- RAZAJ (3/5): - The hotel is accessible. There are also restaurants at the hotel where you can choose to dine. We would like to formally raise our concern regarding the significant disturbance caused by the noise from the water pump located on the top floor of the hotel. The sound was quite disruptive and, regrettably, my family was unable to have adequate rest throughout our stay. We reported this matter to the front desk, and we acknowledge and appreciate their prompt offer to transfer us to another room. However, we respectfully declined, as our 4-year-old daughter was already exhausted at the time, and relocating would have caused further inconvenience. We hope this concern may be addressed to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

- Teresa Abunto (10/5): I love this place, I stay here every time I visit Legazpi - Location is good, easy to get too. There is sufficient parking for cars, plus you can also take a pedicab to the mall/ other areas. Near the hotel there are banks, a massage place, and restaurants. Breakfast is really good and filling, with a lot of regional food (really yummy) and a western food (just ok). The hotel also has several restaurants that serve good food at very reasonable prices. Just note that water is not potable from the tap. I wish there were more water dispensers along the hallways. Also, the doors to the shower allows water to to go out when showering so the floor outside gets wet. This is a slip risk.

- Peter (9/5): Really enjoyable and highly recommended. - The breakfast buffet was superb. Room was spacious with a great bed and good shower. The cocktail bar on the top floor was also excellent. The advised time to return the room bond seemed lengthy. I think it was 10 -15 business days.
- Renae (7/5): Solid hotel choice - Dark room, multiple restaurants, free airport transfer, hot shower, A/C, roof top bar with volcano view, value for money 3.30am transfer to airport for 6am flight makes no sense! It only takes 20-25 mins, so you end up 2hrs at the airport for a domestic flight. There's no reason this first transfer can't be 4.15am. In hindsight we should have hailed a Grab car for PHP350 and slept in an extra hour. Location isn't within walking distance of anything, so you'll need to use Grab or trikes to visit downtown

- Eufemia (10/5): i love the place and everything about it, onky the cleanliness i have a small problem but everything was great - the hotel is amazing and the staff. when i enter the room i noticed the mirror is so dusty and the drinking glass is dirty. also the bedsheet have hairs on it but didnt complain coz for me is a simple thing, as myself is a housekeeping supervisor in Hilton Hotels and resort in Alaska thats why im very picky on rooms and i inspect everything. hopefully this will change soon but everything else is amazing...

The one twin room was good for my wife’s mother and sister was nice however, the one bedroom suite we rented for my wife and my daughter was quite used and very disappointing! Cafe had more flies the people! Didn’t say anything as they held a 8000 peso deposit over us! Upon checking in! Considering we checked into one of the most expensive rooms at the property, it stunk like a men’s locker room the whole time we were there. Also the multiple stains on the furniture just made it gross.

- 941myraa (10/5): Hotel at the heart of everything. - Location is very accessible and at the corner of everything...coffee shops, wellness centers and variety of restos nearby...but the hotel has its own restos inside the establishments as well as roofdeck bar. Nice room and superb value for money.
- Judite (5/5): You may not find quiet here - Most staff were very nice. The food was varied and generally good, though not exceptional by any means. We had a room with a view to the vulcano, which was exposed to a very busy street; it was difficult to sleep with the noise. The next day we asked to change room, which was helpfully accommodated. It was much better, still it was exposed to the pool, which was in the inner court, and on Sunday morning from 7am there were children screaming making it impossible to even stay in the room. The other thing was that on our arrival around 8pm, I asked until when we could have dinner, and we were told the kitchen closed at 9pm. When we got to the restaurant at 8:31pm, they informed us the kitchen closed at 8:30 and there was no flexibility to still take our order. Overall as a prospective guest, keep in mind this is a very busy hotel, with seemingly lots of locals coming for dinner and celebrations (e.g., birthdays) which generates quite the commotion and noise.

- charlieo122 (8/5): Lovely in Legazpi - We were glad to have booked this hotel for our trip to Legazpi City. Our plan was to stay for four nights. We ended up staying six nights because our flight was canceled and rebooked due to Typhoon Uwan. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Daraga Airport. They offer complimentary transfers from and to the airport. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. Staff at the front desk were pleasant, accommodating and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. We can see Mayon Volcano from our room. We booked the Premier Suite Queen. It came with all the usual amenities, robe, slippers, etc. The room is comfortable. Wifi connection was not stable- weak at times and requires reconnecting. There is road noise during peak hours. The hotel is on a main road. The property has three restaurants. We dined in all the restaurants- good variety and quality of foods and great service. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive and always ready to offer assistance. This is a good place to stay in Legazpi City.

- rowecruz (4/5): Disappointed - Not What We Expected - This hotel came highly recommended, but it fell short in many respects. The room was in poor condition — the floors were coming apart, and the bathroom had a musty smell with visible mold in places. It didn’t feel clean or properly maintained. Service at the café restaurant was also disappointing. It wasn’t busy, but I still had to wait far too long for a cup of coffee. Overall, a very underwhelming experience for a place with such a good reputation. I expected much better and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Huge thanks to the team for the yummy japanese food—everything was delicious and served beautifully. A special shoutout to the kind staff who gave us a complimentary cake and even sang us a birthday song! We were so shocked, we couldn't help but laugh—what a sweet and unexpected surprise. It really made our day extra special. We’d also like to commend Mae the cashier and Genesis for their warm hospitality. They were always smiling, patiently assisting us (kahit makulit kami sa pagpapapicture 😅), and made us feel so welcome. They truly represent what great customer service should be. To the Marison Hotel, the leading hotel in Legazpi—thank you! I hope you continue to maintain not just your beautiful structure, but also the high standard of service that makes your place feel like home. We’ll definitely be back. Keep it up!

- robinwV8722GR (6/5): Good and bad - the staff is good and polite! I like them! The restaurants and especially the chili bar are really good. good service, good food and everything! The negatives are; bad internet, you can't connect your computer to the TV for movies but only for music. I ordered medium rare meat and got overcooked meat, not bloody at all. I sent it back to the chef and he sent it back to me with the same meat. I didn't eat it.. ps: I ate half of the meat before sending it back, so it's a bit my fault! Tomorrow I'll order it again and see what happens!
- 58analynd (10/5): Nice room and Great Staffs - It has a nice room and nice view of Mayon Volcano. The foods for breakfast are delicious and the staffs from the Front Office are always smiling. Thank you also to the good looking bell boy jothan for assisting on our luggages and also for discussing the feature on our room. I highly recommend this Bell boy to assist you in this Hotel.
