• pinna (4/5): Da evitare - La posizione ottima Appena arrivati ci siamo trovati soltanto un asciugamano a testa per 3 notti che abbiamo soggiornato..... Poi per non parlare che solitamente nelle altre strutture almeno una bottiglia d'acqua si trova,qua invece niente e poi per non parlare della pulizia...... pessima struttura

Finestre che non si chiudevano e senza cornice della finestra... Sporco asse...finestra del bagno rotta il vetro che si sente lì scarico Dell appartamento di sopra.. Un vero disastro... Ma mi chiedo... Booking come fa a mettere nel sito un appartamento non conforme.... È inagibile!! Proprio niente!! 😡😡😡😡
• Erica (5/5): - Nel complesso l’appartamento è in una ottima posizione, vicino ci sono fermate della metro e di autobus e si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi Casa Batlló e Casa Milá. Vicinissimo c’è un bar per un ottima colazione e ristoranti. Appartamento grande per un viaggio di gruppo La struttura non è come nelle foto, è molto diversa. Infissi rotti e mal tenuti, l’appartamento nel complesso necessita di lavori e di un aggiornamento. Biancheria da camera e da bagno presente ma macchiata.

Il personale ci ha sempre risposto prontamente ogni volta che gli abbiamo contattati Non pulitissimo ( angolo cottura e stoviglie) Bollitore in pessime condizioni Segni di usura in cucina Il personale fa un po' fatica a comunicare in inglese

• Hersheygirl24 (1/5): Bad - The location and size were the only things good about this accommodation Then entire apartment had clear signs of water damage that was never fixed. Outlets hanging out of walls. Cabinets expanding and falling apart. Some of the mattresses smelled awful, others were literally coming apart at the seems.The apartment was overwhelmingly filthy and in need of repairs. The shower was moldy and the glass door roller was broken and continously fell off which in itself is a major hazard. It was like staying in a room down motel and it made everyone in our family uncomfortable. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

• Lawrence (3/5): Great location, large capacity and reasonable price outweighed by frustration of having to wait for - There were a few things wrong with the apartment (e.g., the intercom from the front gate didn't work) but they were not the reason for my low rating. My dissatisfaction was entirely the result of our difficulty in getting access. We stayed on three separate occasions over the course of a month, and each time, it took about two hours to get in. The managing agents contract out "reception" to a separate firm. Lines of communication between client, agent and receptionist are confused, and nobody seems to give any thought to customer satisfaction.

• Peaud (1/5): Terrible - Only the location. Everything was terrible !! , we had so many issues and the property manager just hang up on me and never call me back or answer my text message. The only message we had is if you don’t like you can leave. Find another place in Barcelona for 10 people in July !!! Not easy and when you are there just for 2 days, you don’t have time to spend on packing and looking for another place !!! That was a terrible experience, the day before we left, someone came to fix the shower and bring some news beds as the beds we’re broken and disgusting. My brother in law had to help to put staff in the apartment. Internet was never fixed !! And the property manager never came or call back to apologise !!! The worst experience ! Not enough linen, the towels were dirty !!! And I don’t mention everything. The apartment has a flood issue and the smell was terrible, the blinds did not work……
