- Ludovic (6/5): Matin bruyant - Tout est très bien et de qualité comme ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce. Seul bémol pour les chambres avec l'accès par l'extérieur : bruits des trains dès tôt le matin et surtout bruits dès 6h30 lorsque le personnel met en place le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner qui ouvre à 7h00, puis des personnes qui prennent leur petits déjeuners avec la porte ouverte.

Concept particulier : , tout fonctionne avec des codes , une seule personne vue au petit déjeuner qui ne peut même pas vous faire une facture car pas de responsable avant 9h. On me l’enverra par mail , mais rien reçu dans la journée , j’attends

Pas de possibilité de prendre un parking une fois arrivée sur place, l’état de propreté dans la chambre, laisse désirer (ongles, coupés au sol, à côté de la tête de lit, et odeur, nous abonde dans la salle de bain du siphon et chambre poussiéreuse) Dommage pour un établissement tout neuf et design. Donc déçu de ce séjour

Le check-in se fait à distance (le code d'accès est envoyé via SMS et tout se gère avec), c'est assez surprenant mais au final cela fait gagner pas mal de temps ! (Même si assez étrange d'arriver dans un hôtel totalement vide). Chambre très jolie et bien décorée, assez spacieuse. Petit déjeuner plus que correct et le personnel que nous avons croisé était très charmant ! Déçue de ne pas avoir pu profiter du bar de glace !

- Matthieu (2/5): A fuir - Aucune personne a l’accueil ni le soir ni le matin. Service donc inexistant. Des allers retours sans fin sur le paiement car l’hôtel demande à être payé en direct mais ne retrouve pas les traces des paiements donc relance sans fin. Une première et une dernière!

Le hic , c’est quand votre fils qui dors sur la mezzanine découvre un lit poussiéreux . Il y à longtemps que personne n’y est monté ou alors les travaux viennent de finir .

Un concept vraiment froid et impersonnel. impossible d'obtenir une facture de cette nuit à 150 euros avec le petit déjeuner. Sans intérêt, on peut trouver beaucoup mieux pour ce tarif.

Un point positif ? oui ! propreté et WC bien à part fermé (pas dans la salle de douche).

- Aurélie (10/5): Nuit familiale au top - Très propre et design. Par contre aucun accueil physique. Un code à été délivré à 15h le jour de notre arrivée pour entrer. Mais finalement ce n’est pas très grave ! La chambre familiale était au top pour les enfants et les adultes. Literie très confortable.

En revanche chauffage de la pièce à revoir : très chaud en haut pour avoir une température confortable en bas (au moins 5°C d'écart entre le haut et le bas) Petit déjeuner très complet. Note : Eau chaude très longue à arriver.

- Alvaro (10/5): Amazing self service concept - Impecable room, super easy check in and check out. Breakfast was ok but there's nothing else in the area. The bed was very comfortable.

- RAPHAEL (6/5): - Il y a un mauvais descriptif sur le site il n’y a pas de restaurant intégré à l’hôtel . Les propriétaires ont un restaurant il est fermé le soir donc rien à côté

- Wendy (2/5): Catastrophique!!!! - Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel. J ai effectué une réservation fin mars avec mon fils de 7 ans et à ma grande surprise, lorsque je suis arrivé sur les lieux à 19h, il n’y avait pas de réception et un code était nécessaire pour entrer dans l hôtel. Code qui ne nous ai jamais parvenu suite à un “problème technique”. Inutile d essayer d appeler, personne ne répond au téléphone et vous aurez sûrement une réponse à votre mail là semaien d après. Nous avons donc du effectuer une autre réservation en urgence (plus cher que la première bien évidemment). Un membre du staff a fini par nous répondre plusieurs jours plus tard de manière hautaine et sans aucun professionalisme. Quant à l hôtel, si vous arrivez à y entrer, il n est vraiment pas terrible, vous pourrez trouver beaucou mieux pour moins cher!
- Yann (4/5): - Malheureusement très déçu de mon séjour pour plusieurs raisons. Déjà Wifi qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 10, drap housse et couette encore humide, insonorisation très moyenne, la télé dans la salle de petit dej m’a complètement empêché de dormir le matin, et la luminosité aussi car le store protège très mal du jour....
- Verified traveler (8/5): - L'etablissemebt est recent et moderne, les photos ne rendent pas aussi bien que lorsque vous y êtes. La chambre est très belle et la qualité et le choix des materiaux de design aussi! Seul bemol notre chambre etait a côté du coin petit déjeuner alors pour la grasse matinée c'était pas terrible...
