- julio cesar (10/5): Cobro adicional a la tarifa - Cuando me fui a relizar el checkin la persona de la recepción me hizo un cobro adicional por asignarme una habitación con aire acondicionado cuando yo había comprado una habitación con a/c. Luego se quedó con mi pasaporte un poco de tiempo sin yo saberlo. Y en ningún momento me llamó para devolverlo hasta que salí y me dijo que se había quedado con mi visa americana. Por lo demás el hotel está bien por lo que cuesta es muy aseado y todo los demás bien.
