- DeCoste (10/5): Really enjoyed it more than expected! the Dormy inn brand seems great - breakfast was great, we loved using the lounge later on as well. The cabins were spacious and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of chinatown, great and easy to get to subways.

- Yukiyori (4/5): - 関帝廟の正に目の前で、横浜中華街の只中に泊まれる恵まれた立地。カプセルとは言え貸切風呂にサウナ、飲物ラウンジ等等共立リゾート系列の片鱗を感じさせる設備サービスの数々は高コスパ 昨年の宿泊時よりフロントの接客態度が著しく低下しており残念に思いました。すれてしまったのでしょうか、何もポジティブな歓迎の表現は見られず、受け答えはボタンの掛け違いばかり。私の接した夜勤スタッフからは面倒で億劫なオーラしか伝わって来ませんでした。 今回都合で夜遅くにしか宿入りできなかったのですが、海外で泊まる時チェックイン時にこのような扱いは受けたくないなという見本のようなレセプションの応対。 人間がホスピタリティを出し惜しみするようになったらわざわざホテルの顔として立つ存在価値はありません、フロントには更なる人件費削減でAIロボットを立たせるようお勧めします。必要な事を端的に説明してくれ不要な点はスキップもできます。こちらも時間を割いて書いておりますが、ここで詳細を指摘差し上げたいとも思えません。ご自分達でお気付きになって下さいませ。

- SUZUKI (7/5): 初めてのカプセルホテル - アメニティが良い。カプセルホテルは初めてでしたがアメニティ、シャワーヘッド、マッサージ機、至れり尽くせりで疲れた身体も癒されました。 話し声は、やっぱり気になりますねぇ……… 私も気を付けてたぶん、皆で守るルールではあると思いますが、ホテル側も何かしら対応してもらえると、もっといぃと思います。

- yukie (10/5): 当たりの宿でした。 - アコーディオンカーテンで仕切られているので 個室のように使えるベットルームでした。朝食や乳酸菌飲料、夜食のカップラーメンが頂けたのもとても良いですね。 漫画コーナーに1000冊とホームページにあったのに実際は半分も置いてなかったことぐらいです。

- NOMURA YASUHIRO (9/5): コストパフォーマンスに優れている。 - カプセルホテルなのに，個室のような感じで快適に過ごすことができた。朝食のカレーも美味しい。地下にスパがあるが，各階のシャワーもあって，便利。中華街の真ん中のあり，ロケーションもよい。コストパフォーマンスに優れている。 マットレスが硬いので，毛布を敷いて寝た。 スパの脱衣場が狭い。

- J (10/5): I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Reception was so helpful. I would recommend it to someone. I wish there were more breakfas - So new and clean. I loved the ambiance. I wish there was more space in my cabin so I could open my suitcases. When I open both a large and small suitcase on the floor, I have no room to walk. I also wish there was freely available water and I didn’t have to keep asking for the receptionist to unlock a glass case to give me a water bottle.

- Ben (6/5): - Very well laid out and every night they have their own kind of cup noodle for free. The area is a bit weird. I didnt really like the China town but is perfectly fine for a night or two.
- Rocky (10/5): Great Stay! - Great location, staff was welcoming and professional. Everything was super clean, and rhe price was excellent. From the toilets, to tzhe showers, and lobby.. hotel staff did a great job keeping everything clean, restocked, and maintained. The inside of the capsule did get a bit warm at night so I did have to switch sides and have my face near the curtain opening. Even others were having to sleep with their curtains up for better airflow.

- 和弘 (7/5): 横浜での隠れ家を一つ見つけました！ - 簡素なものではありましたが朝食があったのは嬉しかったです。 ロケーションは素晴らしかったのですがあいにくの雨で外出はしませんでした。 大浴場サウナとも 3名で満室なので使用するタイミングが難しかったです。 マットレスが硬めで底付きを感じ少し寝づらかったです。
