MARIE ANNE (4/5): peut mieux faire - code d'accès reçu par mail, ne sert à rien ! il faut appeler et si on a plus d'une chambre, tél autant de fois que de chambre... Chambre pas faite, pas de changement de serviette. téléphoné, recu assez rapidement. soit disant que certains clients ne veulent pas que leur chambre soit faite, encore aurait-il fallu le savoir, le personnel était présent quand nous avons quitté nos chambres, nous avons même échangé avec lui, aucune question n'a été posée ! de plus nos chambres étaient indiquées comme ayant été faites. une erreur ok, mais 2....

A car is mandatory as it is located on the outskirts of Annemasse with no public transport close-by. A McDonald is located right next door and another two restaurants a little further away (walking distance 5-10 min).

Romaissa (10/5): Tres bon rapport qualité prix - Hôtel calme, propre et à 30 minutes de Genève. Le personnel est accueillant et le parking est sécurisé. Les lits sont confortables et il fait très bon dans les chambres malgré qu’elles soient un peu petites. + Il y a un mcdo juste en face de l’hôtel.

Ensuite, pas toujours le même personnel, le service est inégal d'un jour à l'autre, la préoccupation client n'est pas à la hauteur pour un établissement qui affiche 3 étoiles. Les services ne sont pas à la hauteur de cette classification. C'est de l'ordre d'un 2 étoiles de passage.

Verified traveler (2/5): - This B&B is not staffed 24/7 and when we arrived at 8 p.m.we need to self check-in at a kiosk in the lobby. The kiosk however malfunctioned and left us stranded with no room access for the night. There was a sign on the wall indicating that help is available 24/7 by calling their help desk. Calling that number just rings and rings with no one answering. We ended up looking for alternate hotel for the night. The surprise came the next day when we received an email saying we are to be charged for one night for having a reservation but failed to check in and stay at the B&B! I'd avoid this establishment and stay elsewhere. Note: Travelocity has been very helpful throughout this entire experience although they were also unable to get to speak with anyone from B&B that night also.
