• Radouan (1/5): Not a 5 star residence - Nothing I want express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Hotel Posh during the week of What was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience due to numerous issues with both the facilities and the service. Firstly, the condition of the pool area was unacceptable. The pool was visibly dirty, with hair floating on the water’s surface and even on the chairs that are submerged in the pool. The pool tiles were discolored and stained yellow, which gave the entire area an unhygienic appearance. Additionally, there was no staff service available at the pool area at any point during our stay. The suite we were given was outdated and poorly maintained. There were exposed wires coming out from behind the TV, the air conditioning units were extremely loud, and we were constantly disturbed by noise from other plugged-in devices in the room. The bathroom sink was clogged and unusable, and shockingly, we found hair on the bed linen — strongly suggesting the sheets had not been changed between guests. Moreover, the hotel restaurant was closed with no prior notice, and the person working the overnight shift was unhelpful and rude , not even saying hello Due to the poor condition of your pool, we had no choice but to pay an additional €200 to use the pool facilities at a nearby hotel so our children could enjoy at least part of their vacation. On the final day of our stay, the water was completely shut off — we could not shower, flush the toilet, or even wash our hands before a long drive to another country. When we reported this, the staff simply blamed the city, without offering any real assistance or alternatives. We are extremely disappointed by this experience, which did not at all match the standards or expectations set by your hotel’s description or price point. Picture and video below !!

• Dick (6/5): Very expensive bling - To be fair the Posh Residence stands out as it's very contemporary. The view is great although the marina it looks onto isn't very premium. The location was just ok. Down a street of fairly scruffy apartment blocks. It was very bling. A lot of gold decor. The kitchen was poorly laid out. Very expensive for the location.

• Gordon (10/5): 60th Birthday Stay - This place was amazing, very luxurious throughout. The views that looked out over the infinity pool were magnificent. A tremendous place to relax and chill out. All the staff were so very friendly. Petra, Zrinka, are two of the staff on reception who were so kind to us, even providing a birthday surprise cake, which was such a nice touch. I will long remember turning 60 years old here.

• Nicola (10/5): - We were lucky to spend 10 nights at this gorgeous property, staying in the luxe suite. Everything was exceptional. The apartment was clean, modern and extremely comfortable, the beds were amazing. The pool area was beautiful and often empty, even in high season. There is a complimentary coffee machine in reception, a nice touch. There is no restaurant here but food and drinks can be ordered in using the Glovo app and eaten around the pool. The staff can provide plastic glasses/ ice and ice buckets is requested. The location is just outside split, and can easily get an uber into the center for 4-5 euros. We would love to return at some point. Nothing!

• Renate (9/5): - Die Lage war gut, man kann zum Strand in wenigen Minuten gelangen. Eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe ist viel wert, auch wenn der Bus nicht allzu oft verkehrt. Am Pool ist es herrlich, genug Platz für alle Gäste, es gibt nur 6 Appartements im Haus. Keine Poolbar vorhanden, man kann sich aber Kaffee vom Kaffeeautomaten kostenlos holen. Kalte Getränke aus dem Automaten an der Rezeption. Ich würde dem Manager empfehlen, an den Fenstern Mückenschutz-Netze zu montieren. Es gibt eine Werkstatt für Metallverarbeitung in der Nachbarschaft und von dort hört man gelegentlich die spezifischen Geräusche. Nicht wirklich schlimm, die Residenz kann nichts dafür. Auch ein Landeplatz für Hubschrauber in der Nähe, es gab aber wenige Einsätze während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Residenz liegt in einem Wohnviertel unweit eines Krankenhauskomplexes, daher der Platz für Rettungshubschrauber.
• Samantha (10/5): Best Hotel with Amazing Location! - My stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was VERY kind and accommodating. The room was super comfortable and that pool area OMG I was in love. I had the best time and would 100% recommend this hotel to other guests, friends and family.

Would recommend and would return should we return to Split this would be our first choice. Nothing really liked this property and would return. Only small recommendation would be bring back the bar that was previously available a couple of years ago. 😀. However, not a biggie as wine shop close by. Also would be nice to have a bottle of water each day rather than on arrival day. Again not a biggie just a small recommendation to make this perfect in every way 😀

• Verified traveler (2/5): Disappointed - Overall quite disappointed. The area the hotel is in is not convenient and is rather dirty; not pleasant to walk in. Our room had an unpleasant odor which staff tired to remedy with only partial success. No breakfast included although available to purchase from a nearby restaurant. Not a five star experience. We checked out a day early and were told we would get a refund for the final night.

When we asked for a late checkout, the staff was incredibly rude and knocked on our door at 11:01, forcing us out of the room. I asked for 15 minutes to shower and change after walking 20 minutes uphill to get breakfast, which was the most inconvenient request I could have made. The main receptionist knocked on my door ten times within ten minutes, informing me to check out. My in-laws stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

• Dana (10/5): Perfection. This small boutique hotel is very unique and special - The property is stunning. “Posh” is an understatement!!! The level of detail that went into constructing this property is next level. The decor… the pool furniture… the gym… everything is high end and sparkling clean. We had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect for our group of four. The staff (front desk.. etc) were beyond kind and super helpful. The hotel is about 20 to 25 minute walk from split old town and about an 8-10 Euro uber ride. We didn’t mind this because we actually like being more of a quiet, residential setting. There is no breakfast included so we picked up yoghurt and croissants and ate in the morning on the pool deck or in our room. Just a small quibble is that the pillows were bit quite thick but when I asked for a thinner pillow, they gave me one right away. They aim to please. If you want to be in the centre of old town this is not the property for you, but if you want to go for dinner in the centre of split and then stay in a quiet, beautiful hotel, I can’t recommend this place highly enough
• David (10/5): A lovely apartment, pool was gorgeous with great views and very quiet - Receptionist was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed as well as some excellent recommendations for food and getting in to the centre Our room was on the ground floor and was quite dark with no natural light in the kitchen or bathrooms
• Carol (10/5): Friendly welcome by all staff , attentive and patient with all our questions. Supported us with excursions, beach towels - First impressions of staff on reception. Wow, these ladies/one gent were outstanding on service, knowledge and everything we asked for was always “Yes we can support you with that”. The property was Impeccable, lush, clean and so relaxing, exceptional, one of the best hotels I have stayed in (short stay x 4 nights). The bathroom had a smell of drains. We had the room called “Charm”, this room was situated below reception area. We didn’t spend much time in our suite, so did not feel the need to report this. Although, our room was downstairs there was some noise/disruption in the mornings. I did report this to the reception.

• Susan (9/5): Professional, sophisticated apartment hotel around. 25 minutes walk from the old town of Split . - Quiet location , very peaceful with lovely pool area . Ideal to relax . The staff were all extremely helpful, always available, friendly and professional. Some excellent restaurants and beach all within walking distance of the property. There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property or its staff .. perhaps in the future breakfast packages could be made available as an additional option .

• Kenneth (6/5): Overall the experience has put me off ever going for apartments/small hotels again, and probably would have given a - The hotel looks good, modern and is very clean. Little bit oddly situated compared to the surrounding residential buildings and doesn’t really fit in by comparison but the views of the sea and marina from the hotel are great. The reception staff were also great, very friendly and overall accommodating. The old town is about 25 minute walk which is a bit long but an Uber to the old town was cheap always available. The gym was good, and the free coffee machine in reception was a nice touch. I feel like the place could do with a bar but it was easy to get drinks ect delivered from local supermarket. Our air conditioning was broke in both bedrooms when we checked in. They were both leaking and the main bedroom temp wouldn’t go below 26C. The staff were very apologetic but could not get the air con company to attend that first night, which I could accept given it was towards the end of the day. Then the second day they did also not attend and we spent a second night with broken air conditioning. On the third day the staff moved us to another suite and the air con was fine. As we were only staying 4 nights this did ruin a lot of our holiday and for 730 euros a night I wouldn’t expect issues like this. Also to note as the complex is quite small the suite balconies overlook the pool area. We had a loud group staying at the same time as us and as they spent most of their time at the pool it ruined sitting out on the balconies peacefully for us, not the hotels fault but also not ever an issue for me when staying at a larger chain 5 star hotel.

• John (10/5): - The furnishing is luxurious and the rooms are spacious. We asked for a two bedroom apartment. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, our apartment offered a large kitchen, a large living room, a large balcony, 2 large bathrooms, and a third smallish bathroom. The place is a residence apartment facility. It does not offer dining services like regular hotels. The ground floor has a 24-hour front desk with a courteous staff, a free cappuccino machine, and an infinity pool with a great view of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding islands. One of our daily highlights is to grab a cappuccino, sit at a table next to the infinity pool, and enjoying the view of the ocean for an hour. In terms of dining, there are several good restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Some of the them have a reasonably priced menu (e.g. grilled fish, grilled vegetables, and a glass of wine for 30 euro). In terms of transportation, you can take an Uber to the ferry port for roughly 6 euro during non-rush hours and 8.5 euro during rush hour. There is a path that you can use to walk to the ferry port in roughly 30 minutes. 90% of the path is on a concrete walkway right along the beach.

The panoramic views are truly amazing. Great size and layout for 3 adult ladies. Special delivery of wine and chocolates was a kind gesture to celebrate my birthday. Very sweet Nothing.

Modern, sleek, huge 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Great car park. Beautiful pool area. Lovely location. Cheap Uber into old town in 5 mins. Views from every angle exquisite. Gorgeous toiletries in the bathroom. Nothing really and we would 100% recommend to others and return ourselves! But we really wish the apartment had a washing machine. Theres plenty of room for it and it would have made the room totally perfect!

We messaged the day before arrival and they set up ferry transfer for us with the kindest man who also worked as a Chef at the Michelin restaurant next door (got us a reso there too)! The room was huge and beautiful. We stayed for the last stretch of our honeymoon and it was perfection. A bit outside of old town but that was what we were after. We walked into town multiple times (20 min or so) and loved the walk! Nice to escape the hustle and bustle too.

• Milena (10/5): - They have 5 star reviews for a reason. Property and rooms were immaculate. Amazing design, elegant , modern and chic. But the staff was beyond expectations. The most hospitable, friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I can’t say enough about them. But the rooms and property were gorgeous too. The in lobby coffee access all day was also amazing, gym was great, everything about our stay was perfect. The short cab ride to Split Riva was also worth it as staying in old town you will not get this type of luxury or view without paying 2-3 times more. Do not hesitate to book this property as you will not be disappointed.
• Verified traveler (10/5): An outstanding hotel! - Everything was fantastic from the moment of arrival to when we left. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The pool area is beautiful and extremely relaxing. We didn’t use the spa or gym, so can’t comment on that. The suites were very nicely done and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to self cater (we didn’t). There is honestly nothing I can fault about the hotel which is probably a first for me! Hotel is in a quiet residential location a short walk from a beach. A supermarket and a few restaurants also walkable in 10 mins. Taxis are cheap and easy to get to go into the old town, either use Uber or the hotel can order them for you. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury and relaxation.
• Daniel (10/5): The nicest apartment hotel I've ever been to - The nicest hotel ive ever stayed at. Sooo fancy but also the people were very accommodating. Everything was picture worthy and they even upgraded us to the 2 bedroom suite. It was unreal. If im back in Split, there is no doubt ill be back there.

The staff could not have been more helpful to us in every way. I can not rate this hotel highly enough. There were 4 of us travelling and we all felt the same. Nothing to complain about
