• Ute (8/5): - Unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Self Check-in. Gute Lage im Zentrum und zum Marktplatz (Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Kleines, gemütliches Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Abfluss beim Waschbecken müsste kontrolliert werden.
• Verena (1/5): - Wir konnten nicht einchecken, weder mit Registrierungsnummer noch mit Namen. Auf beide Telefonnummern kam keine Antwort. Wir mussten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen. Sehr ärgerlich.

• Susanne (8/5): Schönes, zentral gelegenes Gästehaus - Sehr ruhiges Einzelzimmer mit bequemem Bett und netten Details. Da schläft man gut! Sehr sauber, schönes Bad. Zentral gelegen - 2 min zum Marktplatz, 10 min zur Elbe (sehr schöner Sonnenuntergang!) - und dennoch ruhig. Einen Parkplatz findet man in den Seitenstraßen.
• SPausW (9/5): - Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer das, laut Vermieterin, so heißt weil es eine Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch sowie einen Balkon enthält. Das Zimmer war toll, die Betten gemütlich und bequem. Das Frühstück war top. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt: frische Wurst, verschiedene Käsesorten, Tomaten Caprese, Antipasti, gekochte und gebackene Eier, frische Brötchen und Brot, Obstteller, Gurken, Tomaten, etc.... suuuuper 😋 Die Lage war top, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und ruhig. Es gibt eine Fahrradgarage, jedoch ohne Lademöglichkeit. Man konnte jedoch auf den Zimmer laden. Die Vermietein war total nett und zuvorkommend.

• Markus (3/5): Unzuverlässig, unprofessionell und leider nicht empfehlenswert unprofessionell - Das Frühstück war okay, aber auch nicht mehr. Wir sind wie vereinbart um 14:00 Uhr angereist zum einchecken und standen vor verschlossener Tür, unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer, die wir an der Tür fanden, ging niemand ran, das ist laut Beurteilung, wo es schon öfter vorgekommen, als die Besitzerin, der nämlich kam, gab es leider keine Entschuldigung, sondern einfach nur die Bemerkung, das andere Gäste ja nicht so früh anreisen. Normalerweise, das fanden wir unterirdisch, da die Zeit im Vorfeld vereinbart war, Check in war 14:00 Uhr und wir waren da, die Besitzungen leider nicht. Wir sind zusammen mit einem alleinstehenden jungen Mann angereist, der auch vor der Tür stand und warten musste, zu allem Überdruss bekamen wir ein, 8 m² Zimmer, mit einem extrem kleinen Badezimmer und der Junge einzelne Mann bekam ein 145 m² großes Apartment 😅 das war so unprofessionell, dass es schon wieder lustig ist,.. Meine Frau und ich mussten uns dann in das kleine Zimmer quetschen, das Bett war extrem unbequem und klein für zwei Personen.. vor unserem Zimmer war es extrem laut, weil sich gegenüber direkt ein Dönerbude befindet, wo junge Männer den ganzen Abend laut reden. Im Zimmer gab es zwar einen Fernseher, aber leider keine Fernbedienung um diesen zu bedienen, darüber hätten Auswahl die Programm Auswahl nur mit Nischenkanälen bestückt. Kein RTL. Kein SAT.1 kein ProSieben, kein ZDF und kein ARD. wir können das Gästehaus leider nicht empfehlen, obwohl die Lage ganz gut ist.

• Satu (1/5): Never again!☹️☹️☹️ - Nothing Bad and unfriendly service. Bad air in the rooms, mold! No water at breakfast, milk gone bad. When pointed out to staff, blaimed other guests! Worst accommodation ever!

• Katja (9/5): Superb - The balcony room was very nice and the breakfast really well presented. We asked for tea before breakfast which we also got. Also the bike shed was very useful. thank you nothing much. the location wasn't the best in town (no view , not a square) but it didn't matter!

• Darlene (10/5): Exceptional - The place is quaint and really pretty garden view. Best room in Gluckstadt than any of the hotel rooms we stayed at around the plaza. Breakfast is also very nice. With avocado and watermelon...very personal. Bathroom does not have a heater. But it did not ruin our sray.
• Louise (7/5): A stress-free stop in an upmarket town. - The breakfast at 10 euros was excellent - lots of beautifully presented fruit, cheese and bread and more. It’s a lovely spot, cosy, close to the town square. we had room 2, the largest available with a balcony overlooking the garden. I could have done with a little more surface area for my books, make up etc.

• Iulia (9/5): Comfortable beds - We liked our room, the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and good located. Breakfast itself was great, with different fruits, eggs, cold cuts, etc. Great value for 10€/person. The problem was that we booked without and at the check-in we were asked "when" should we have breakfast (until 10). We forgot we booked without initially and said 9. We came at 9:40 as we were in a wedding the night before. The lady was unfriendly because we were late and we basically rush our breakfast to finish before 10. There is no bad rating because of this but 2 things could be improved: - the transparency: guests should be asked "if" they want to have breakfast (on extra cost of the booking). No just ask "when" are they going to show up. - flexibility: it's after all vacation and no official appointment. Not like anything was getting cold. This punctuality and strict time are then being angry on guests that doesn't respect it it's not friendly.
