• Sacheera (10/5): Perfect location for exploring Rome with a little one - We absolutely loved the location. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and very close to many other attractions as well. It was especially convenient with our 3yr old daughter, we could easily hop in and out of the apartment whenever she needed a little break or rest during the day. The apartment itself felt a little compact, but it was very clean and it had all the necessities we needed for our stay. There are so many amazing restaurants just a few steps away, as well as a supermarket. Honestly, everything you need is within a 100m radius. The apartment is located in a charming old building, which added to the Roman experience. Because of this, there is no lift, and carrying our heavy luggage to the second floor was probably the only downside for us. That said, the location completely outweighs that minor inconvenience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome, and we would definitely stay here again if we visit again
• Narcis (9/5): Late/forgot checkin but well positioned/clean apartment! - The room/the location/the experience was great! That the checking was at 15:00 and even though we wrote upfront that we might arrive a little earlier, we did not got the instructions to get in even at 15:05. Also, if we wouldn't call for checking I don't think they would realize they were late.

• James (10/5): Wonderful team and location! - Great location. Provided everything we could need. Adjusted kindly when I added someone staying last minute. Communicated well on wats app and kept me informed of needs for check in and check out. No surprises. Snacks, water, and juice provided free was a nice addition as well. Also got lucky, room was ready early and as our flight arrived early they were willing to accommodate us checking in a little early. Of course you can’t expect that but they helped out. Like others have stated you absolutely hear the neighbors above and next to you but there’s not a lot anyone can do about that. And after long days and nights of venturing no noise would interrupt our sleep anyway haha.
• ERICA (8/5): Molto bene, ma ... - Pulizia, accoglienza con frigo pieno e tutto per la colazione, elettrodomestici, letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Fiori finti che raccolgono polvere, divano letto non molto comodo, essendo comunicante con l'altro appartamento si sentiva parlare come fossimo a porta aperta.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Apartament 300 m od Koloseum, widoczne z okna. 150 m do sklepu Carrefour. Idealny dojazd z lotniska. Metro bardzo blisko. Restauracje pod samym lokum. Wszystko super. Udogodnienia typu pralka, kuchenka, suszarka, żelazko. Bardzo polecamy.

Deplorevole, le foto pubblicate sono diverse dalla realtà...per incominciare un palazzo sporchissimo, senza ascensore, puzza di muffa... L'appartamento...per modo di dire...e totalmente diverso dalle foto....muri sporchi...vista deplorevole- vedere foto. La pulizia manca totalmente... capelli nel letto che è orrendo, capelli nella doccia...vicini fanno casino giorno e notte...si vede che è una zona di gente poco educata...Non raccomando neanche a metà prezzo...

Nos dejaron dejar las mochilas en su oficina después del chek-in, y la estación de termini está a 2 paradas de metro. Estaba todo bien

• Giovanna (10/5): Soggiorno a dir poco sensazionale - Posizione fantastica, vicinissima al Colosseo e a 20 minuti dal centro storico di Roma (Campo Marzio). Locale accogliente, pulitissimo con un bagno veramente favoloso (e con doccia con caldaia, cosa non scontata). Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e accogliente. Niente. Tutto perfetto.

• Cynthia (4/5): Worst Experience! - Closer to restaurant, one grocery shop and colleseum We stayed 8 days, and after asking several times for new towels, we finally received them on the 6th day. We live on wet towels. There is a washing machine but no drier and was told a portable cloths line will be provided but never been provided. I followed up with Andre as he promised no response. We had to cancel our dinner and tour to wait for someone to fix the broken shower door, but it never got fixed and replaced by shower curtain, which was so uncomfortable because the shower was very tiny. I was promised by Luca to speak with his manager if they can compensate us with the delay and ruining our schedule,but again, he just promised no reply no action after following up. They provided 3 pillows that are extremely old and uncomfortable ( 3 of us) . asked for additional pillows, and they refused and said no pillows available. If you have too many luggage, this is not for you. it's second 2 and third floors with no elevators. If you are a bit sensitive - sleeping wise, not for you. My daughter could not sleep better because of noises next door and steps from upstairs. Restaurant downstairs so people can be noisy or people that are walking by.. I had to request a bin bag, which is a basic need and not available. Basically, if you check in and pay, don't expect much! We had 7 other accommodations as we travelled around Europe, this place charged me most but the worst experience! Definitely highly. Not recommended! I can add more comments, but I think you get it!

Location of the apartment was spot on, with a view of the beautiful colosseum and a grocery store just down the street. The communication with the hosts was amazing, before and during the stay the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We got a chance to meet the host to help with a query which was quick and helpful. I stayed with my partner and the apartment was a perfect size for us. As someone who travels to Rome once a year and had experiences staying at other accommodations within Rome I can admit that so far this was my best experience yet. Will definitely be back. Thank you couldn’t recommend this place more !! :) Not a major issue but during our stay we could hear every time the upstairs neighbours moved around but other than that everything was great.

Great a/c and comfortable bed. Wish there had been an elevator bc of the difficulty of getting luggage up two flights of stairs and there was a washing machine but no dryer so we could not use it. You can park on the street or at Coliseum Parking garage around the corner. Overall great space. Recommend!

• Lally (10/5): Exceptional apartment for staying in the center of Rome - Exceptional location. You literally have 2 minutes walk to very good restaurants and 24 hours open grocery store. You can literally see colosseum from the window and there is a short walk to metro station next to colosseum. Apartment was small but clean and had everything that you need including washing machine. It was very hot few days when we were staying in Rome and AC worked great. We slept very comfortably. Free cold drinks in a fridge and snacks were very appreciated after long travel. Climbing stairs to 3rd floor after whole day of walking around the city.

• Tneder (9/5): Value for the money. - It has an excellent location (2 mins away from the Colosseo). The free Wi-Fi service was very good aswell, especially to plan our journey prior to the day.
• John (8/5): - Good sized apartment but bathroom was very tight. A little introduction to apartment use would be nice. The radiator in bathroom was pumping out heat and did not know how to turn this down. The shutters were controlled by electric switches and only figure this out on day 3. The location is wonderful for transportation links and the great number of restaurants nearby. We found two local markets a short walk from the apartment and they are wonderfully stocked.

Highly recommend…if I had any negatives with are mute compared to the positives I would say the bed is ehh and it’s quite loud but so is everywhere in Italy tbh. Great place!!

We will use again. Thankyou! For the price Bed mattress needs to be much better quality, not cheap IKEA spring thin mattress with no support - otherwise good.
