• ALEKSEI (10/5): - Отличное место. Отдыхали семьей 10 дней. Понравилось все, начиная от трансфера из аэропорта. Очень приветливый персонал, просторный и чистый номер. Убирают так часто, как нам это было нужно. Есть кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым для самостоятельной готовки. Нас это выручало в плане завтраков (ездили с ребенком, который не очень любит омлеты, но обожает каши). Если нужно съездить в магазин или за фруктами всегда можно заказать транспорт на охране, он подъезжает в течении пяти минут. Прекрасный вид из окна на красивую территорию и океан. На территории встретили ласковых кошечек, большую черепаху, ящериц, летучих мышей. На удивление за все время отдыха не встретили ни одного таракана. На территории хороший бассейн с детской зоной, который чистили каждый день. Океан в непосредственной близости от жилья, вход в воду пологий, волны небольшие, чистейшая вода. В пешей доступности по пляжу есть несколько хороших кафе с вкусной едой для разнообразия обедов и ужинов. Отличное место для уединенного отдыха семьей.

• Julien (7/5): - Très bien situé sur une plage top de Nilaveli. Des touristes mais pas enormement. Des restos plages à proximité (6/7). Vue magnifique. Appartement familial avec 3 grandes chambres bien équipé. Ce n'est pas un hotel mais un condominium (location d'appartement). Détails important à prendre en considération. Donc pas de service sauf si on appelle la personne qui s'occupe de l'intendance et des entrées sorties. Wifi plafonné très rapidement. Au bout de 24h, il ne marchait quasiment pas. Nous devions aller dans les hôtels à côté pour capter.

• Eric (9/5): - L'emplacement, la taille de l'appartement et ses équipements. Le restaurant du complexe, la proximité de la plage, le calme. La personne en charge du check in et check out. Impatiente et désagréable.
• Julie (8/5): - L'appartement familial est immense, très confortable et très propre. Vue et proximité immédiate sur la plage, c'est idéal en famille ! La baignade est facile avec peu de profondeur, de jolies petites vagues pour s'amuser en sécurité. Plage propre également, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas au Sri Lanka et parfaite pour courir tôt le matin sur quelques kilomètres. La proximité des restaurants et hôtels permet d'avoir le choix en restauration. Nous avons testé le petit-déjeuner une fois (non inclus dans notre réservation) et ce n'était pas d'une grande qualité et assez onéreux (buffet). Il n'y a pas de shampooing/gel douche fournis, ce à quoi on peut s'attendre dans ce type d'hébergement. Le personnel est aimable mais peu présent ni très chaleureux.
• Sally (9/5): Amazing stay right next to the beech. - We arrived a few hours early, and want to thank Tharun for getting our appartment ready super quick. Really appreciated!! The appartment is great, has everything you need for a few days, and the rooms are lovely. Location is exceptional, right on the beech, and 2 mins from Dive Guru, where we organised diving, snorkelling and a dolphin trip. We also ate there most days as the food is lovely. Plus Memo's next door is great for cocktails. Great stay, thank you! An oven would be helpful, but that's a teeny inconvenience.

• Luc (9/5): The Staff and the facilities are great, it‘s definitely worth it - The apartment was really spacious and clean as well as everything outside (pool and beach) You only have 2gb WIFI per day and the WIFI does not work properly. After buying for extra Wifi it still didn‘t work probably and they wanted to charge for overused GB at the end of the stay which they didn‘t told us before that you can extend the 2GB per day
• Melanie (9/5): We would come back - We have been in the apartment complex before and really like the apartment space, the pool and the location at the beach. This apartment is very functional and has a nice view. The restaurant in the complex is practical, but there are also a lot more restaurants down the beach. The apartment could use some more pictures, dressers etc. and some things, like the ironing board, are broken, but nothing that botherd us.
• Karsten (9/5): Great apartment directly on the ocean - Very nice apartment complex directly at the ocean. In the neighboring house is a hotel located with a small restaurant, but they also deliver to the room. The food is okay, but the service can be improved. Otherwise the hotel personelle was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the big pool with a lot of deckchairs. The ocean was very clean and the beach not too steep with some nice waves. A diving trip to Pigeon Island is highly recommended, where you can enjoy the underwater wildlife with turtles, small sharks and a lot of colourful fish. -

• Ziska (9/5): Apartment and Facilities a great for a short family stay. - The location was great if you want to stay near the beach, but you are a little distance away from the main town so you might struggle to purchase grocery type items. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the master bath was great but the main bathroom/shower was not built for a bigger made person. Its nothing to do with the apartment itself but I would not recommend the restaurant on site. The food was not great and we were the only people eating there but it took 1 hour 40 minutes to get the food after we ordered. The items we bought were also things that are made reasonably quickly like fried rice and noodles.
• Dr (8/5): A nice beach apartment with great views but lacking storage space. - The location is right on the beach with great views. There is also a very good swimming pool. Though the beach had a red flag, many people were swimming under the watchful eyes of guards. There is a dive school adjacent for those that might want to scuba. The restaurant was a very short walk next door though breakfast can be delivered to your apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped and lounge is large. There are two balcony seating areas looking over the sea. Though the main bedroom has a large wardrobe area, the other two bedrooms have no storage whatsoever. Bear this in mind should two couples be staying or if a family is thinking of booking for more than a couple of days as you could be living out of a suitcase. Only one light switch in these bedrooms and at furthest point from each bed, so take a torch! Do make sure that the breakfast is all that it should be as there seems to be a 'fingerless' chef. We were a party of three but chef only supplied one portion of beans each day. Booking .com does not state that you may well have to pay for an internet connection beyond a small allowance of data. Also be aware that 'toiletries' means no more than a bar of soap, so do take your own.

• Liesbeth (8/5): Perfect appartement accomodation but hardly hotel service - The accomodation is super. Very large and luxurious appartments, perfect location, nice swimming pool. The WiFi didn’t work. The breakfest menu seemed to be varied but half of the menu couldn’t be ordered. After ordening the breakfest we had to wait more than 1,5 hours to be served. When asking for information about a snorkling trip we had to find out ourselves (which turned out to be very easy with Padi as neighbours).

• Georgina (9/5): Great ocean getaway - especially for divers, families and longstay - The condos are clean, comfortable and well stocked for longer stays. The condos are on the ocean front, so you can enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony, whilst watching the sunrise over the water and hearing the waves. There is a small cafe/restaurant on site, and a few other places to eat along the beach. There are 2 good dive centres within 5 minutes walk for those that want to enjoy pigeon island and other dives. Not all the food on the menu was available, although we were there in low season. The available food was tasty and the restaurant team very friendly!
