• JenBul (8/5): - Nina was fantastic with checking in and explaining everything. The location for getting around and to restaurants was great. Fabulous to have an elevator to take up luggage. Nice big bedrooms and comfortable beds. All the beds, including 2 sofa beds in the livingroom were made up for us so everyone had their own bed. The 1 bedroom facing the street was noisy at night from activities on the street. That's not the accommodations fault, just an observation. The main bathroom toilet seat had a Crack on it which would have caused injury. Not very good water pressure in the smaller 2nd bathroom shower. We only spent 2 nights, as a family of 6 and were fine.

• Warren (9/5): As advertised. Great location. Lots of space. - Great location. Lots of space. Great property management company/contacts. Good wifi. Noisy front bedroom off of street. Noisy cabinet (rattling cabinet doors).
• Patricia (9/5): - The location is central and ideal for exploring the sights. There are some great places to eat nearby. There was plenty of space, it was very clean and well equipped. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The road is a little noisy but you soon forget about it. We will gladly be staying here again. There's nothing negative about this place, it's all good.

• Ike (9/5): - La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda per muoversi e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Ottimo anche perché siamo arrivati alla stazione Tiburtina e prendendo la metro B siamo scesi a Cavour a 3 minuti dall’appartamento. L’alloggio era pulito e in ordine, e tutto ha funzionato senza problemi. L’accoglienza della signora Nina è stata ottima: gentile, disponibile e molto attenta, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. L’unico aspetto negativo è stato il rumore proveniente dall’esterno, che in alcuni momenti si faceva sentire.
• Anna (10/5): Förträfflig! - Enastående trevliga personer att ha kontakt med både före och under själva vistelsen, mycket vänliga och vinnlade sig om att vi skulle ha det så bra och smidigt som det bara gick. Proffset Nina tog emot oss vid incheckning och inga oklarheter, väldigt vänlig och pedagogisk. Mycket tacksamma! Läget det bästa tänkbara och skulle absolut bo i Monti igen. Allt tänkbart utbud (alla sorters restauranger, bra takeaway, ATM, Metro, butiker, barer) utan att ens behöva lämna gatan. Genuint område. 8 min lugn promenad till kolloseum/forum romanum. 5 min till Santa Maria Maggiore. Heller inga problem att promenera till spanska trappankvarteren på 20 min. Vi var 6 personer, stora fina sovrum. 1 pensionär i eget rum m tillhörande badrum/dusch och balkong i det från gatan tystaste hörnet av lägenheten. 2 vuxna i ett sovrum, 1 tonårsbarn eget stort sovrum, samt 2 st i varsin bekväm dubbelböddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Välutrustat kök, disk- och tvättmaskin. Lätt att reglera värmen i den stora lägenheten.

• Lucyna (10/5): Spacious, safe, and conveniently located near great food and shops. - Large enough for a group of 6 people. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the convenience of a small supermarket just next door and fantastic pizza to take away a few steps away. Friendly and responsive host. Not a problem for us, but the walk to many of the attractions, except the Colosseum, takes about 20-30 minutes.

• JOSE LUIS (8/5): Roma, siempre Roma - Localización. Monti es mi barrio preferido de Roma. Lástima que tanta turistificación lo está matando. El apartamento está bien equipado. El personal ha sido muy amable. La habitación que da a la calle es demasiado ruidosa. Por lo que requeriría un aislamiento mejor. Y aunque es el precio de Roma en estos tiempos, es caro.

• Anne-Marie (9/5): Vacances en famille à la hauteur de nos attentes ( nous reviendrons !) - L’appartement est très agréable, cosy, situé dans le quartier du Monti, à proximité du métro et de nombreux bus, proche de beaucoup de monuments L’état du balcon de la chambre / Curieux le lavabo en dehors de l’endroit consacré aux sanitaires dans cette chambre -là! Cette chambre mériterait d’être rénovée

There are many restaurants and a small convenience store very close. The large windows let in quite a lot of light. We also loved the character of the apartment. The lift was out of action when we stayed.

• Jasmine (8/5): Fantastic location for a stay in Rome - perfect for our group of 7 - We loved the location of this apartment, a wonderful street in Monti close to fantastic restaurants and walking distance to the Colosseum as well as other attractions. The host was very friendly and helpful. Airport transfer was organised for us. The front bedroom facing the road was very noisy making it difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. Double glazing just that room would make a huge difference.

• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - I love this apartment in Monti. It was close to everything! Everything was within a 15-minute walking distance. There was a grocery store downstairs and plenty of eateries to pick from on the street it was on. And it had a lift! None.

• Kimberly (10/5): would stay again! - location. all amenities. had washer and detergent. had soaps and shampoo provided. and coffee provided. beds weren’t the best but I am pretty picky on beds. as mentioned by other guests and the host, the bedroom closest to the road is noisy at night.

• Angela (9/5): Loved the location - Very spacious rooms with high ceilings. The building is a truly authentic Roman building. Kitchen was well furnished and we appreciated having things like kitchen roll, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, coffee and sugar provided on arrival. Carrefour mini market next door was convenient. Plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Via Urbana. Cavour metro 2 minutes walk away. The “balcony” is a small terrace that faces into a communal area/residential area and is very ugly and perhaps only good for airing laundry

• Maxine (10/5): Exceptional - Located centrally, walking distance to many attractions and lots of restaurants. With a convenient store only next door. Well equipped kitchen, with dish washer - we made our own simple dinner twice during the stay. It also comes with a washing machine. Most importantly very comfortable beds to retire to after a long day out. Staff (Nina especially) was very helpful and friendly. They always responded to our queries quickly. Nothing.

• Shaun (8/5): This apartment was exactly as we expected. we would stay here again. - Great location, we walked everywhere. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room. Close to train station, most of the major attractions and great restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive to all inquires and very helpful and apartment had everything we needed. Elevator was great! Apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and some of the doors didn't close or had difficulty closing. Not uncommon in old buildings.
• Neil (10/5): The location is right in the middle of Rome so is perfect to visit all of the attractions. - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, most importantly it was very clean. As the building is quite old it has lots of lovely characteristics, high ceilings and tiled floors. We were met at the apartment by Nina to collect the keys, who was very friendly and showed us around and how to use the facilities in the kitchen. The keys are left inside the apartment when leaving. There wasn't anything that we didn’t like in the apartment, it was really great, but to add balance, and for anybody thinking of booking up, it is worth adding that the accommodation is situated in a very narrow and very vibrant side street. It is natural to expect a certain amount of noise during the night from the bars and restaurants located below. There is also noise as the street is cleaned during the night which is a good thing. This was not a problem for us but just making anybody aware….after all it is the middle of a city!!! The apartment has a TV for any spare downtime, but note that it doesn't have any English channels, again not a problem.

• Jessica (9/5): Great centrally located apartment in a cute neighborhood - The apartment is very spacious and the location is amazing! It’s a short walk to Termini or the Colosseum or one metro stop to either. The metro is only a 2 minute walk. There are tons of restaurants around the apartment. I love the unique floors and high ceilings in the apartment. The front bedroom is a bit loud since it overlooks the street. I brought earplugs on this trip and put them to good use.

The location was great too - in a small but bustling street close to a metro station and an easy walk from the Colosseum and Ancient Forum. If I'm being really picky, I'd say the street noise was a bit of a disturbance in the front bedroom, but that's it

• Jennie (10/5): A fantastic, comfortable base to enjoy all that Rome has to offer. - An excellent location, close to the coliseum and in walkable distance from all major attractions. The apartment was spacious, clean and airy with all the amenities you’d expect. We especially enjoyed all of the local thriving places to eat and drink that you could walk to from the apartment. Emanuela was very helpful throughout the process. There’s nothing we didn’t like but the apartment is in Rome - a wonderfully busy city - so expect bustling noises of the street.

• Mark (7/5): The apartment was very clean, spacious, conveniently located but noisy of a night. - Apartment had lots of space, was very clean and comfortable and in walking distance of the metro and major sights of Rome. Quick response and action was taken by the Host when notified that central heating was not working efficiently. Street noise was louder than expected in front bedroom and living area.
• Suhasini (10/5): Spacious apartment, all facilities for a big family stay, good accessibility, proximity to sights - Accessibility, Proximity : Close to Tube station for transfer from Roma Termini. Accessible for Taxi as well. Close to Major sights; within 10-15 mins walking distance. Food, shops : close to small pizzeria, nice restaurants, minimarkets as well as supermarkets like Carrefour/Elite. We arrived on New years day and were glad to find minimarkets in 2 mins walking distance. Rooms : Rooms are big and furnished well for a big family(families). Good space for small kids to play and run around indoors. Kitchen : All necessary cookware and cutlery available. a toaster or sandwich maker might be helpful to add, but ovens and frying pan did the job for us anyways. Hospitality: Helpful hosts who provided very good information during check in and also gave quick response over email regarding transfers, arrival etc. Would definitely choose this place for a big family stay.

• Nikita (10/5): A great place for a company of friends - The location is perfect: on a cosy street between Termini and Colosseum. The apartment is clean and warm, and also very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped so that we had no problems cooking breakfast for ourselves. But the biggest thanks for the hosts goes to the recommendations book they have regarding the places to eat – it's fantastic, that's indeed a treasure. Please follow it, and you'll never regret Although the apartment is warm, the floors are quite cold. Bring your slippers with you!

• Patrick (10/5): Big comfortable air con rooms with easy access, everything worked well and the location is perfect - Very spacious large rooms for our family of 9, we were met at the property and the accommodation facilities fully explained, a lift to our 2nd floor was an added bonus and the aircon worked perfectly. the location is superb, 900m to station, 10 min walk to Colosseum and even less to the open top bus stop. local restaurants and coffee shops were close by. fully recommend Gallo Matto restaurant on Via Cavour for its home made Ravioli, so good we had it twice and the corner Gellato store was the kids favourite!

Nina was great in talking through the facilities, and informing us of choice of restaurants for our stay (Ristorante Broccoletti was amazing). Apartment was spotless, airy and light. Location is perfect, short stroll to all the main sights with a friendly neighbourhood on Via Urbana The fact we did not stay longer!. Will definitely be back

• Irja (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed the great amount of space for the four of us. The apt has everything one needs. The location is great; so close to train station, restaurants, groceries and the sights. Staff were really nice, helpful and accommodating. Some of us could not sleep right above the restaurants, altough they close rather early.
• Rachel (9/5): Excellent apartment, fab location, great host, would stay again - Great location, lots of places to eat out or grab a snack within 2-10 minute walk, 5 minutes from the metro, though only a 10-20 minute walk and you can be at a lot of the main tourist sites, we only used the metro to visit the Vatican everything else we saw on foot, our party aged from 10-70’s had no difficulty. This traditional apartment was airy and spacious for 6 of us with good sizes bedrooms and the added bonus of 2 bathrooms. Monti is a great area with a really nice atmosphere.

I recommend the location and company there were 4 of us and all coffee drinkers, a larger capacity coffee maker would have been nice,

• Antoinette (8/5): Spacious apartment in a good location. - The apartment was very spacious and many restaurants were nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. We liked the two nice bathrooms. It was also very convenient that management arranged for our transportation to the apartment and to the airport. Couches were old. Mattresses were not all comfortable.
