/5): Complessivamente positivo, peccato piccoli dettagli - Posizione eccezionale e la SPA ad uso esclusivo è stata davvero rigenerante. Colazione buona anche perché si appoggia al bar con molte brioches buonissime. Secondo me un po’ di attenzione a piccoli dettagli: in 3gg non hanno mai rifatto la camera, la doccia aveva molti ugelli chiusi dal calcare (basta poco a sbloccarli) questo anche nella SPA. In SPA le ciabattine erano rotte. Poi io la spremuta a colazione a pagamento la gradisco poco perché non ne trovo il senso. Potevo mangiare arance intere (incluse), perché pagare a parte per spremerle? Sono tutte piccolezze, l’hotel mi è piaciuto, ma per la perfezione queste sono mancanze per me.

Чай и кофе в номере - приятно. Интересное дизайнерское решение с подсветкой. Убирали каждый день. Отсутствие шкафа или зоны хранения одежды - в номере перекладина с плечиками напротив кровати. Завтрак не рекомендую совсем.

- Eric (2/5): - Well located i have had problems with this hotel first when I did my reservation on booking it was possible to see the photos from the swimming pool , the description of spa and swimming pool as if there was a pool and spa easy available second I made my reservation booking and I paid Third when I went to hotel i paid my 2 nights, when I asked for the Spa and the swimming pool the hotel told me that today and tomorrow was fully booked from 9 to eleven PM, not possible access to the spa and the swing pool. Very disappointing and false info Forth so I had a conversation with the General Manager of the hotel, he was rude and very aggressive, I even felt in danger, I almost wanted to call the police This hotel is not at international rules, the hall is small, the manager also complained about the luggage of another person, strange attitude, the elevateur is for one person with no laguage, the breakfast room is very small this morning people are waiting for breakfast... So I decided to leave and not spend the second night even if paid. I have made another resa on booking with an international standard hotel I want that this hotel should reimburse the second night for many reasons : 1-not 4 stars sdt 2-manager agressive, felt in danger 3-false info on spa and pool 4-spa and pool not available, fully booked, but maybe stop for sanitary reasons ? The purpose is not to use booking and being in danger, this is not acceptable Please find photos showing that spa and pool are available on booking before payment with no restrictions Thanks a lot

- sarit (7/5): - מיקום מצוין, צוות אדיב, החדרים נוחים והחלונות העגולים חמודים מאוד המזגן מרעיש. בחדר הראשון הוא גם לא חימם, ובלילה הראשון היה לנו קר מאוד. למחרת החליפו לנו חדר, המזגן הרעיש פחות אבל עדיין הפריע לישון. החדר שקיבלנו היה קטן יותר ולמרות ששילמנו על גדול, יותר לא הסכימו לזכות אותנו על ההפרש.

La qualité des produits excellent ! La chambre super tout était parfait ! Le spa MAGNIFIQUE et en plus privatisé, quand vous réservez c'est rien que pour vous privé ! Les snacks et boissons( eau et chips etc ) dans le spa inclus , télévision fauteuil relax sauna hammam piscine tous ce qu'il faut pour être à l'aise et moment détente assuré! Nous avons adorés je recommande l'hôtel c'était parfait ! Proche de tout directement dans le centre on ne manque de rien ! Séjour super ! Rien à dire tout était parfait !

- Grace Serrano (9/5): MUY BUENA ATENCION Y EXCELENTE UBICACION!!! - Destaco la atención de todo el personal, en especial de ELTON, del joven de PERÚ que no recuerdo su nombre al igual que el de la Sta de FILIPINAS, todos ellos excelentes, amables y respetuosos.- El Hotel está excelentemente ubicado, es un antiguo edificio reciclado, las habitaciones son cómodas con poco espacio para guardar ropa previendo que nadie se instala por muchos días en Roma.El baño muy prolijo con una buena ducha.- Esperé que el upgrade abonado fuera aún mejor, pero cumplió con las necesidades. El desayuno me parece un poco básico para el paladar de nuestras costumbres que solo comemos algo dulce con el cafe con leche y la única opción en ese caso son unas enormes croisants rellenas.- Un punto en disconformidad es que el check out es a las 11:00 hs, si bien tienen la gentileza de guardar tu equipaje hasta la hora en que tengas que viajar .- Ya cité como punto en contra el horario tan temprano del check out.-

- macarena (10/5): Would happily return and recommend this hotel. - The staff at The One Boutique Hotel were exceptional, providing warm, friendly, and highly professional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, featuring delicious café lattes and a wide variety of food and drink options. We also enjoyed a fantastic view from our room. The staff offered excellent restaurant recommendations and were very helpful with making reservations. The location is ideal - conveniently situated within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and the metro. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others. The only aspect I did not like was that the hotel advertisement gave the impression that the pool was freely available to guests. In reality, access to the pool requires an additional fee ($60 euros for 1 hour for a family of 4) and advance reservation. This felt misleading, and it would be helpful to clearly state these conditions on the main listing page next to the pool image to avoid confusion and set accurate expectations.
