Un grand merci au responsable et à l’équipe de housekeeping pour nous avoir permis de profiter de l’appartement avant l’heure prévue. Les appartements et la résidence sont très bien entretenus. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Milan et sa région. Le matelas de l’un des canapés-lits mériterait d’être remplacé, car il est assez usé. Par ailleurs, dans l’une des salles de bain du duplex, l’ajout d’une pomme de douche à la baignoire serait un vrai plus pour le confort.

Piscina è sempre un piacere vederla,ti da quel senso di vacanza anche se si è in città. Se proprio devo essere antipatico,la televisione io la cambierei,piccola,vecchia,in posizione scomoda. Per una casa così ben fatta,non credo che 150 euro per una piccola televisione smart sia una gran spesa.
• KEN (10/5): 清潔でゆったりとしたい、1ダブルベットずつの部屋は扉で仕切られるので、ある程度のプライバシーは確保。キッチンはレンチンから自炊まで可能で最高。 - 朝食付とは思わなかったので、スナックやドリンクではあるが、嬉しいサプライズ的なおもてなしであった。 タオルもビック・スモールだけではなく、お手洗い用など様々なトイレが用意されており、非常に清潔感があった。 プールも入れる気温で無いけど、清潔かつライトアップが綺麗だった！！ すぐ横に鉄道が通るためか、騒音がすごかった。 夜は航空機の離発着が多いなと感じたが、実はその鉄道の音だったかもしれない。 朝は6時前後から鉄道が通っていたようだが、早朝に空港に向かいたかったので、逆に良かったかも！？(笑) 洗濯機はあるけど、乾燥機は無い。ま、設備には書いてなかったかもしれないので仕方がないか。

• Melissa (9/5): - La struttura è molto carina e pulita. Anche la posizione ci è piaciuta molto e, nonostante la vicinanza alla linea ferroviaria, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Purtroppo, avendo pernottato solo una notte e per poche ore, non abbiamo potuto visitare l'intera struttura, inclusa la zona piscina, ma quello che abbiamo visto è stato davvero fantastico! L'appartamento era ampio e dotato di una cucina super attrezzata. Ci è stato fornito gratuitamente anche un ricco “cestino” per la colazione, che abbiamo apprezzato molto dovendo lasciare la camera prestissimo la mattina successiva. Molto comoda la possibilità di effettuare il check‑in tardivo in autonomia e il check‑out anticipato, con istruzioni chiare e semplici. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sarà sicuramente un ottimo riferimento! L’unico piccolo dettaglio migliorabile è il supporto della doccia, che non si riusciva a fissare bene. Nulla di particolarmente vincolante, ma potrebbe essere utile sistemarlo.

• Andrei (7/5): - Квартира очень приятная и хорошо оборудована. Расположение, также, очень подходящее для недолгой остановки по пути в аэропорт. В квартире ночью было 20 градусов. Кому-то это покажется достаточным, но нам было холодно. Пульт управлением теплыми полами работал, но какую бы температуру вы не поставили (хоть 30 градусов!), на выходе все равно имеем 20 градусов! Также, квартира была оборудована двумя дополнительными обогревателями, но пульты управления ими отсутствовали, думаю, в целях экономии. Я попросил хозяина (администратора) выдать нам пульт, на что он ответил категорическим отказом с обоснованием, что «и так в квартире тепло». Осталось добавить, что все это происходило в новогоднюю ночь!

Everything was there what we expected. - Pool is heated, so very nice. - Closeby the city - Contactpersons respond quick. - We had an appartment that was not renovated on groundfloor. The airco in the living room didn't worked good so it was really really hot in the room. Also in the bedroom it was not doable to sleep because of the heat. Contactperson told me that they will renovate soon, so this will not happen again in future.

A prop de Milà i els llacs i amb una bonica piscina, molt necessària a l’estiu. Al barri hi ha pocs serveis i algunes cases amb mal estat. Se senten els avions, perquè hi ha l’aeroport al costat, però per nosaltres no va ser un problema.

• Alia (9/5): Very convenient and quite place - We stayed 4 nights during our business trip. Pretty big apartment with all the facilities, good kitchen with all required appliances for cooking. Underfloor heating was great. Plenty of parking. 5 min drive to Malpensa. Recommended Part of kitchen utensils should be replaced. The views from our apartment wasn’t great. Room cleaning service included only garbage disposal, without towel change or basic cleaning of the bathroom. But all these are minor things

• analia (6/5): Bien para estancia, No es lo ideal si lo eliges por cercanía al aeropuerto Malpensa - La habitación que estuvimos era grande, comoda, equipada y todo nuevo, con area de cocina y un cuarto de baño grande. La cama era cómoda también. No hemos visto la piscina porque solo fuimos a pasar la noche. La habitación que nos dieron era en 1er piso por escalera lo que con las maletas resultó bastante incómodo. NO es un hotel, no había nadie al llegar para recepciones sino que había que ir hasta otra propiedad a 500 mts a buscar las llaves. En la zona no hay nada. Lo elegimos por cercanía al aeropuerto, pero no es tan cerca. El Uber costó €60 hasta Malpensa. No hay un lugar para desayunar sino que dejan una canasta con galletas, café, leche y demás para prepararse en la habitación.

• Konstantin Kostov (9/5): Nice place, but the vicinity of the train takes some points away. - Nicely renovated both internally as well as externally, nice garden, parking, pool. The room was spacious and warm, cosy and with everything you need plus more (washing machine for instance). Well insulated and heated. The train tracks are very close to the property - only 3-5 meters away. It's not that bad - as the train did not make the ground shake or something, but you can definitely hear it passing every now and then.

La nostra stanza era in mansarda ed aveva una piccola cucina, ma completa di tutto il necessario. Stanza e bagno molto carini e funzionali, ci siamo trovati molto bene.
