• Stefano (9/5): Hervorragend. - Hervorragende Lage, direkt am Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und verfügte über alles Nötige, darunter ein bequemes Bett und gutes WLAN. Der Geruch im Treppenhaus sowie die Geräusche aus dem Apartment über uns waren etwas störend. Auch das warme Wasser der Dusche ließ sich nicht ganz einfach regulieren. Am Tor befindet sich ein Kombinationsschloss, das jedoch nicht den Schlüssel enthält, mit dem sich das Tor öffnen lässt. Wir haben etwa 5–10 Minuten vergeblich versucht, das Schloss zu öffnen. Tatsächlich musste der Zugangscode an einem seitlich angebrachten elektronischen Gerät eingegeben werden. Leider hatte uns im Vorfeld niemand darauf hingewiesen.

• Lucia (9/5): Moderný apartmán v centre - Veľmi pekný priestranný moderny apartmán, dobre vybavená kuchyňa, pohodlné postele, dostatok odkladacieho priestoru, veľká kúpeľňa, k dispozicii vela uterákov, domace papuce, self check-in prebehol hladko, výborná poloha, všetko blízko, v pešej dostupnosti. V kúpeľni chýbali vešiaky/háčiky na uteráky, ale to nebolo nič co by sa nedalo zvládnuť.

• Vlad (9/5): Very nice place - Ridiculously central location, perfect for the family, close to everything. There is a bit of street noise, but our forth floor apartment was reasonably sound proof, and I say this as a light sleeper. The one thing missing for a longer family stay is a washing machine, but it's not a big deal.

• simone (8/5): Gutes Appart, super Lage, sauber und geräumig nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln - die Lage war super und es gab alles erforderliche im Appartement, sehr geräumig grosser Wohnbereich, Badezimmer auch. Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, wir haben nichts vom" Restaurantlärm" mitbekommen und konnten somit gut schlafen. an die Dachbalken mussten wir uns zuerst gewöhnen, aufpassen Kopf nicht anstossen. Das Appartement war nicht besonders hell, trotz der Fenster. Im Badezimmer manchmal unangenehmer Geruch nach Kanalisation WC wir mussten die Wasserabläufe mit Papier oder Badetuch abdecken. Auch im Treppenhaus zeitweise unangenehmer Müllgeruch da Abfallsäcke bis zur Kehrichtabfuhr in einem kleinen Raum Eingangsbereich gelagert werden. Der Aufzug war sehr praktisch.

• Mary (9/5): We had a great stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lisbon for the first time! - We arrived 1.5 hours before check-in time and the hosts graciously allowed us to keep our luggage in the unit while the cleaners worked. That was extremely helpful. The apartment was super central and convenient to everything. We walked everywhere in town and the vibe was great. The bedrooms were generously sized and had lots of storage. We were in the two bedroom apartment and the living room was a little small compared to the bedrooms. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed - just missing a couple minor details like cooking oil and dish sponge. The bathroom was huge and water pressure good but we didn’t like the shampoo/body soap combo product that was provided. One of the bedrooms faced the Rua Augusta and for us, the windows did a good job, noise-wise. Someone sensitive to sound might be disturbed. Lastly, because the living room faced the light well and not the street, it was without much natural light and a little dark.

Made our visit so easy Windows are fairly soundproof but can still hear noise from loud crowds especially in the weekend evenings when they get drunk and sing together. There was a performer always singing outside our window every single night we were there.

• Emanuel (10/5): Zentraler geht es nicht. - Beste Lage in ganz Lissabon. Zentraler geht es nicht. Schönes Arpartment mit Blick auf die Einkaufsstraße. Der Lärm hat nicht gestört, da es in der Wohnung selbst von der Lautstärke her akzeptabel ist. Ganz still ist es zwar nicht, aber voll im Rahmen und schlafen war problemlos möglich. Innerhalb des Hauses war es sehr ruhig. Schönes, modernes Bad mit riesigem Spiegel und offener Dusche. Angenehm eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Zur Wohnung fährt ein Lift. Die Couch haben wir zwar nicht viel genutzt, aber um Sachen abzulegen kann man diese ja auch verwenden. Die Küche hilft, um schnell ein kleines Essen zu machen. Sie hat eine gute Größe um alles bequem zuzubereiten. Ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Der Preis ist ein wenig zu hoch, aber Lissabon im Gesamten ist wohl im September nicht so günstig wie gedacht.
• Elaine (9/5): It was wonderful staying at Rua Augusta 124 - The place was clean, well furnished and easy access to the top floor with an elevator. It would be nice to have someone to clean the apartment perhaps every 2 or 3 days and take the garbage out. Also the shower was very complicated to understand how it works. All my friends had the same difficulty to make both showers working properly. We didn’t like the showers. We never saw that conception of a shower before and it took until the last two days of our stay to understand how to make them work properly. Also, it would have been nice to have someone coming over every two or three days to maintain the place clean and take the garbage out.

• Rocio (10/5): Amazing value for the price! - The location is great, but it's on the main avenue, so expect a lot of people walking around. With the windows closed, you can't hear a single thing, which was amazing! The apartment was huge, clean and had all the basic amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we didn't miss a single thing. I missed a couple of amenities in the bathroom, like maybe body lotion or hair conditioner. It's not a huge deal, though; I'm just being picky. Also, a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom would be great for hanging more towels.

Much better than staying in a hotel room for me and my husband. The view to the street was a dream. For as many nights we stayed (6 nights) I would have liked a softer mattress; it was a bit firm for us. The garbage area in the closet in the lobby did smell every day and didn't have well marked bins for garbage and recycling. We only saw gray and yellow top bins for the different materials. This is important because we were supposed to toss our own garbage when done with our stay and that alone is a negative for me.

• Peggy (8/5): Super zentral, ausreichend Platz, mit allem ausgestattet... - Der Zugang zum Apartment hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage war sehr zentral, man kann von hier aus vieles erreichen. Man muss aber wissen, dass man für gastronomische Einrichtungen lieber ein paar Schritte weitergeht, um den typischen Touristenfallen zu entkommen. Die Matratzen waren ganz schön hart, aber das ist sicher sehr individuell.

• Paweł (10/5): Najwyższe noty! - Doskonała lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko: pomiędzy Alfamą i Bairro Alto, między Rossio i Parca do Comercio. Tramwaj 1 minuta, metro 3-4 minuty. Winda st. Justa 3 minuty. Elegancka stylizacja apartmentu: bardzo przestronnie, pełne wyposażenie - dosłownie niczego nie brakuje. Oddzielna klimatyzacja w salonie i sypialni. Obsługa reaguje natychmiast na wszelkie potrzeby. Wzór do naśladowania dla innych! Dodatkowy atut: ulica za oknem to główny deptak dzielnicy, pełen ulicznych grajków i performerów. Codzień inne wydarzenie - czasem warto spędzić cały wieczór przy oknie. Ale jeśli się woli ciszę, wystarczy je zamknąć. Nie mam uwag do niczego😊

• Peiling (10/5): 下樓就是R. Augusta 逛街吃飯都很方便！ 但因為在熱鬧的大街上如果怕吵的人不建議住這 因為晚上樓下會有街頭藝人表演 但晚上12:00前就會結束了 不用擔心！ 熱水器的部分有時會不穩定 但可以等一下下就會有熱水 房間很大！！！ -

• Karin (7/5): Séjour agréable! - Facilité d’accès à l’appartement avec codes. L’emplacement central, près de tout. On trouve facilement des épiceries dans le quartier. Et la boulangerie-pâtisserie Paul est juste en bas! Parfait pour acheter des croissants ou autres viennoiseries et cafés le matin!! L’appartement est très propre et les serviettes de très bonne qualité. Le manque de papier de toilette! Nous avons dû en redemander et répéter notre demande afin d’en avoir… Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, l’appartement 3B donne sur la rue et c’est bruyant jusqu’à la fermeture des terrasses et ensuite ce sont les camions de vidanges qui passent… Pour ceux qui aiment/cherchent la luminosité, la pièce salon-cuisine est très sombre…
• Graeme (8/5): A clean and fairly comfortable stay in a perfect location. - Fantastic location and immaculately clean interior. Some great restaurants within a few steps. Registration on line was very difficult until the property intervened. Some excessive noise from the street by dogs and people at night. The entry on Booking.com showed a balcony as a feature, but there was not one.

• Annie (6/5): Standard accommodation but room for improvement. - Location good. The lobby smells bad. Be careful of the sharp corner at the microwave cupboard. The mirror at the lift lobby might be confusing when you walk out, where to turn, better to stick a sticker band across the mirror. No luggage storage possible after check out.
