- M3qs (9/5): A very pleasant stay @ SmileHotel - My go to hotel whenever I am in Shah Alam. Room is good - meets my expectation. Location is superb. So far nothing that I didn't like (based on my recent stay here).

- SITI NABILA (9/5): Nice and stay at peak area, full with amenities and needs.. - It's location, full of nearby restaurants, laundry, 7e, family mart, ROSYAM MART and etc. FRIENDLY STAFF, DEPOSIT RM20 ONLY. Big spacious toilet. Customer service is very fast. Reception 24 hours. Feel secured. Got lift to the highest floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Car park for customers only 3. But weekends no worries, can park anywhere except a red colour box, no charges from authorities on weekends. Toilet very big, but shower hose need repair and once complaint very fast respond and services, but seems before check in, it was not properly inspected. So as an internet connection to the TV. Need staff to enter and connect it properly. The phone line is very nuisance, unable to talk properly, since the sound disturbs during phone calls to reception. The window is very dangerous for small kids, and can easily open and has no protection. However, our children are educated already, but for kids safety the hotel must improve double lock or more safety features to the room window.

I trs reject. Then dia bagi bilik yg lain which is lg teruk. Bilik 110 tak seperti dlm booking.com but i ok lah since dh penat. Then after blk dr mkn aircond bilik mula kejap sejuk kejap tak. And 11pm aircond dh tak sejuk. Reception bagi kita floor fan je. Technician otw tp tak tau pukul bape smpi. Tya blh tukar bilik tak. Kata bilik full. Smpi technician dia still tak boleh buat aircond. And suddenly blh bg bilik lain. Dr 11pm -2am sy n suami berpanas dlm bilik. Worst hotel ever.

- Fiqry (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the property are bery strategic in the middle of town. The television in my room were not functioning, another thing the sleeping mattress also were not solid, disturbing my sleep during the night, comfortabless.

The area has many shops, restaurants, etc., and the laundry is very close. The room is quite small, there is no window, the room is not soundproof, it is easy to hear the activities of people next to the room, it is quite noisy after 12 midnight

Kettle,mug,mineral water in a cup inside room. The bed not comfortable especially for me had Slip disc problem. The towel is small. Hotel & Room a bit smelly.
