- jose (1/5): Mala atención y malas instalaciones - Cuando llegue incialmente, indicaron que ya estaba la reserva y que a la hora de Checking lo asignarian, al regresar en horas de la noche, no era la habitación triple, sino una sextuple (seis camas), parecia un almacen y tenia muy mal olor, a desagues, parecia un almacen, al indcarle que habiamos reservado otra habitación, la muy mala atención del personal, nos indicaron que si queriamos nos retiremos, asi que eso hicimos, la pasamos muy mal.

- Ricardo (1/5): Informal y espantosa - Lo único bueno es que el personal de limpieza era amable en la medida de lo posible ya que no contaba con implemento para limpiar bien el baño tan mugroso que tiene este hospedaje lleno de sarro. El personal del desayuno era amable y educado. Desde el comienzo, al llegar el personal no tenía ni idea sobre la reserva realizada; pésimamente capacitado en el trato al cliente, siempre los encontraba durmiendo, el baño sumamente sucio lleno sarro, el inodoro ni siquiera tenia tapa, la piscina no re circulaban el agua, por lo cual a las dos horas era sumamente sucia, no vi que nadie la use por los motivos mencionados. En la fachada del hostal hay un local de venta de licor 24 horas donde la gente se emborracha y ponen música no dejando descansar a nadie. Se debería validar bien antes de tener socios como este hostal sumamente informal. Experiencia espantosa a pesar de ser un Tarapoto un lugar tan bonito, este hospedaje 0% recomendable nunca entren a este lugar. Me cobraron un monto diferente al referenciado en la plataforma si bien es cierto eran 20 soles, esto demuestra su informalidad, ni siquiera tenían registro de la reserva en booking, asimismo no me dieron la opción de pagar con tarjeta de crédito sin una comisión adicional. Ni siquiera me dieron la boleta electrónica, solo mienten diciendo después te la mandamos a tu celular. Booking debería validar este tipo de socios que son un desastre para la experiencia de un turista.
- Eléonore (4/5): No volveré - Cama grande y el desayuno Mucha buya, acogen grupos de niños y adolescentes o clases y eso no lo précisan. Finalmente se quedan todos en los comunes hasta medianoche haciendo ruido justo delante la habitación y se quedan todos en la piscina hasta que cierre pues no se puede bañar. Además es muy peligroso alrededor de la piscina por todo El agua que hay en el piso. Luego entre las 2 y las 4 de la noche la gente se queda justo abajo a tomar y cantar así que no hemos descansado para nada. La recepcion no reacciona y acepta eso. Así que demasiado ruido desde la habitación 201. En la habitación no hay ninguna alfombra pues saliendo de la ducha el piso siempre está mojado también. No cuenta con servicio tipo Netflix tampoco

- Bruno Benites (7/5): Está bueno, el personal es amable. Creo que pueden sacarle mayor provecho. - Me gustó la atención del personal. Solo que a veces los chicos de recepción no se encontraban, sin embargo, fueron muy serviciales. No me gustó que sus anuncios como reglas, normas de convivencia, indicaciones y clave de wifi están hechas en papel y mal pegado. La piscina tiene bordes sucios. Las sombrillas tambien muestran suciedad. Las mesas de madera están bien pero deberian cambiarlas para darle un toque de elegancia. No solo por el precio sino para darle mejor prestigio a Tarapoto como cadena hotelera. Para comunicarte con recepción debes bajar a buscarlos y a veces no están.

- Erik Maldonado Panez (8/5): Un Lugar de donde realizar tus tours y pasar un rato agradable en la piscina. - Un Lugar con una Piscina con restaurante con variedad de platos y bebidas, una habitación básica y suficiente para realizar actividades y esperar tu tour comercios al lado abierto hasta muy tarde y se ubica entre el centro de Tarapoto y los restaurantes del norte de la ciudad y miradores. A donde vayas tienes que tomar tuktuk aunque es muy económico.

- Greg (7/5): It was nice but a few things could have been better. - The staff was nice except for one person. The location was good, near to the center of town. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. They let me use a folding table and chair so that I could work, which was nice. Ana at the front desk was a sweetheart. The young man who worked at the resto-bar at the pool was very nice. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent thanks to a great cook. The lady who made breakfast was not very friendly and chastised us for showing up at 10 minutes before 9 AM. (Breakfast was served between 7 and 9 AM). Breakfast wasn't horrible but could have been better. The pool, while OK, could have been cleaner. (They turn OFF the filter system during the day for some reason.) It is a bit noisy so expect to use "white noise" at night to cover it up if you're a lite sleeper.
