• Langer Patrik (10/5): - Dokonalý poměr cena/výkon, velmi milý personál, prostorný pokoj i koupelna, čistota, dobrá snídaně na míru (požádali jsme vez masa a mléčných výrobků a bylo nám vyhověno, aniž bychom hladověli). Nemám co vytknout.

Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et a été très arrangeante sur les horaires du petit déjeuner qu’élle nous a servi a 5h50 pour nous permettre d’avoir notre taxi. Chambre simple mais propre, calme, confortable avec chauffage et eau chaude ! Un peu loin du centre.

Nice breakfast easy walk everyone around town. All good -not a western style decor, still great tp South American standards.
• Johanna (10/5): Good place to stay, friendly, comfortable, warm room - Hotel Tika was everything we needed, Berta our host was super friendly and helpful, room was warm with a heater and heaps of blankets (we had to remove some) shower hot and good pressure. Easy walk everywhere around town-just altitude makes breathing hard at times. Expect South American quality, maybe this hotel is not brand new but comfortable, good value and we had a great stay. All good-think we were the only guests some nights!

We arrived quite early in the morning and she let us enter the hotel and wait there which was a great gesture of her. The location is close to the main square. The room is nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast has many healthy options. Nothing.

Breakfast is plenty and puntual, although nothing extraordinary. The area overall is quiet, and the overall value is decent (very affordable). The radiator in the room is powerful enough to warm the whole room Unfortunately, the hot water in the shower was not working. Maybe we could have run the water for longer, but we already tried for 3 minutes with no success, with the amount of water that is wasted in that time. This was decisive in our not-very-high score

The breakfast is very good and prepared with great care. The rooms have a heating, warm water and comfortable beds. The location is both central (5 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Armas) and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back if we would visit Puno again. Thank you Berta, we felt at home in your hotel!

• LuciBe (9/5): Gracias por todo - Berta es una persona carismática y su karma llega a tocarte las fibras. Estuvo muy disponible para ayudar en cualquier problema y nos escuchó con atención en todo. El hotel es muy correcto. Tiene calefacción, moqueta, camas y almohadas cómodas y agua caliente en la ducha. En la parte superior de la puerta de la habitación hay un cristal y cada vez que alguien enciende la luz del pasillo se ilumina la habitación. Sobre el desayuno, nos hubiese gustado más fruta.

Accueil chaleureux de notre hôte Bertha, chambre telle que sur la photo, chauffage, spacieuse, grande salle de bain avec eau chaude (très chaude même un plaisir pour moi lol - réglable bien sûr avec le froid pour ceux qui préfèrent tempérer). Petit déjeuner peruvien avec confiture, fromage, œufs. A proximité des attractions principales de Puno. Vraiment allez-y sans hésitation le service est impeccable.

Elle est venue nous chercher à pied a l arrêt de bus et s est occupée de nous comme de sa famille.on Les chambres sont très propres, , la douche chaude et les petits déjeuners copieux et bons. En plus Bertha a gardé nos gros bagages pendant que nous sejournions 2 nuits sur l'île d'Amantani. Un grand merci pour ces 3 nuits. On recommande. RAS

• Constance (8/5): - Hôtel dans un quartier plutôt calme. La tenante était très gentille, souriante et très serviable, elle nous a aidé à réserver un taxi quand nous ne pouvions pas en trouver un. On a également pu réserver pour une autre nuit en last minute, afin qu’on puisse se reposer dans la chambre en revenant de notre séjour sur le lac Titicaca.

Klassisches und reichliches peruanisches Frühstück. Föhn hat Power, Wasser ist heiß und für den Notfall gab es eine kleine Heizung. Für einen Ausflug nach Bolivien durften wir den Großteil unseres Gepäcks dort zwischenlagern.

They also have a hairdryer in the room. The lady at the reception checked us in around 23h at night even though it was late.. Nothing, all good

• mbelgal (8/5): Good location, quiet, close to the plaza and restaurants, heater in room, decent breakfast - The place was clean and comfortable. The location was only a 10 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas and quiet but along the way there were many restaurants that were a lot less expensive than the ones right by the plaza. The first night I got there, there was just a trickle of hot water from the shower. The next day, I had no issues with the water. There was a space heater in the room and lots of heavy wool blankets on the bed. There was no hairdryer as stated in the description. Breakfast was light…a couple of tablespoons of sliced fruit, tea (no milk), two pieces of bread, a few slices of small cheese and two very small slices of ham. I asked for fried eggs and they were very accommodating and made me a fried egg. Nothing really except for the lack of a hot shower when I arrived but it was fine the next morning.

• Paolo (10/5): Vera ospitalità in centro a Puno - Hotel vicinissimo al centro, posizione molto comoda. La nostra stanza era luminosa e soprattutto silenziosissima! Era presente una piccola stufa che ha scaldato l’ambiente in velocità. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza unica, ci ha tenuto i bagagli senza problemi nei giorni in cui abbiamo fatto l’escursione al lago Titikaka, ci ha organizzato il taxi per la partenza e ha anche fornito una colazione take away alla mattina prestissimo. Consiglio questa struttura e chiunque, esperienza meravigliosa!

La colazione preparata dalla signora stessa è soddisfacente (sicuramente sceglie la migliore frutta sul mercato perchè così buona non ne abbiamo mai mangiata!). La posizione è molto comoda vicino al centro città.

• Estela (10/5): A lovely place to stay while visiting Puno and the Lake Titicaca - Everything great, the lady that was in charge was very nice and helped us a lot. Could keep our bags there during the day (while we went on a tour). The breakfast was very good. The beds were confortable and with warm bed linen! There was a heater in the room! Love it! Nothingggg, everything great

The hotel itself was quiet, yet close to the city center. We had everything in our room we needed (incl. soap, shampoo, heater, etc.). We will remember this hotel and the host especially as one of the best of our trip to Peru.

• Penaranda (10/5): Servicio y ubicacion excepcional! - La atención de Bertha nos hizo sentir como en casa, uno de mis familiares se sintió mal por el soroche y ella nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo, preocupada en cada momento de como seguía. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, limpias, acogedoras y cuentan con calefacción. La ubicación era perfecta ya que estaba a 4 cuadras de la plaza y los restaurantes; sin embargo ubicada en una zona tranquila alejada de todo el movimiento de la gente. Realmente nos sentimos muy bien tratados y cuidados en el hotel. Gracias Bertha!

For those who have walking issues 1. .no elevator 3. The location is not accessible to tour operators, so we always needed to walk 2 blocks approx.
