Sooryun (3/5): 호텔 내부 실지 모습과 사진이 너무 다릅니다 - 룸에 트러블이 있어서 체인지 요청을 하니 스피디하게 대처서비스 해 주신점 감사드립니다. 체크인하고 룸에 들어 갔더니 화장실에 가래침을 밷어 놓은채로 있는거에요. 카운터에 전화해서 청소를 다시 하던가 룸을 바꿔달라고 하니까 관계자가 와서 보더니 화장실이 막혔다고 뚫어 준다는데 확인도 안하고 손님을 방으로 안내하는 태도에 화가 머리 끝까지 올라와서 룸 바꿔달라고 했어요. 근데... 바꿔준 룸은 벽에 구멍이 뚫린채로.... 왜 수리를 안할까요???
METZKER (7/5): - O hotel é bonito, é limpo, é moderno e paguei muito barato. Como paguei barato, meu quarto era pequeno para as malas. O banheiro era grande, o quarto tinha duas camas boas, porém o espaço livre era muito apertado para abrir as malas. Outra coisa ruim são as toalhas pequenas em vez de toalhas de banho. Sei que faz parte da cultura coreana, mas um hotel que recebe hóspedes estrangeiros deveria oferecer toalhas de banho. Mas valeu muito, estou morrendo de saudades de Jeju, voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel com certeza.

sejeong (8/5): 대체적으로 깨끗하고 편안함 - 외관과 내부 깔끔했어요. 주차장도 호텔 뒤쪽에 넓게 준비되어있어서 편리했어요. 다만 숙소의 방음이 전혀 안되더라구요. 칸막이가 나무합판인지 군데군데 깨진부분도 보였어요. 1층에 편의점을 운영하는지 안하는지 모르겠지만 물건이 거의 비어있어서 옆건물 다른호텔 편의점을 이용해야해서 불편했어요.

mijin (4/5): - 트윈방으로 1박 일정이였는데 숙소찾는데 어려움이 있어 프런트에 전화했는데 위치 건물외관설명이 모호했음 두개의 호텔이 양면으로 이루어져있음 처음에 호텔주차장 앞에서 찾지 못하고 전화했음 ㅎㅎ 아침조식은 굉장히 좋았음 샐러드에 한식 후식으로 과일까지 고루 갖춰져 있었음 방운 너무 좁아 트윈침대 사이에 사람한명 지나가기도 빡빡한 공간이였음(게다리 걸음으로 지나가야함) 욕실은 샤워공간이 따로없고 세면대 변기 샤워대 가 사람 한명이 서있는공간에서 다 해결해야함 너무 비좁음 방에 침대 두개 벽걸이 TV가 전부 너무 좁음 TV를 켜면 눈이 아플정도인 화면거리가 너무 가까움 짐이나 가방을 놓을공간이 없음 ㅠㅠ 옷걸는 곳도 따로없음 ㅠㅠ 공간이 너무 비좁아 너무 답답했음 전반적으로 조식을 제외하곤 가성비로 보더라도 좀 아쉬운점이 많음

jieun (8/5): - 우선 객실에 비해 주차 공간이 조금 적어보였어요, 조금 늦게 체크인을 했는데 그렇게 멀진 않았지만 건물 앞 언덕길쪽 공터로 주차를 요청해주시더라구요 짐이 있는 상태에서는 왔다갔다 하긴 조금 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ 그리고 시설이나 이런건 깔끔하고 좋았습니다~ 칫솔이 없다는게 아쉬웠지만 환경정책 반영한거라고 하니 이해는 했습니다! 그리고 새벽 중에 객실에서 흡연으로 인해서 소동이 있었는데 당직이신 분이 한 분이셔서 대처에 대해 조금 아쉬운 부분이 많았습니다.. 적어도 두분이시면 한 분은 확인하시고 한 분은 방송을 통해 말씀해주실 수 있지 않았을까..하구요그 새벽4시에 두 층 객실분들께서 모두 로비와 건물 밖으로 나와서 거의 30분은 머문 것 같아요..! 탓은 아닌데 그래도 한 분만 하시는건 만일의 사태에 대비했을 때 조금 버거우실 것 같다는 생각이 들어요..! 그리고 흡연의 연기로 화재경보가 바로 울렸다는건 그동안 소방방침을 잘 따라서 점검하시고 잘 관리하시고 관심두셨다는거니까 한편으로는 안심도 됩니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 그래도 직원분들은 모두 친절하셨구요 객실 내,외부 모두 깔끔하고 하루 숙박이 아쉬울정도였습니다~

jeanghee (6/5): 방은 좁으나 옥상루프탑 시설 좋고 조식 행복함 - 방이 많이 좁아요 가방을 둘 곳이 없어 바닥에 두고 옷 찾으려면 일행이 내 궁둥이에 걸려서 못 지나가요 시설은 매우깨끗합니다 복도 가운데가 유리로 되어 있어 답답하지 않습니다 방이 매우 좁은 대신 옥상 루프탑이 아름답습니다. 6인 가족이 옥상에서 저녁도 먹고 와인도 했습니다 전구알 조명이 밝고 아름답습니다 테이블도 넉넉해서 여러 팀이 올라 와도 무방합니다. 조식이 깔끔하고 구성이 알찹니다. 식사 후 달달한 케익 한 쪽이 추가되면 금상첨화 일 듯 합니다 가성비 훌륭합니다.
Lim (8/5): 깨끗하고 친절해요 - 방은 작지만 깨끗하고 친절해서 가성비 좋습니다. 주차는 건물에 공간이 별로없으나 별도 야외공간 마련되어 있으니 조금 걸어가서 이용하면 됩니다. 조식도 저렴하게 괞찮으니 이용해보시기 바랍니다. 가족단위는 비추이고 1~2명 이용에 추천합니다.

Verified traveler (8/5): 가격과 친절이 멋진 곳 - 고층 산방향을 배정받는다면 날씨좋은 날은 멀리 있는 한라산?이 매우 잘 보이는 장점이 있습니다. 아침 일찍부터 방에 앉아 보는 한라산은 정말 멋있어요. 직원분들도 몹시 친절하십니다. 다들 이야기하듯 가격면에서의 메리트도 뛰어납니다. 저는 혁신도시 인근이라는 지리적 이점과 가격 두 가지 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 다만 제가 배정받았던 방은 침대 중 하나는 몹시 흔들거려서 눕거나 앉기가 조심스러울 정도였습니다. (다른 침대와 비교해도 유독 흔들거림이 심했으니 매트리스 탄성 탓은 아니었어요)침대다리가 수리가 필요한게 아닐지 알려드리고 왔어야하는데 체크아웃이 바빠 깜박했네요;; 예약완료 이후에 벌레관련 리뷰가 올라와서 몹시 신경쓰며 침구류를 살폈는데 다행히 벌레는 못봤지만 침대 둘 다 매트리스커버 안에 머리카락이 들어가 있거나 옆면에 연한 자국이 있어서 이불속으로 들어가진 않았습니다...이틀 묵는 동안 커버교체는 없었어요. 전체점등해도 방안 조명이 많이 어두운 편입니다. 수압은 약한 편입니다. 비치된 샴푸린스는 사용하지않고 별도로 사와서 썼습니다. 카펫바닥은 꼭 슬리퍼를 신어야합니다. 이 가격에 뭘 바란다는 게 죄송할 정도지만, 호텔의 지속적인 발전을 위해서라도 청결이 조금 더 강화된다면 참 좋을 것 같아요.

Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was extremely small, and very near to the next wall, so no too much ventilation. It was so hot. No view from the window, of course. The wifi was not good and we asked to the receptionist to fix it. They helped kindly next day since no thecnician at the moment. No wc amenities, just tooth paste and basic champoo/body wash/conditioner. The building is new, so the condition of the facilities are good. They made the room everyday. Not too much things in the convenience store inside the hotel.
