• Tasset (10/5): - Tout est parfait, la villa est splendide, Zack le propriétaire est adorable et au petit soin pour vous. Il loge dans une dépendance à l'entrée mais est tellement discret qu'on se sent chez soit. La villa est hyper bien équipée et le petit déjeuner excellent. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai sans hésiter

• Marina (9/5): Gili da sogno …in Villa Terra ancora di piu! - Posto meraviglioso, ampi spazi, bagno all’aperto stupendo! Zac, il responsabile sempre presente e molto disponibile, colazione al mattino preparata da lui veramente un plus Si dovrebbe pensare ad una pulizia giornaliera delle camere inclusa e una maggior cura nella Pulizia della piscina. Per il resto niente da dire
• Dean (8/5): - Lovely and spacious. Stylish older style Balinese design. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Shouldn’t have to pay for the bikes at the price we paid for the villa.
• Sanjam (6/5): Pleasant - Villa is gorgeous but is not well maintained in many ways. Breakfast is limited and no veg options overall Not the best - no hot water on top floors during nights - staff said he will arrange for horse cart previous night but in the morning he could not and we missed our ferry. Also he could not help with e bikes as well and location was too inside.
• Rossatto (6/5): Pleasant - The showers were an issue during the whole stay, for 4 days we pretty much did not have a proper shower as there was not enough pressure or hot water. Zack the property manager did everything he could to help but it seems like this is an on-going issue with the property.

No much choice for breakfast but the banana pancakes was amazing ! You rent bikes easily when you arrive. Thanks so much for everything. I hope we’ll come back soon Nothing
• Nandini (1/5): I will never come here again and i will warn all future travelers to not stay here. - Absolutely horrible experience at Villa Terra. On day one the staff was very welcoming and very nice. Then we asked them if they could arrange a boat for snorkelling for us and they arranged one but the staff member was friends with the boat captain and they took money for 6 hrs tour and gave us only 4 hrs tour. The manager was not even aware of such a booking. On the last day our money was stolen from our LOCKED ROOM! Somebody came in with a key, opened our bags and took our dollars. The manager came with us to the police station but that station is just an empty building. The owner was in Gili air and did not even make an effort to come here and watch the cctv cameras. The staff had zero remorse and infact one of them was laughing at us. We suspect the staff took our money. Do not ever come here!! Absolutely horrible experience at Villa Terra. What really stood out was how Ping took such good care of us going out of his way to help arrange personal purchases and tours we wanted. Recommend this for family and groups of friends who want to reconnect in a private intimate setting while being a few minutes away from the sunset beach.
• Caryn (8/5): Fabulous Villa in quiet area - A stunning, spacious villa that was perfect for us. Four en-suite bedrooms and various sitting areas and a lovely pool. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially Rian and Zack - they looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the location because it was away from the busyness of Gili T and we could escape to our haven when we wanted to chill. We hired bikes to make getting around a little easier and quicker. Would definitely stay again. The beds are wooden and very noisy - you wake yourself up each night every time you move. It would have been nice to have more variety at breakfast, especially if staying a few nights, otherwise you end up eating the same thing every morning.

Catered to our every need but also happy to let us enjoy the villa. Breakfasts were delicious. Beds were super comfortable and showers were great. Location was great, nice and quiet but close to everything. We will definitely be back. We wouldn’t have changed anything.
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Ping and Zack and the rest of the team were very helpful to me and my friends who joined us on the trip. They organized bikes for us and also transportation to the port the morning of check out. On the day we arrived we actually arrived earlier than expected but they were able to accommodate us and let us use the facilities around the premises which was very helpful. Everything was spot on no complaints from anyone of our group.

• Manuel (9/5): Perfect stay, thanks a lot!! - The house is really beautiful and only a 5min walk from the northern beach where you will find some of the better restaurants. The entire place was impeccable and the staff was simply great(especially the breakfast they prepared in the morning ). Generally speaking you feel their dedication and this translates into a high quality service! The pool, the outdoor sitting area as well as the outdoor showers in the two upper rooms were highlights to us.

Pool and living area was really nice and breakfasts were nice - nothing too flash but still yummy Only complaint would be the location as its a bit of a walk to town but good for between both sides of the island. • Rajvi (8/5): Great for a group of friends - It is a great property for a group of 8 adults. The location is slightly far from the port. However the villa is easily accessible by bicycles or horse carts. The rooms are nice and spacious.
