• Nora Sophie (8/5): I really liked the neighbourhood. Actually so much that I prolonged my stay in Surat Thani with one more night. Unfortun - Very nice room. Clean and easy accessible. It’s also in a neighborhood where you have good restaurants and cafes around. My room was out the a really busy street so unfortunately it was quite noisy all night. I don’t know if the other rooms are less affected since they are out to the courtyard instead

• Paige (9/5): Good value stay - Easy self check in process but just be aware you won’t actually see any staff there. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water and a comfy bed. There is also a fridge. Close enough to 7/11 and food places. Nothing

• Alice (7/5): - For a night it's ok. It's overall clean. The self check in is convenient. What I thought was incredibly weird is how instead of towels I was given two blankets. When contacting the staff about it they were condescending and pretended that the blankets were towels but they simply were not. Different fabric, didn't dry skin, and they sort of had a smell to them. Kinda disgusting and so confusing. Just buy some normal towels pls.
• Itamar (7/5): comfortable but surprisingly noisely - good facilities! modern and comfortable a bit far from the river where all the action is and it's on a rather big street so a lot of car noises throughout the day and night also there was a bit of a stuffy smell when I got it

We had to tell someone who sat in the hallway at our door to be quite as they were on a call. The bed was hard but we slept on worse.

• Sophie (8/5): Very good - Easy check in and out. The apartment was just like the description. Best shower I've had so far in Thailand after two weeks of travelling. The towels were made of funny material, rather plaids than towels. That's the only downside I could find.

• Piater (9/5): Would book again if back in Surat Thani! - Great value for money. Perfect if you want a more "private" stay. Clean, quiet, rooms just like on the pictures, has everything it needs. You can wash your laudry yourself in a washing maschine for 20 baht. 20min by foot to night market and bus terminal, 7eleven across the street. Self check-in is really smooth and well organized. We extended our stay for one more night and would book again! The towels aren't too great and you have to leave the window in the bathroom open for airing out (no moskito net). The aircon is preset to 22°C and you can't change it, but that was fine for us.

• Trent (9/5): Stay at Surat Thani - We loved the location and value for money. Self check in is easy and owner is awesome (we contacted him in regards to expending our stay). AC is good and everything is perfect as a room you use for exploring Surat Thani. A 7-11 is across the road which makes it easy to get what you need! I personally struggled with the bed. It was so hard and made my back quite sore. I've stayed in many rough beds and I found this one quite hard to get sleep in, but besides that, everything else was awesome!

There were lovely touches - cotton buds, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fridge, water. We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Koh Samui so just needed basic room and a 10 min walk away from bus terminal that takes you to the ferry pier at Donsak. This was exactly like a hotel room! Not sure why I wasn’t expecting much! Highly recommend. Nothing!

• Kseniyagran (3/5): Don't like it - I read the reviews and decided to book a room for a night before my trip to krabi. There is an awful smell in the room. The bed is very hard and there is a noise from the street that you can't sleep. It's better to add 100-200thb and sleep in better place. There is no lift and all rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. So I couldn't carry my lagguge up to my room, because it's heavy. If you have children or lagguge, this place is not for you.

We stayed for one night and this place was perfect - easy check in, 20 mins walk to night market and waterfront area, plus close to bus stops and a 7 eleven across the road. Everything clean and available so no complaints at all.

• Sam (6/5): Not bad - It was good overall, we can say it's clean based on its furniture & state. The room was smelling like moisture, I guess because they never keep it exposed to full aeration. It's too hot in the building & the aircon was so old and takes ages to cool the room down (one of the main things that need to be developed as soon as possible) if they could paint the room it would be perfect because it looks really older than what they are showing on the pictures.
• Milli (9/5): Superb - Very clean room with modern furniture in a well kept and clean building, comfortable bed, air-condition works fine, easy check-in process. Good location with 7/11 and food options close by, 20 minutes walk to the night market. Strong smell of sewers coming from the bathroom, slow WiFi.

• Sina (8/5): Zwei Übernachtungen - Stayed twice in the room apartment. Great location in Surat Thani to Scooter rentals, restaurants, cute coffeeshops and bus station. Easy and fast self check in and out. No shower curtain so the whole bath gets wet while showering.
• Chris (9/5): Fantastic value for basic room - Fantastic value. Air conditioning worked pretty well, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. We did hear some road noise and needed earplugs at night even though we were in the complete back and top of the building.
