- M Ángeles (10/5): Estancia fantástica!!! - Nos ha encantado, amplio, luminoso, limpio, camas muy cómodas y muy bien ubicado. Nos dejaron unas magdalenas buenísimas para desayunar, que es un detalle encantador y hemos disfrutado de la ciudad. Nos gustó todo
- Jacinto (9/5): - Limpieza, detalles, ubicación muy buena, en pleno casco histórico. La cocina un poco justa, y el hecho de que la casa esté en 3 pisos es un poco incómodo. Pero en general la casa y su ubicación son realmente muy buenas.
- Joanne (9/5): Excellent - Spectacular views in a location right in the heart of the hanging houses. The apartment is interesting in its open plan set up and the decor made us feel at home. Our host was responsive and very helpful.
- Gea (9/5): Bon apartament amb processó particular. - Ubicació, distribució interior, façanes anterior (a un dels carrers principals) i posterior (forma part de les cases penjants i té unes vistes fabuloses). Ben equipats per a una estància de diversos dies. El propietari és va preocupar perquè arribessim bé en época de Setmana Santa (2026), amb multitud de carrers tallats al trànsit i aparcaments escassos. Molta restauració i punts d'interès molt a prop. Al tractar-se del barri antic, les processons de Setmana Santa (2026), feien que es tallessin els carrers i dificultés inclús el pas als vianants per les aglomeracions. L'apartament està en un carrer en pendent i a l'haver de pujar amb les compres, després de deixar el cotxe fora de l'àrea afectada per les processons, a vegades a tres quilòmetres (35' caminant), era una tasca costeruda, sobre tot per a la gent gran.
- Manuel (9/5): - El alojamiento es ideal en cuanto a localización, limpieza y equipamiento de la casa. Totalmente recomendable. La única pega, por poner una, es que las tres plantas están comunicadas como un espacio abierto sin puertas de por medio y no hay aislamiento acústico entre los diferentes espacios con camas.

- joseph (6/5): Dit verblijf was voor ons een flop! - De mooie ligging in de oude stad en de balkons met het prachtige uitzicht op de Hoz Het appartement rook muf en voelde vochtig en koud aan. De verhuurder (met wie wij alleen per What’sApp en E-mail contact hadden) zei dat hij de temperatuur in het appartement online met een app kon en zou regelen maar het werd nooit aangenaam in de ruimtes. Uit de badkamer kwam stank die niet was te verhelpen door water in de afvoer te laten lopen. En doordat het hele appartement vochtig en kil aanvoelde, roken ook de aanwezige handdoeken muf. En we hadden na het What’sApp contact weinig behoefte meer om nog met de verhuurder in verbinding te treden.

Three levels of interesting and eclectic decor and art completed the picture. Why stay anywhere other than in the middle of it all? (And it was quiet). Dos baños, uno de ellos enorme!. Parking muy cerca. Dueño muy amable y atento. Resumiendo, una opción estupenda para ir a Cuenca Quizás la cocina necesita una pequeña renovación, pero para lo que nosotros la usamos en el desayuno, fue perfecta

Que los espacios no tuvieran puertas. En nuestro caso éramos 5 amigas, pero pensamos que no era un lugar para ir en parejas puesto que no había intimidad.

The apartment is great value for 4. The decorations were interesting. We booked with very little notice, and the cleaning was only ok. These old houses may have smells too, and the many air-fresheners could not fully cover them. The kitchen is small but very functional.

- Deborah (10/5): Excellent picturesque views, clean comfortable townhouse style in the old town of Cuenca, enjoyed everything about the p - We loved the view from the balconies in the bedroom and living room. Lots of charm to the unit and so much space to feel at home in. The property is in the old town which was very quaint and picturesque. We could walk all over even the hills were not too bad but if you have mobility issues would take the slightly steep climbs into account. Free parking was up the hill from the property but was not always easy to get a space. Free parking was not easy to get a space. Some are close but others are up in the town above and walk back about 15min. There is a parking garage a few doors up from the property which we heard was $20 a day. But it was full.
- Alexander (9/5): Absolutely awesome place to feel Cuenca - - Perfect location: historical building close to Plaza Mayor, Cathedral, Castle of Сuenca and restaurants.
- Garage parking in 30-50m. But parking fee is not cheap (20+ Eur/ day). Free spacious public parking in 300m away behind the Castle Wall.
- Very spacious apartments. Practically 3-floored house for 2-3 families. Interesting design. Very spacious and pleasant bathroom. Awesome panoramic views from windows of the abyss and Parador of Cuenca 4* in the old monastery building
- Owners well and quickly communicate - Would recommend to equipe a kitchen little bit better. More cooking utensils needed.
