Pulizia impeccabile, il ragazzo che mi ha accolto é stato gentilissimo, anche nel rifornirci il frigorifero di prodotti per la colazione. Abbiamo visto passando anche le altre camere, veramente stupende. Letto e cuscini veramente comodi. Vicinissima al centro, nonostante il traffico presente, il sonno non viene disturbato. Sicuramente ritornerò Nulla, forse per chi ha problemi di mobilità, ci sono le scale, per noi non é un problema

- Inge (9/5): Sehr geschmackvolles Zimmer, gute Dusche, schön warm und viele Annehmlichkeiten... - Sehr zentral, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, toll, dass man sich selbst Tee und Kaffee machen kann und dass Wasser und Säfte bereitstehen. Außerdem bekam ich noch ein Gratis Ticket für ein tolles Frühstück in einem nahen Café. Dir Matratze war mir etwas zu hart und das Zimmer ging auf die Straße hinaus, ers um Mitternacht wurde es ruhig. Aber es gibt noch ruhigr Zimmer mit anderer Ausrichtung, muss danach fragen.

- Colleen (10/5): Loved it! - Our host was very welcoming and the room was full of character. Spacious, spotless and able to make a cup of tea and coffee was an added benefit. Our room had a balcony and clothes line outside that we used to dry some clothes. The accommodation was close to the main square. Nothing at all!

- Sophie (8/5): Excellent séjour. Merci - Très bien situé pour visiter Sansepolcro, la possibilité de parking gratuit grâce au propriétaire. Facile d'accès. Calme avec air conditionné. A retenir pour une prochaine fois. Rien, il n'y a qu'un étage à monter.

Non è prevista la colazione, ma sono messi a disposizione degli ospiti caffè, tè, snack per un piacevole risveglio. La struttura è in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal Museo Civico; nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche un comodissimo parcheggio gratuito. Da segnalare infine la gentilezza del proprietario.

- elena (10/5): - Ho soggiornato (purtroppo) solo per una notte in questa struttura con la mia famiglia. Rodolfo, il proprietario, è stato super gentile e disponibile. Camera pulitissima, bagno spazioso che dava su un carinissimo balcone. Nel frigo abbiamo trovato succhi, acqua e snack per la colazione o merenda per mia figlia. La mia compagna è vegana e ha trovato persino le brioches senza latte. Sono quelle piccole accortezze che spesso fanno la differenza. La posizione è ottima, a un passo dal Museo Civico di Sansepolcro che merita assolutamente una visita. Che dire, consigliatissimo.
