Manuel (7/5): Mediocre after care customer service. - I enjoyed the quiet, scenic neighbourhood. Peaceful. Amenities ( shop's, public transport ) was within walking distance. Close enough to the main town ( Ravensburg) which was convenient. Description In the advertisement and actual accommodation did not match. . Mine was much smaller with no cooking facilities and my shower was inside my room. Was very disappointed with management as they did not inform me of my personal meat groceries which was left behind( value 50 euros). It was subsequently desposed of. I tried chatting to management on the booking .com platform but to no avail. I took public transportation from Esenhausen to Grünkraut to investigate the matter whereupon the owner told me that her cleaning staff had discarded my goods without informing me. .
