- HyoungAh (10/5): 위치, 청결 모두 만족합니다 - 침구가 너무 깔끔하고 방 청소상태도 좋았습니다. 2층의 핼스시설이 있어 운동도 할 수 있어 만족합니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다. 벼개가 좀 높아 낮은 벼개를 좋아하시는 분들은 힘들 수 있습니다.

- Dagmar (7/5): Freundlichkeit wäre schön, sonst völlig ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Zimmer geräumig, Lage gut, U-Bahn und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung rein funktional, aber völlig ok für den Preis. Von 10 Unterkünften in Korea war es die einzige, wo Hausherr und -dame unfreundlich waren: keine Begrüßung, kein Lächeln stattdessen kritisches Beäugen von uns und unserem Gepäck…wenn man das Hotel im weiteren Verlauf betreten hat, wurde auch nicht hochgeschaut oder gar gegrüßt. Eigenartig schroff die beiden.

- Tatyana (9/5): - Понравилось все! Мы были тол ко одну ночь, но комната понравилась. Постель аж хрустела, новая, накрахмаленная, комната чистая с хорошим ремонтом. Гостиница находится в переулке, было тихо и спокойно. Рядом находится буддийский храм, что также было для нас приятной неожиданностью. При заселении в комнату летало много Комаров, как оказалось, на окнах не было маскитной сетки. Это был единственный минус.

- Awenga (7/5): - Die Lage (sehr gut angebunden und zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig). Die Größe des Zimmers, die Aussicht. Wandhaken, Garderobe o.ä. wären toll. Außerdem eine Lampe oder einen Lichtschalter am Bett.

- MJ (10/5): It was a really nice stay for me and this is recommendable place to stay in Gwangju. - 1. It was near to a subway and bus stops, and many eateries around the area. The place is also near to many tourist spots in Gwangju. 2. The room is comfortable, including the bed and bathroom. Everything was 99% clean. The sink was separated from the bathroom/toilet which was okay for me. 3. Bottled water, toiletries, table, hair dryer, and bathroom slippers were available. One bottled water a day was provided. The wifi connection is also very fast. 4. The staff/owner was an ahjussi who was polite enough to call me about my check in time, but I think he only spoke Korean--so take note of this. 5. There is an elevator, and the reception and lobby areas were very nice, except the staff was usually not present there, but I saw and talked to him when I was checking out in the morning. I would appreciate it if there was a water dispenser in the floors and room slippers were available in the room, and also if the terrace had a functioning lock. They are also not much active in the booking.com app chat so I think you have to call the Korean number of the ahjussi if you need him.

- Ganoushe (7/5): Pas mal - L'emplacement était parfait pour aller ce promener a pied, tout comme prendre les transports. C'était proche et rapide. Sur la carte qu'on nous a donner en arrivant il est préciser que l'on peut manger dans la "cuisine" au 2eme étage de la Guest, jusqu'à 23h. Ce qui laisse sous entendre qu'elle est ouverte toute la journée jusque là. Sauf que quand nous avons voulu y aller a 16h. C'était fermé. Et quand nous avons demander au personnel, il n'avait pas l'air ravie de nous, ouvrir la salle. Un peu dommage.

- SABINE JEAN PAUL (6/5): Déçu, pas de cuisine ni bouilloire - La propreté de la chambre L'absence totale du personnel que nous avons vu 60 secondes à notre arrivée, puis plus personne. Pas de bouilloire et pas de café à proximité pour déjeuner, tout fermé. Cuisine annoncée dans le descriptif mais introuvable . Dommage, à améliorer, au moins un plateau avec bouilloire.

- sofia (2/5): I didnt feel comfortable here. - Good area. Close to subway. On arrival I wouldnt have got access to my room unless a girl in the dorm opened for me ,beacause the handdwritten note that was waiting for me was hard to read so I couldnt see the numbers. Very dirty, no daily cleaning. What was extremely odd was that , on a few occassions, you could tell someone had been in the dorm, moving around my bed and things on the bed, but no cleaning had been done. The hostelnis also very difficult to get in touch with, they hardly answer unless you want to make another reservation.

- Paulo (8/5): - Good location within walking distance to the subway and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Clean room, AC, good wifi and hot water in the shower. They also provide towels, toiletries, a bottle of water and toothpaste. The bed and pillow were comfortable too. There’s an elevator so that’s great if you have large suitcases. Also possible to store luggage for free after check out. Staff didn’t speak a word of English and wasn’t particularly friendly.

- PEI LIN (7/5): 位在巷弄中但是離主要馬路不遠，算是在安靜的位置。附近有一家便利商店及幾家餐廳，離集合式社區大樓很近。如果要去光州女子大學體育館參加活動或比賽，步行約10分鐘即可到，這邊是可以考慮的好選擇。 - 房間很大，設備與備品也完整；櫃檯的大叔很nice且樂意幫忙客人解決問題。 浴缸沒有清潔乾淨，排水孔還有積存已久的毛髮，希望在清潔上能再多注意。

- Kimberly (10/5): Very nice and well located place! - All was good. When we arrived we asked, using our translate app, if we could leave our luggage somewhere as we were 3hours early for check-in. The receptionist took us straight to our room (which we misunderstood for early check-in) as this has happened before in other places we have stayed at (the room was ready therefore other places said they had no problem with free early check in). We put our bags down and thought we would take half hour to prepare ourselves only for the male receptionist to come in annoyed and tell us abruptly to leave. We were very apologetic and left hurriedly. Otherwise the beds were comfy, the bathroom very clean with a very nice shower, easy to go up to room. The receptionist is the first abrubt person we have met since arriving in S. Korea. Maybe he was having a bad morning.

- David (8/5): Great hotel but please fix the curtains - Rooms are huge with an excellent gym downstairs. The curtains don’t fit the windows so the room was totally bright as soon as the sun came up, meaning we were awake at 5am and unable to sleep again.

- Berenice (7/5): Recommend for short stay - In the center of Gwangju, buses and subway near it. Room OK Give news towels et water everyday. The toilet and shower are in the same room, and it's in the room, which means you share it with the other people in your room. Not practical at all, especially in the mornings or at night if someone is coming back later. It's not a bad thing but the check-in is by yourself ; I didn't saw any staff for my stay.

The location is also great, r close to a lively shopping district with lots of restaurants as well. It is also located near the subway and has great bus connections.

- Ana (9/5): Perfect city center stay - Great place on a walking distance to the main areas. Wifi worked really well and although small and cold there is a kitchen you can use. Beds were comfortable also. There was a great gym but we were not allowed to use it, the kitchen was always super cold in November and the staff although super nice didn't speak much english.

I had a private room and wish I had just gotten a love motel (around the same price and actually tend to be quite clean and always have great ammenities - they're not just for shagging 😂). Location was decent but I can't comment too much on it since I was in town for a hiking weekend. Everything surrounding the property closes super early. The cleanliness was just okay and there was a mild smell

- Sarah (9/5): Easy check-in, clean, and cosy. - It’s close to many attractions and it’s very cosy and clean. There were so many mosquitoes in the room, despite the windows being closed, so I couldn’t sleep most of the night due to the buzzing noises.
- Daga3031 (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and cosy with the great view for the mountains. Very close to the Subway station, and buses. Walk distance from a lot of attractions. I had in my room a broken hair dryer, it should be change to new one. It was repaired with tape, and after drying for a long time it smelled burnt. When I arrived to the hotel there was no one on the counter for a long time. The stuff can't speak english.
