We had another reservation booked (after this trip) with Booking.com and the hotel said they NEVER got the reservation (but we had a confirmation AND PIN number confirming the reservation on Booking.com!). Booking.com DID NOT HONOR THEIR OWN BOOKING! and then it was too late to find another hotel during a busy time. They offered a minimal 'credit' but it was too late to find another hotel since the area was compelely booked up. I will NEVER use Booking.com again (and I used to use them all the time for persoanl and business travel).

- John (5/5): Dated and smelled like smoke, one and done for us. - The location is the best asset. This unit was very dated, felt like 1980 walking into it. We found a hair tie on the couch. The room had a smell we thought was mold or maybe a smoker stayed there before us.

No ha plan de desayuno. Pero hay un bar allí adentro.

- Matthew (6/5): Meh - I liked the pool and that there were onsite restaurants and the pantry store. The layout of the resort was very confusing and took a couple days to get the hang of. I didnt like that I arrived at 3:30 but was told i had to wait 30 min before I could check in. The room was ready and we were exhausted. The coffee shop on the lobby was overpriced and whatever smoothie we got was $12 and was inedible. Our shower was only either burning hot or very cold- cold water dripped on you from the rainshower head.

- Scott (9/5): Awesome ski stay at a fine resort - For skiing, the location is terrific. It’s a short walk to either gondola and the resort offers free locker storage and ski delivery. Amazing. The pool facilities included hot tubs as well as steam rooms and saunas. Truly a resort feeling.

The room was comfortable, and when I requested a kettle, it was delivered the next day. Overall, the stay itself was pleasant and functional. I experienced very aggressive sales practices related to timeshare apartments. I was contacted and offered a $200 gift card, presented as a bonus for guests, but it later appeared to be conditional on attending a 90-minute sales presentation focused on purchasing timeshare property, which I was not interested in. This approach felt uncomfortable and required significant effort to decline and disengage from the sales pressure. Additionally, the restaurant EGDE service felt overly intrusive. Despite the high price point, staff interrupted the dining experience every few minutes to ask if everything was okay, which became uncomfortable rather than attentive.
- Jennifer (9/5): We would definitely stay again . - Loved how close and convenient it was to skiing and to the village . The on site amenities were also amazing. The adult relaxation pool, spa, fitness center and indoor/outdoor pool ( even open in winter ) was wonderful to have onsite. Starbucks and restaurants too so you didn’t even have to walk outside if you didn’t want. The parking and valet services were so easy everyone was so nice. Our condo was just a little small for the four of us as there was a separate bedroom but the pull out couch went right into the kitchen area ( sink, fridge ) making it hard to get around the room or to the bathroom but it worked and was clean and the amenities were great and we only had the couch open when sleeping.

Ski valet fantastico. La nostra camera era davvero piccola, neanche troppo luminosa. Il resort è grande e un po' dispersivo.
- Sisi (8/5): Great location and well-managed facilities - + great facilities (3 pools, ski valet, convenient shuttle) and location super close to Canyons Village lifts (Sunrise, Red Pine gondolas) + very helpful staff (the huge resort is confusing at first) and ski valet folks + good coffee bar and not too overpriced in the lobby + covered parking is included (though a bit of a hike to get to the spot and our room) - rooms could have been cleaner (the coffee table was dusty and there was leftover debris on it when we checked in) - ventilation was not great (we could smell other rooms’ cooking smells daily), and it was hard to get a comfortable temp in the room

The location is definitely a highlight — close to the slopes and easy access to the lifts, which made getting around super convenient. The condo itself was fairly spacious and had most of the basic amenities you’d expect. Check-in was smooth, though communication could’ve been a little clearer.

We got lost many times and instead of telling us how to get to pool or parking lot they would take us to our destination!!! It was bigger than I realized when we booted. Confusing at times to go up to level 4…walk down the hall and go up to level 5 to get to our parking spot in garage.

I loved the pools, arcade and all the valet accommodations. The maze of the property trying to get to different places was a bit of a challenge but any staff I ran into helped us and it made it easier.

- Leandro (8/5): Great stay in perfect location for skiing - The location of Westgate Resorts next to the gondola is great. The ski valet gave us our skis each morning next to the gondola, where we dropped them back at the end of the day. Service was great. The shuttle service was also another highlight. Given the condo is a private property, the front desk of Westgate Resorts can’t help with any problems inside the room. We had a problem with the shower (which in the end we solved) but no one answered at the phone number provided in the room for emergencies. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues but the support was deficient.
- Weisman (9/5): Amenities and access to skiing at park city(canyon side) were excellent. - Loved the resorts amenities, the ski valet and location to the mountain (canyon side) made skiing super easy. The on demand shuttle service to park city and deer valley was also easy. Because I booked through booking.com I didn’t have access to housekeeping and had to wash our own towels. The room was small for 4 people, which made it a bit inconvenient. For example, when the foldout dining room table was open, we couldn’t fully open the refrigerator and when you’re eating with the table open is exactly when it would be nice to open the refrigerator. I think a bigger unit would probably be better. This was the studio. The resort was so nice and location so great we didn’t need to spend much time in the room. The shuttle service is amazing. If we knew how good it was, I wouldn’t have rented a car. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants were pricey but very good. Pool and Jacuzzi were well maintained and clean. Ping pong tables were a lot of fun. Overall, I would definitely stay here again but preferably in a bigger unit if I planned on using the kitchen.

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including bathrobes, slippers, and even a steam hammam in the shower. The bed was fresh and comfortable. The apartment is quite small, but very cozy and fully equipped. The hotel also provides space for ski equipment and has a ski valet, which is super convenient. There are several saunas and pools in the hotel where you can relax after a day on the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of coming back next year. Highly recommend!

- T (7/5): A good trip! - The adult pool, sauna room was great. The room has everything you need although very dated. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had a smell and stayed quite warm in the winter. It's crazy that if you want your room cooler at night the air con will kick in. Instead, we turned off the system and opened the window a crack to let some fresh air in.

Also the coffee was an issue, I would have preferred a Keurig, easier to use, the pot wasn't very good. And there was a puddle everytime you used the shower. The door didn't close properly.
