• SCOTT (8/5): - I only stayed here on the last night of my Italian trip, mostly I will admit because of its relative proximity to the airport. SO I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel or in the neighborhood. It's kind of a bare bones operation - the room itself is minimally furnished with IKEA furniture, and there is no staff on site at all, at least that I saw. All communication was through Whatsapp, and the person on the other end was very responsive, but getting into the property required a number of steps, and a pretty serious walkthrough, which would not have been possible if my cell service had not been great - which was the case elsewhere in Italy. It was basically an Airbnb. But we made it in relatively easy. The common areas of the apartment building are not in super great shape. An ancient door, a tiny elevator which has seen better days, a stairway I didn't really want to try out. But the room itself, while spartan, was clean and in good shape. And the bathroom looked pretty new, and was easily the best one we had in our whole trip. This was our second stay in Naples on our way through, and this stay was much better than our first. Although I didn't get to see too much of the city, my impression of Naples is that it's a bit rough around the edges. But I liked this neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants, well lit at night, lots of families and dog walkers out and about at night. And it was a very short ride to the airport in the morning.

• Sue Arno (10/5): Great choice for central location. - Although the building was old, the accommodations were clean, newly refurbished and spacious. Also has an elevator which was definitely a plus. Located about 1 km from the train station and a 12 minute cab ride to the airport. Busy area but got a lot quieter in the evening. The little cafe on the corner that supplied breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Not a great shopping area - a long way from an ATM.

It’s not a traditional hotel but rather a few rooms within what seems to be a residential building, which actually makes you feel like a local living in the neighborhood. The location is great—close to the airport, in a walkable area, and right near a piazza. The room itself was spotless, modern, and well-kept. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive via WhatsApp and made check-in smooth. One small thing to watch out for: the entrance doors are a bit unusual. They’re oversized doors that have been modified, so the part you walk through is quite short—barely five feet. If you’re tall, keep your head down when entering! Overall, a very comfortable and convenient option if you want something clean, modern, and well-located, with the bonus of feeling like you’re part of the neighborhood.

L’aéroport notamment et alors là, à 3 ou 5 minutes en autobus de la gare de train de Naples. Vous serez à la croisé de plusieurs lignes d’autobus. De très bons plans à côté. Essayez absolument la pizza à 5 mn à pieds (pizzeria A Modo Mio )Via Foria, 290, 80139 Napoli NA, Italie. La meilleure pizza que ma femme et moi avons mangée à Naples non seulement très bonne mais surtout pas cher du tout.

Good communication from staff. Included very tasty coffee and breakfast snack at the neighbouring patisserie. Very pleasant base for our travels in the Naples area.

Great view from the balcony, there is air conditioning great fo cooling down relaxing at the end of the day, shower facilities all the essentially you need. Love the breakfast. Great range of pastries to choose from and a nice cappuccino to start the day. 🙂 RECOMMENDED 👌

• Akemi (6/5): - This place is not a hotel but more like something you would get on an Airbnb. There is no lobby nor staff available to assist. Check in is done using WhatsApp and instructions to enter the building are given on time of arrival. The rooms are on the 4th floor in an old apartment building in a busy neighborhood. It is a noisy place even at night. The small refrigerator makes noise so you would need to turn it off. Neighborhood sounds can be heard all day and there was construction sounds as well starting at 8 am. The room is clean and appears updated. Bathroom is acceptably clean with clean towels. There is a bit of mold inside the shower door. Shower area is as small as the showers in inside cabins in cruise ships. The soap dispenser wasn’t working well when we were there. We were able to switch from hand held shower to rain shower on day one but the switch was stuck at this mode for the rest of our stay. There is a kitchen in the common area with a microwave, refrigerator and a non-working stove. Utensils were available but limited. We felt safe enough during the day but walking around the neighborhood at night felt unsafe. Be careful walking on the streets where the motorcycles just zip through and overtake cars. This was our first time in Naples so we didn’t know what to expect. We should have paid more attention to the details when we booked. Sadly, the reviews, photos and the name were better than our experience. We couldn’t change the reservations

• A (10/5): o good we've booked again! - Part way between the airport and the station (€10 taxi from each) and very easy to find. Contactless check-in/out but instructions straightforward (once you realise you can do it all through WhatsApp (even though Hotels.com messaging service redacts the contact details - not helpful!!) Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and you have access to a kitchen next door. Located on a busy street but noise was not an issue and the breakfast is served from the bakery opposite. That was my only disappointment - as someone who needs a low carb diet for health reasons the choice of cake or doughnuts was challenging - mind you, that's not the hotel's fault so 5* all round and we're going back on the way home which says a lot!

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, from the bed, to couch, and to the bathroom. I paid a relatively inexpensive amount for a quality place to stay while far away from home (USA).

He helped us set up reliable transportation and even offers a breakfast coupon for the spectacular patisserie next door! A pleasant surprise! We were uncomfortable navigating the neighborhood late at night, but in the day it was not at all a concern. There are many dining opportunities within walking distance and it is a short 10-15 minute trip to the airport.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great room near airport - All you need to know is to message Manuela on WhatsApp before going, and your trip will be great! She’s a great hostess and very helpful. All contactless entry. Simple, as long as you communicate before arrival. 12 minute taxi ride from airport, which cost us about 30 euros.

The room was very clean and the other occupied rooms on the same floor were quiet. The cleaning staff were very helpful. The area is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and cafes. The free breakfast (a baked good and coffee of choice) were delicious and the bakery was only a minute walk from the accommodations. I will say the area is busy so if you are used to quiet nights with little noise it might take time to adjust to. But, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the space after a long day of exploring Naples.

• Elliott (10/5): - We stayed here for 5 days and it turned out great! Manuela the owner, reached out to us a week prior to our travels and then did so again when the morning of our first day. We were able to check in before the normal time of 2pm which was great as we were exhausted from our flight. All communication is done via What’s App so be prepared to know how to use this. The instructions for entering the building were easy, and our room was exactly as pictured; nicely air conditioned, clean bathroom and a big bed. Our personal favorite touch was the balcony with a table for 2 overlooking the bustling streets below! This property is close to the train station and about a 20minute walk from the historical center which was our go to for food and shopping! Breakfast is provided by the cafe below, which is one of the most beautiful cafes in Naples! You are provided with free breakfast cards for the number of days you’re staying. It covers one drink and a sweet or savory pastry per person. While this seems small, they have large savory items too which easily carried us to lunch later. For our first time in Naples, our experience here was lovely. Nothing flashy here, but very practical which is very us! We will definitely choose President Suites again in the future.

Everything from checking in to checking out is done through WhatsApp. Like many other places the room is much smaller than you see in pictures. The breakfast is included a cup of coffee and a croissant in a cafe across the street. So don’t expect a complete menu or even a standard breakfast At the time of checking in the message is warning you that the linen will be changed every 3 days however room was cleaned everyday. The location extremely noisy and a little uncomfortable. I will definitely don’t go back there.

• Joseph (10/5): - Property was easy to find from the train station, just had to keep double check the big wooden doors but was fine! Check in was something new to us! We didn’t see anyone! It was amazing! However if you don’t have signal or roaming on your phone I’m not sure how it would all work? Great location about 20min walk to “Christmas Alley” area and to the port it’s probably bout an hour but we did make several stops to get drinks as it was 36 degrees!! Enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend

• John (6/5): - Not a fan of the check in or departure. You must have a connected device and for us we were trying not to use our mobile as we are from Canada and we had done so successfully up to this day. But we need to be able to use WhatsApp for the check in process, as that was the only contact we that was available or offered. It just would have been nice to have some idea of where to eat and such. The area on the main street was cool but one block either way and it got pretty sketchy.
• Jonathan (10/5): - This is the perfect apartment for Naples. Great price in a great location. The host wasn't at the apartment but always available to answer questions or help via WhatsApp. The apartment was maybe 5-10 mins walk from the highest rated fish restaurant in Naples, and some other good places to eat (OWAP pizza place, for instance). Maybe about 15 mins from the Storico district. 10-15 mins walk from the train station and TransVesuvio Express. The apartment was cleaned daily and water bottles replenished daily. Good shower and air conditioning. Mattress was firm, but we were out all day and walking, so by the time we got home at night we slept on it soundly. The only thing of note that I will mention is the city of Naples can be busy, that means traffic noises, which you're in a city so should expect that, however Naples is special. On the first night we went to sleep early and got woken up with fireworks about an hour later! That was a shock! But its kind of part of the special fabric that makes up Naples.
• Leslaw (10/5): - Great welcome, straightforward check in and out. Gennaro was absolutely amazing, he guided us to find best tourist attractions in Naples. Overall excellent. Thanks guys!
• Lucinda (10/5): - Liked the bar/bakery experience next door, the balcony to rest and people watch on and comfortable bed.
• Donald (10/5): - If you’re looking for a really comfortable and reasonably priced stay this is worth considering. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean and large. The area is fine, about 10 minute walk to Garibaldi and the main Train terminal. From there easy trains to downtown/waterfont (or walk) and direct trains to Pompei.

• Evan (10/5): - Emmanuela was great and very responsive. Check in instructions were clear and brought up no problems. The room was clean with all amenities working properly.
• Nathaniel (10/5): - For us this was a one night stopover and it was perfect. Close to the airport. Easy to and back the next day. The breakfast voucher provided was perfect. You should know, this is not a hotel, rather more of a BnB. The breakfast was at a cafe across the street.

• ISRAEL (10/5): - Very good customer service. Explained instructions thoroughly and had no problems checking in. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
• Brittany (10/5): Great option for Napoli! - Great location, comfortable room, and very quiet compared to many other stays in Europe. Check in was easy, they were quick to respond to questions about the room, and helped us book a taxi in the morning. There’s a shared kitchen for coffee but even better is a breakfast voucher they provide for the restaurant just outside the building. I would definitely stay here again!
• Katherine (10/5): - the entrance was very cute, and the room was very clean and quiet. Location is very convenient, you step right out and you are on the street in Naples, but inside you have complete privacy and safety. Owners were accommodating and responsive to messages.
• Melissa (10/5): - Great area. True Napoli. Great communication. A little gem in the middle of everything!
• Angie (8/5): - Recently renovated hotel, located 12 mins (walking) from the Napoli Centrale station. The breakfast was the typical Italian style: coffee and a choice of pastry at the bakery next door. Staff was friendly too! The only thing that made me drop 1 star was the fact that the elevator was not working for our stay. We are glad we only brought carry on bags!

• Agne (8/5): Experience in Presidential suites, Naples - The apartment is conveniently situated and it close to Central Station, but not too close as it could be quite rough around the Central station area. It is with in walking distance to Scappanapoli area. Check in was easy, we didn't meet the host in person, but she was very helpful. All communication was via whattsapp.

• Angie (10/5): - My parents enjoyed their stay at this hotel. They said the rooms were nice, clean and the hotel was recently renovated. The breakfast pastry was delicious and they are glad that they were able to leave their suitcases there while they went to explore the Amalfi Coast for a few days. Would definitely recommend!
