• Mathias (10/5): Meraviglioso! - Se cercate un posto fuori Arezzo dove poter stare tranquilli e sentirvi anche un pò coccolati, allora questo B&B fa al caso vostro! Appena si arriva si viene accolti dal signor Massimo, gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Se avete qualche dubbio o consiglio per quanto riguarda Arezzo e dintorni affidatevi a lui e non ne rimarrete delusi! Le camere sono molto curate e, soprattutto, pulite, oltre ad avere una vista spettacolare sul paesaggio toscano. La colazione è stata sempre ben curata, con dolci fatti in casa e anche qualcosa di continentale, per soddisfare tutti i palati! Se dovessimo tornare ad Arezzo sicuramente questa sarà la scelta principale! Complimenti! Niente, tutto ottimo!

• Annalisa (10/5): Relax ad Arezzo - Il B&B è molto accogliente, sulle colline attorno ad Arezzo, comodissimo al centro per chi si sposta con l'auto. Camera spaziosa, curata in ogni particolare, così come il bagno. La colazione era deliziosa!

• BourgM (9/5): Magnifique propriété avec une vue superbe et au calme garanti. - Très belle propriété, vue magnifique, confort optimal, hôtes aux petits soins. Les équipements sont de grande qualité, la propreté sans défaut. Une décoration originale et de bon goût. Les hôtes sont charmants, le petit déjeuner très complet. Contre partie du calme et du point de vue, un peu éloigné des possibilités de restauration le soir. L'accès au gîte se fait par des escaliers à prendre en compte mais l'hôte est présent à l'arrivée et propose son aide pour les bagages.

• Sheldon (10/5): ideal place to stay in Arezzo area, with very high aesthetics and extremely good hosts! - location was magnificent, in rural surroundings but accessible to where we needed to go in Arezzo; Our hosts were very very helpful and even went the extra mile to pack a breakfast for my wife who had a very early appointment nearby. Very attentive to detail and our room was spacious and very very comfortable. Highly recommended!!
• Linda (9/5): - A very comfortable stay just outside Arezzo. The room and bathroom were a perfect size and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and two pillows was a wonderful bonus. Very friendly owner and very helpful. The towels need replacing, and a towel rail would go a long way in getting your towel dry for re-use. The mosquitoes were unpleasant, and we could not sit outside. There are no excellent restaurants nearby unless you are willing to drive. The nearby club was also very noisy until the early hours of the morning.

Struttura posizionata appena fuori Arezzo in collina ma vicina a tutto.( centro, ristoranti, centri commerciali Nelle vicinanze suonavano musica ad alto volume fino a tardi. Se non dormi con gli infissi chiusi ( che fanno un buon filtro) non è piacevole. Ovviamente non dipende dall’host. Purtroppo avere il climatizzatore sopra il letto ci ha scoraggiato dall’usarlo durante la notte.La colazione si potrebbe migliorare con qualche piccolo accorgimento.
• Peter (9/5): Pleasant stay in the countryside - Lovely room with a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, including cakes, yoghurt, cereals, toast, croissants, cheese etc. The host Laura was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We had problems with the air- conditioning which was unfortunate as it was very hot. Laura did her best to fix it, but overnight it was very warm in the room.

Thank you Massimo for the conversations, the advice, the lovely breakfast. The city center (where part of the movie la vita e bella was made) is only 5 mins away. A large room with all facilities, private parking space and excellent WIFI. Lovely nothing
• João (10/5): What a place! - The place is lovely! If you are by car in Arezzo, this is definitely the place to stay. Very easy to get to historical Arezzo (10min). There are no words to describe Massimo as a host. He is helpful without being intrusive. He gave us excellent suggestions of towns in the area and places to eat (Osteria da Giovanna is a gem!). The bedroom was huge with a great view. We stayed at the Glicine Room. The bathroom was big, everything looked new - there is even a window in the bathroom. There are also a kitchen with a coffee machine and a cozy large living room that may be shared with other guests. Breakfast is really good with a variety of pastries, juices and cold cuts. Massimo's wife makes a different (and delicious!) pie every day. We stayed for 6 nights and we could not be more satisfied. Thank you, Massimo! Better? Living there! :)
• Alberto (10/5): If you go to Arezzo by car, give it a go - Almost everything I would say: the cozy villa, the kind welcome, the tasty breakfast, the greenery all around, the quiet of the place Well, you need a car as it is off the city. However, in few minutes drive you are in Arezzo. From the lounge window, you can get an outstanding view of the city surrounded by the countryside.

• Nick (10/5): Without doubt, the best property we have ever stayed in through Booking.com - After all my years with Booking, I think this is without doubt, the finest property we have stayed at. Massimo met us at the electronic gates and let us in. A genuinely warm and friendly man who made us feel so welcome. The grounds are superb, the house is beautiful, the rooms spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was typical Italian and home made cake which was delicious. When it dawned on me that we'd booked it as an overnight stop on our way to Napoli, we should have stayed here longer.
• Dax (10/5): Amazing Stay with a Wonderful Host in a quiet, comfy, safe Location - Our short stay (1 night) at La Ghirlanda will not be our last, and we won't stay anywhere else (if available) when we come back to Arezzo. First, Massimo is an outstanding host--one of the few places where a host has come out to meet us at the car! He is kind, gentle, willing to offer advice on things to see/do/where to eat, and has a wealth of knowledge on lots of topics. He also speaks great English if you don't speak Italian, no worries! The location was perfect for us--a pet-friendly, quiet, semi-rural location that was still close to Arezzo (5-10 min drive). There is gated, easy parking while staying there. The room was recently renovated, super-clean, a comfy bed, nice big windows, and a great bathroom. The common areas were cozy and quiet, and I loved the always-available espresso machine. The breakfast was perfect--nice juices, great coffee, various pastry/bread items (some homemade), jams, etc. and fresh fruit. The neighborhood was very quiet, great birds in the morning, nice views, and we were able to walk to our outstanding restaurant for dinner, out of the busy Arezzo downtown, without any issue. An absolutely wonderful stay with a great host in a beautiful location. I also note, though we didn't use it, that the room was equipped with a tv and air conditioning (a/c). Nothing. We will not stay anywhere else when we come back to Arezzo. My dream of a tap providing free, amazing wine didn't come true, but one there are plenty of great wineries and enoteca around!

• Maria (10/5): we will come back! - the location is great, relaxing and peaceful, but very close to Arezzo that can be easily reach also by bike ( we did it), or by car in few minutes. the host was perfect, present but not intrusive, availble to support us and give us all possible suggestions.
• Hui (10/5): Exceptional - If you are driving to Arezzo, La Ghirlanda B&B is the best place to be as it has a great car park and is close enough to Arezzo. Massimo and his family are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Massimo's wife for the beautiful roses. They also provided us with very useful information for visiting Arezzo. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious and rich. The room is clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended when you want to stay in Arezzo.
