Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We requested for a room change which was refused.

- Dibas (3/5): Review of one ⭐ Aalcajar - I don't like anything about hotel. They haven't given me a bill . See the service by the staff is very poor. At the time of breakfast, all the food staff were removed while I present at 9:45 am in the morning. As if they are charity food to me. They are such a Harry as if they close the deal for the day. They haven't cared about whether there is a water bottle or not in the room. When I asked for the same they told me it will cost 54 rupees.
Till now means 11 am of 15.09.2023 haven't received my bill to submit in the company. I checked out the room at 11o'clock 14.09.2023.
I don't know why they have not updated location properly. Team booking.com you have to take care before your partner's are updated their location.
Overall review for me it is one ⭐ out of five .

- balraj (2/5): Reservation or no reservation :( - We arrived at the hotel only to discover they had no record of our booking, despite the Hotels.com app and emails notifying me of the reservation. The staff were pleasant and arranges a taxi to take us to an alternative destination that friends speedily arranged for us.
The hotel blamed Hotels.com for the confusion!
