• Anna (9/5): Miły pobyt, świetna baza do zwiedzania Kassandry - Świetna lokalizacja, dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania okolicznych miasteczek oraz poszukiwania ślicznych plaż. Bardzo miły Właściciel. W kuchni jest wszystko, czego potrzeba, może za wyjątkiem czajnika.

За бажанням, на автомобілі при незначній відстані, доступні різні локації, як то курортне містечко з бутіками та облаштованими пляжами, так і дикі піщані пляжі з пологим входом та прозорою водою. Все сподобалось, проте було б зручніше за наявності микрохвильовки.

• Artur (10/5): Дякуємо Petradaki за гостинність та чудовий відпочинок - Чудове місце розташування, все в пішій доступності - таверни, магазини, малолюдний пляж... Просто неймовірний господар - завжди підкаже і розкаже, пригощав нас неодноразово домашнім інжиром (ми були в другій половині серпня), допомогав з вирішенням побутових питань. Кухня була укомплектована всім необхідним. З нашого номеру був вигляд на море... Це щось неймовірне... Море зелені, червоні дахи будинків і море в 200 метрах по прямій ( можливо й менше, не міряли) Власна парковка, літній душ на вулиці, власний сад та чудовий газон Чистота номерів, регулярна зміна рушників та постільної білизни... Дуже адекватна ціна, особливо в розпал сезону

• Genia Leon (1/5): not recommended - in fact keep way from this place - oh boy, where do I start?... first things first - the price we paid for 12 nights was double what we paid in any of the previous 7 years in Greece, and naturally for that price one would expect at least the most common things, like a helpful host or the elementary good manners - well you won't get any of these here... there are 2 types of accommodation there: the small, one room studios at the ground floor and the slightly larger, 2-room apartments. we got both (2 families) and from the first minute you get into the accommodation you understand that you were cheated - the photos on the booking look way more spacious than the room actually are! then if you are unlucky one to get a studio at ground floor, well it is not an actual ground floor at all, it is de facto the basement level and the roof will be at the reach of a teenager hand (~1.75 - 1.8m in high) - be careful, if you are higher than 1.75 you'll be in big trouble. keep in mind that for the price you are paying, you won't get any cleaning services at all, you'd have to mop & sweep and change the linen yourself for the whole duration of your stay. we had to mop every single time after using the shower as the water would flood the whole bathroom area. next - the beds (i'll only describe the studio here): when you are on along holiday, you'd naturally want a comfy bed, right? well good luck next time, the beds here are simply awful - old and squeaky (every move would wake our little child at nigh - you'd have to sleep like lenin in the mausoleum in order to not make noise) with hard mattress that would give you pain even after you return home - when we asked if there's any possibility to change the mattresses or maybe to place some toppers on top (at least for the child's bed, because she cried that she feels every arch in the mattress and could not sleep), the host decided that the best defense is the attack and accused us of being rude and complaining for no reason, mentioning that soon the electricity would be off, or the water would be cut and then what? (by the way, that really happened - we've got water and electricity shortage several times during our stay) then he decided not to wait for us to answer and pushed us off his office and said that he won't do anything to remedy the situation, as he can't buy new mattresses for every complaining customer, meanwhile mentioning that we were the very first to complain (which was not true as we've heard our neighbors complain about the beds as well - I forgot to mention that you could hear all your neighbors, from peeing, to snoring). in order to remedy at least partially the situation we found ourselves in, we took the mattress from the outside coach and used it as a topper for the child's bed. we did not complain about other staff that maybe we should have to, like or example the shower head that would not stay in place unless you use some tooth ticks to fix it, or the bare minimum in the kitchen area (the pan by the way is awfully sticky).

• ANCA - CORINA (8/5): Sejur liniștit și relaxant. - Zonă liniștită, grădină frumoasă cu măslini și smochini. Curățenie, aproape de o plajă îngustă. Am primit zilnic smochine proaspete de la proprietar. Mulțumim! Raport bun calitate-preț. Aș fi avut nevoie de un dulap sau mai multe umerașe pentru haine. Satul cu puține magazine, taverne. Plaja din apropiere cu pietriș cam mare.

Nu prea poți face plaja in Mola Kaliva, sunt multe pietre, dar noi ne plimbam pe mai multe plaje, așa că nu a fost o problema.

• Peter (9/5): - Ligging in een tuin met vijgenbomen en olijfbomen. Vlakbij zee. Ik had een studio aan de tuinkant en kon boven de bomen ook wat zee zien. Relaxen op mijn terras met een fris wijntje en een boek met op de achtergrond het geluid van krekels, vogels en de zee. Ruime mooie studio met extra groot bed, ventilator, airco en een sobere kitchenette. Tv zelfs niet geprobeerd. In het dorp zijn er 2 supermarktjes en een 5 tal Griekse restaurantjes. Wat ik gemist heb, maar niet zo heel erg, een waterkoker en een microwave. By

As for Petradaki apartment, the house looks good from the outside, but in the apartment - furniture, kitchen and bathroom could be renovated and upgraded. The host was helpful.

• Erdem (9/5): Şahsi arabanızla gidiyorsanız, gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebileceğiniz bir tesis. - Fiyat / fayda dengesi iyiydi. Arka bahçeye bakan, bahçe katı stüdyo dairede kaldık. Benim gittiğim dönemde sessiz ve sakindi. Arabayla çevredeki plajlara ulaşmak kolaydı. Tesisin 100 metre aşağısında plaj var ama salaş bir plaj, pek tercih edilmiyor. Yine tesisin aşağısında sol tarafta market, sağ tarafta balık restaurantı var. Fiyatlar uygun. Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı. Genel olarak Halkidiki den beklentim, Belediye yaz sezonunda düzenli olarak sivrisineklere karşı ilaçlama yapabilir. Tesislerde haşerelere karşı ilaçlama yapabilir. Bu tesisle alakalı değil, genel önerim.
• Marina (10/5): Ljubazan domaćin, lep i udoban smeštaj, čistoća na visokom nivou, miran kraj za odmor. - Smeštaj "Petradaki" je izuzetno čist, za svaku pohvalu. Ima i lepo dvorište i lep sadržaj za najmlađe članove. Blizina mora od apartmana je par minuta hoda, nekih 4-5 što je savršeno kada si sa decom i nosiš i kofice i lopatice i gume i peškire... Pohvale za ljubaznog domaćina Vasilisa i za njegovo gostoprimstvo . nema toga
• Vasile-Iosif (10/5): Great loacation - Apartment was big enough for all four of us. The sea and garden view with olive trees was amazing. Late in the evening kids had fun watching the baby geckos climbing the walls. Host was welcoming. he gave us very good figs :). Overall, everything was good, clean apartement, after 3-4 days our towels and bed linen were changed. The property was located near the road and was a little noisy, but you can get used to it :)

• Niculae (4/5): - Mi a plăcut gradina și pentru ca am avut loc de parcare! Apartamentul în care am fost cazați nu e chiar apartament, este un dormitor cu o mica bucătărie separata! Aer condiționat doar în dormitor, reușește sa răcească puțin și bucătăria după multe ore de funcționare. Baia este un dezastru! Bateria nu funcționează corespunzător (este din plastic) nu exista presiune la apa calda și curge apa calda doar intr o singura poziție pe care am descoperit-o după câteva zile....timp în care ne a fost explicat ca nu e apa nici pe munte!!! :))))) NU SE FACE NICIODATA CURATENIE!!! VREI CURAT?? PUI MANA PE MATURA!!! nu se schimba lenjeriile, vrei lenjerie curata??? Ți o schimbi singur!!! Concluzia este ca nu am avut un sejur deloc relaxant!! Ca acasă, cu matura și modul sa tijn curat!! Nu recomand! Alte pretenții nu am îndrăznit sa mai avem! Așteptăm următorul concediu sa ne și relaxam! Am fost 2 adulți și un copil de 14 ani...!

Il giardino comune davanti alla nostra camera Il bagno nuovo e curato La posizione comoda La stanza e il bagno sono senza senza Finestre, l'unica apertura è la porta finestra d'ingresso Letto basso e scomodo, senza comodini. Niente Armadio ma solo un piccolo appendiabito da muro, insufficiente per un soggiorno superiore ai 3 giorni.

• Antoaneta (9/5): Прекрасно - Всичко. Беше тихо и спокойно. Бяхме в студио с излаз към двора, за нас беше удобно. Имаше всичко необходимо в стаята ч, с климатик и wi-fi. Близо до морето, но не и до плажа. За хубави плажове ще ви трябва автомобил, както и за хубави ресторанти. Василис, домакина на хотела е невероятен, изключително възпитан и отзивчив човек. Благодаря ти Василис за всичко, което те помолихме и за вкусните смокини и доброто отношение. Единствено това, че нямаше смяна на хавлии и спално бельо за всичките 6 дни и че за хубав плаж и магазин трябва да са шофира.

• Hinko (10/5): - Prijazen lastnik, ki nam je vsak večer podaril sveže nabrane fige iz vrta, zelo čist apartma z pogosto menjavo postelnjine in brisač, urejen vrt, bližina lepe peščene plaže z veliko prostora, veliko parkirišče ob apartmaju. Kot družina bi potrebovali malo več posode za kuhanje.

• Alex (10/5): - It was our second stay at Petradaki Apartments and I think that not the last one as the host is very amiable and hospitable. Every evening we had a plate of delicious figs from him, brought in person. At the same time, we felt maximal privacy and enjoyed our vacation. We came to the property by car so we were not dependent on one and the same beach and travelled exploring different places. All in all, I highly recommend Petradaki Apartments for a family rest.

• Fistos (10/5): - Panorama minunată, gradina ingrijita,curățenie in camere, paturile bune. Singura problema ar fi, robinetul de la bucătărie care picura în continuu, iar cel de la baie este foarte greu de deschis.
• Mirela (10/5): - Ne-a plăcut absolut tot. Locația este aproape de mare, gazda este super de treaba. Te poți relaxa în liniște.Dacă cauti liniștea și un loc diferit fata de agitația din marile stațiuni aici este locul potrivit. Multumim lui Vasilis pentru ajutor și pentru bunăvoința de care a dat dovada. Este un loc unde as reveni cu drag și pe care îl recomand din suflet. Nu exista nimic ce sa nu ne fi plăcut.
• Cosmin (9/5): - A fost compartimentat bine, curat, dotarile nu foarte actuale, copiilor le au placit desenele de pe pereti. Chiuveta si bateria de la bucatarie ar trebui schimbate. E necesar si la baie sa fie revuzuita de un instalator.

• Maria (5/5): Хороше житло але поки недостатньо обжите - Чиста постільна білизна, багато рушників, дві душові кімнати з туалетами. Хороший персонал, який постійно був на звʼязку і готовий був допомогти вирішити будь-які питання. В готелі є рецепція, що значно прискорює комунікацію. Була парковка, але без тенту. Зручний підʼїзд до готеля. В наших апартаментах ремонт був дуже свіжий, все нове. Можливо ми були одними з перших відвідувачів цих апартаментів. Ергономіка апартаментів незручна. Меблі розташовані таким чином, що ми постійно бились об них. Кутки меблів гострі, кілька разів зачепились. На кухні мало кухонного приладдя. Проте, ми попросили чайник, дошку та миску для салату і нам одразу все видали. Якщо кімната виходить на сторону дороги, то досить шумно. Проте, з іншої сторони чудовий сад і газон. наші апартаменти виходили на обидві сторони, тож нам було ок.

• Tanya (5/5): - Дворът и чистотата. Заради непосредствената близост с главния път е изключително шумно и денем и нощем. Бяхме с голямото желание са си готвим там, но няма фурна, в единия апартамент имаше, но като се включи излизаше бушона. За наша голяма и неприятна изненада нямаше барбекю, нито дори електрическа скара. Също така има приятен детски кът, но е с невъзпрепятстван достъп до шосето. Василис е много приятен, отзивчив и дава много подробни насоки за плажове и заведения.

• Валентина (10/5): - Беше чисто, в кухненският бокс имаше тенджера, тиган и джезве, както и чинии и прибори. Сменят чаршафите, зареждат с тоал. Хартия, има веро за съдовете и течен сапун в тоалетната, чисти кърпи, които също смениха. Много любезни домакини и гостоприемни.

• Elide (8/5): Appartamento dignitoso per famiglie - Appartamento dignitoso con una camera matrimoniale, cucina con letto a castello, bagno e balcone. Il balcone, ombreggiato da tenda regolabile, era perfetto per i pasti. Ottimi i servizi messi a disposizione: attrezzi e prodotti per pulire l'alloggio, giochi all'esterno per bambini, corde per stendere biancheria, giochi per la spiaggia, parcheggio e proprietario sempre disponibile per informazioni. Posizione comoda per visitare le principali spiagge della zona e per raggiungere i negozi. L'aria condizionata era solo nella camera matrimoniale e l'aria fresca arrivava pochissimo in cucina dove c'era anche l'altro letto a castello. Il mobile cucina non è funzionale: pochi e piccoli ripiani per riporre il cibo e il mobile sotto al lavello è inutilizzabile. Il letto a castello era traballante. il bagno è molto piccolo con la porta che si apre verso l'interno, quindi è molto scomodo.

• Petar (9/5): Excellent place for a relaxed vacation - We were on the ground floor with the accommodation and had a view to a beautiful and spacious yard with olive and fig trees (you can pick some if you want). The host Vasilis is welcoming and attentive. He's here for any advice or request you need but at the same time tries to not intrude in any way. The rooms at the ground floor are almost new, they are clean and the bathroom is very spacious. The towels and linens are changed on every three days. You have a private patio where you can sit and enjoy and see the kids run around in the yard. The weather was bad several days so having this patio was excellent so that we don't stay in the room for the whole day. There's a market with everything you need in 5 minutes walking distance and there is another bigger one in 10-15 minutes walking. The closest beach is 5 minutes away on foot and other more spacious and sandy beaches are 2-10 minutes away with car (2-10km). The area is calm (especially in September), you have couple of restaurants in a walking distance. Overall, a very good stay. It's not that I didn't like something but there are some aspects that could've been helpful. For example, there aren't many storage cabinets in the room. There's only one drawer where you can put your things. We were with two small kids (baby and a toddler) and we had many things out in the open. One extra drawer, smaller closet or one or two nightstands would be great. In the kitchenette there's also no cupboards (except for one shelf) where you can put things that you've bought/brought so aside from the fridge, you have to put everything in the open. It's not that this is not shown in the images of the rooms but it's something we didn't notice until we arrived there. The area with the swings in the yard is quite close to the street and the yard is not fenced from that side. For us, with small kids you have to be extra attentive for them not to wander to the street. These are no big deals, just some things that could make the accommodation even better.
