- Lauri (10/5): Unforgettable - Wonderful!!! A truly beautiful hotel in a perfect location, right next to the ancient walls, where you can walk and enjoy the views. The staff is wonderful — always smiling, kind, and welcoming. The room was perfect, the parking right next to the hotel was very convenient, and overall this is one of the most beautiful places and hotels I have ever stayed in.

- Sylvia (5/5): Costoso y Mala atención - La habitación muy limpia, tiene ascensor y no es ruidosa. El agua caliente funciona bien. La señal de wifi fue buena. No tiene Recepción las 24 horas. Cierra a las 23:00 horas y recien a las 077:30 horas aparece la persona de recepción, lo cual te impide realizar actividades temprano. En mi caso no pude tomar tren de las 5:18 y casi pierdo el de las 08:00 horas ya que la puerta de recepción estaba cerrada. Adicionalmente al costo de la habitación, cobran 20 Euros por Desayuno y 20 Euros por Estacionamiento. La atención es mala , es como que te hicieran un favor y están como de mala leche. Si quieres relajarte y disfrutar de tu estancia es Lugo definitivamente este no es el lugar.

Very friendly and positive receptionist helpful in answering questions. There was nothing we disliked.

Nos costó mucho llegar hasta el hotel ,metiéndonos por calles peatonales de las q era realmente complicado salir ,,Finalmente, una señora muy amable de la localidad se montó en nuestro coche para indicarnos cómo Llegar al Hotel ! Tampoco me pareció nada amable el personal que trabajaba allí !

- Pablo (7/5): Muy recomendable - Todo está muy cuidado, cada detalle hace que el hotel sea muy bonito. La habitación y el baño muy buenos con una estupenda y gran ducha. Bastante ruidoso, quizá por el tipo de construcción, suelos en madera... Obras por fuera en las fachadas que tambien se escuchaban bastante. Mucho tiempo esperando fuera a que nos abrieran el portalón despues de haber llamado un par de veces, encima llovía bastante. Si es verdad que era la una de la madrugada, pero como teoricamente la recepción es 24 horas me resultó extraño....
