• Richard (10/5): - Great location, comfordable bed and spacial room with free flow of mineral water. There are some music and noise at night becuse ground floor is a bar, but we were too tired to fall a sleep fast.

• Chris (8/5): Great location - Very comfortable bed and no road noise due to double glazing. Explicit instructions for gaming access to the building supplied on the day of booking in. Beat if the music from the bar downstairs comes through the building but ear plugs are supplied.

• Stephen (10/5): Great place to stop. Excellent all round experience - We stayed for 4 nights. Location is perfect if you want to be in Walking distance of nightlife, although far enough away not to be disturbed. The Belgian Beer Cafe is a busy bar itself serving excellent food. Depending on your Walking speed, Elizebeth Quay is only 10 to 15 minutes away. The Zoo can be reached in an Uber in 15 minutes. Freemantle im half an hour. The rooms are well appointed, bedding high quality and above all spotlessly clean. The check in procedure is easy, even though we arrived after the premises had closed. Communication from the property in advance of our arrival was excellent. In terms of value for money and compared with other more expensive properties nearby the Nightcap offers exceptional value. When we were due to check out my friend had had an health issue in the night. William went above and beyond to help extend our stay and eventually secured another room so that we could stay the rest of the day. Not sure that level of service would happen in 99% of the properties I have stayed in previously and certainly never in the Uk. Blown away with the kindness and understanding shown towards our situation. Also, a very special mention to the housekeeping staff who were excellent. I highly recommend this property. Nothing

Cold bottled water availability was great. Room could have been a little bigger as almost too tight for a double bed, and a working surface of any type would have been a plus

Surrounds were nice and quiet once the pub closed at 10. There was a constant slight rattling from the fridge that I couldn’t figure out how to stop without unplugging it.

• Pyry (6/5): What can you expect from a room upstairs of a bar. - Location was perfect in. city centre. Of course was bringing the noice of that too which wasn't that nice. Breakfast was suppose to be free but we realised when arrived to breakfast that it was only 15$ coupon that we had and with that amount we couldn't get more than food and drinks we had to buy ourselves which was quite a disappointment.

• Julie (8/5): A five night stay to watch the United Cup at the RAC stadium. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again - Perfect location for watching the tennis at the RAC. My favourite pub. Generous drink vouchers plus 10% off food. Sunday breakfast of eggs on toast plus coffee for $12.50. Clean comfortable room with a supply of bottled mount Franklin water plus proper mil not those tiny pods. Nothing that I disliked, but I would suggest making the entrance less dingy. Clean up the stairs. Repaint the woodwork. Improve the lighting and put some big artwork on the walls. The black curtain opposite the door is ugly. Maybe just a more cheerful curtain. Worth spending a bit of money on the entrance. The rest of the place is great!

My room had a street outlook, able to open the window for fresh air. However my colleague’s window opened onto the back of the bar. Fridge noise etc was all he had access to. Worth checking on the room being offered when booking.

Thought breakfast was included so disappointed to find it was a $15 voucher and although I had two vouchers they wouldn’t accept two for one person…my room was booked for two! One coffee was almost half the voucher value, so not much left for breakfast.

• Becky (9/5): Great as always - A friendly welcome. The rooms have all you need, comfy beds, clean modern bathrooms and crisp linens. The extras are all there, tea/coffee, decent fridge, hair dryer, iron etc. Location is perfect for city/northbridge and parking or public transport is close by.

Extremely comfy bed, and well-kitted out room. Couldn't see any lift but it wasn't a big issue for me, although the lack of lifts means it may not be suitable for everyone. The wifi worked on my phone, but I couldn't connect on my laptop with the password.

• Hiroko (8/5): Conveniently located near the shopping area. - Conveniently located near the shopping area. I loved the area. They provide free water and free drink ticket in the pub. There's a nice pub downstairs, and I can hear music and people talking all the time but not too bad. I liked the atmosphere.
