• Marie (8/5): Gerne wieder. - Sauna und Hotpods sind super. Man kann die Mikrowelle jederzeit benutzen. Rentiere in der Umgebung. Gletscher vor der Tür. Gratis Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Hellhörig. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben. Heizung funktionierte nicht, es war kalt. Wir müssten zweimal Bescheid geben, dann ging es ein wenig. Abends kommen doch viele von außerhalb zu den Pools. Es wäre schön, wenn man abends als Hotelgast alleine wäre.

• Damien (5/5): - Les bains chaud et le sauna sont super. Les serviettes de bains étaient sale. La chambre sentait l'humidité. Le matin il y avait une flaque d'eau en bas de la fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner commence à 8h seulement.
• Marit (9/5): Helt fantastiske omgivelser, og livets beste vafler - Virkelig helt fantastiske omgivelser, helt uvirkelig å få spise frokost med en slik utsikt. Superfinerom, finere enn de ser ut på bildene, og et flott og moderne bad. De nystekte vaflene som ble servert under frokosten var det beste vi opplevde på noen frokost under hele turen vår med fem ulike overnattinger. Angrer fortsatt på at jeg ikke spurte hva slags jern de ble stekt i og oppskriften på røren. Vi fikk dessverre aldri tid til å benytte boblebadene ute, men satte stor pris på muligheten og at de var inkludert i oppholdet! Et irritasjonsmoment var ytterdøren til huset som den lille leiligheten vår lå i. Den var ødelagt i hengslene, og svært vanskelig (tidvis umulig..) å lukke. Den gjorde det også vanskelig å gå ut og titte på nattestid etter nordlys uten å vekke hele resten av huset. Vi går ut fra at denne fikses innen kort tid, så du som vurderer å booke bør ikke tenke for mye på det. Vi kunne også ønske oss mulighet for å kjøpe en enkel middag utover koppnudler, eller utstyr til å varme noe egen mat selv. Tilgang til en enkel mikrobølgeovn hadde vært topp. Og noe tydeligere instruksjoner gjeldende utsjekking, som kunne vært opplyst om på resepsjonsdøren når den var stengt.

• Alexandra 17 (9/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Sehr sehr freundliches Personal und die Lage ist einfach toll. Abends im kostenlosen Hot Tub zu sitzen und auf den Gletscher und die Berge zu schauen, ist einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Es gab frisches leckeres Brot zum Frühstück und alles wurde immer wieder rechtzeitig aufgefüllt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit hier wieder übernachten. Dankeschön, für 2 wunderschöne Tage!

Très bon petit déjeuner et salle de petit déjeuner très agréable. Vue superbe. Bains chauds très chouettes à flanc de colline avec vue. Sauna. On a pu admirer les aurores boréales depuis le bain chaud, le top! Randonnée possible vers le glacier et sa lagune glaciaire, sans l’aflux de touristes d’autres endroits. SUper calme. On a adoré. Route d’accès en très bon état (à 5 minutes de la Route 1). Les bains chauds, saunas et vestiaires ferment à 21h, dommage!
• Natalja (8/5): Miers, daba un elpu aizraujoši skati vietā, kur patiesi iespējams atslēgties - Lai arī naktsmītne atradās tālu no populārās pilsētiņas Vīk, ne mirkli nenožēlojām, ka devāmies tik tālu. Ceļā paveras burvīgi skati uz ledājiem un kalniem. Pati naktsmītne ir ļoti jauka un tīra. Pieejamas karstās vannas, no kurām paveras neaizmirstams skats uz ledāju (tas atrodas vien 4 km attālumā no viesnīcas) un kalniem. Šosejas troksni nedzird – valda pilnīgs miers un klusums. Nākamajā dienā devāmies aplūkot ledāju tuvāk: skats bija patiesi iespaidīgs, turklāt tūristu praktiski nebija, kas ļāva dabas brīnumu izbaudīt gandrīz vienatnē. Brokastis ar izvēli un kopumā ļoti labas. Jauks un izpalīdzīgs personāls. Istaba, lai gan tajā bija viss nepieciešamais, šķita nedaudz tukša. Tajā nav televizora, kas var būt būtiski tiem, kam tas ir svarīgi.

• Daniel (7/5): Friendly, quiet and simple set up! - The staff were lovely and friendly, very welcoming. The location was stunning and magical - perfect for seeing the northern lights if you are lucky enough. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive to keep it fully stocked. We weren’t fortunate enough to experience the hot tubs and sauna as we arrived later in the evening during a snow storm but the facilities looked nice. Staff communication before and during the stay was amazing and was kind enough to acknowledge it was a birthday visit with a glacier view room and a birthday message. The en-suite / wet room was struggling to drain well meaning it would be wet for the entirety of your stay and it would be ideal if the shower was a shower cubicle. However, nice pressure and stayed hot.

• Tereza (10/5): - Jedno z nejhezčích ubytování, které jsme měli. Hezké pokoje, čistá, prostorná koupelna, dostatek místa na parkování. Naprosto výborná snídaně, jejich vaflí jsme se mohli ujíst. Zkusili jsme i jejich welness, v březnu, kdy jsme hotel navštívili byli v provozu dvě venkovní vířivky ze čtyř. Na recepci nám milá recepční dala dvě osušky navíc a vysvětlila nám, že hned u vířivek je vnitřní převlékárna se sprchami. Vše hezké, uklizené, nové. A ty výhledy!

• Sarah (8/5): Kann es nur empfehlen! - Sehr gutes Frühstück, wahnsinns Aussicht und Lage und die Hottubs/Saune waren sehr fein, wenn auch das Wasser an unserem zweiten Tag durch den Wind etwas kühler war, aber trotzdem sehr schön! Sehr minimalistische Ausstattung, nichts zum Jacken/Handtücher aufhängen und etwas frisch im Apartment - sonst super!

The hot tubs were cold and theres no tv in the room like in the pictures. We got no sleep because there was an event on all night with drunk people shouting and slamming doors. No response from staff when trying to complain.

• Polyxeni (8/5): Ωραία τοποθεσία και ευγενική κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν. - Η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν ηταν ευγενέστατη και επειδή θα φεύγαμε το επόμενο πρωινό πολύ νωρίς μας έφερε τοστακια και φρούτα να πάρουμε μαζί μας. Η τοποθεσία ηταν ωραία και χιονίζει κιόλας εκείνο το βράδυ. Ενώ έχει κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα, δεδομένου ότι ειναι μακρια σχετικά απο τον πολιτισμό έλειπαν πολλά βασικά πράγματα ώστε να ετοιμάσουμε κατι να φάμε. Πχ δεν είχε κατσαρόλα να βράσουμε μακαρόνια. Επίσης δεν παρέχει σαμπουάν. Βέβαια όταν το αναφέραμε η ευγενική κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν μας βρήκε και μας εξυπηρετησε.

The breakfast was wonderful in the morning! It was actually dark enough to see one little glimmer of northern lights. The sheets and beds are not very comfy. Everything else was good!
