• Yelise (8/5): Heel fijn - De locatie, hygiene, vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Alles is op loopafstand, topverbinding met het vliegveld met de bus. Warm water mag beter geregeld worden voor het douchen. Het is of koud of heel heet. Ik heb mij gered maar als dat ook goed zou zijn was het top.

• Akily (3/5): The entire stay would have been perfect if the bathroom didn’t have a nasty sewage smell. - The hotel was nice and well maintained. Facilities were clean. The bed and room was cleaned to perfection. The host was very responsive. They allowed us an early check of 12pm and late checkout of 12pm…apparently standard checkout is 10am? The bathroom had a really bad sewage smell. It was really very bad and unbearable. While everything was great, the bathroom sewage smell really made it an unpleasant stay. We did notify the issue to the housekeeping staff but there wasn’t much they could do. They gave us an air freshener to help with the smell but made no difference, smelled terrible! We spent two nights, and would stay out all day to avoid coming back to the hotel room. The smell was so strong, it even went into our clothes! Really disgusting sewage smell made the entire stay distasteful. They insisted that this was an isolated case, but I assure you that the smell was emanating through the entire apartment, and not just contained to our bedroom. I even event into their storage closet to store our luggage there, and I smelled the same foul smell there as well. The towel and linens were stored there and they too smelled, I promise you!

• Sonja (10/5): Perfect Rome weekend - Communication was super easy. Location was great, in the quiet street, 5 minutes from airport shuttle, near many cute restaurants. Whole area felt very local and safe, there are turist, but there are also a lot of locals. On the other hand, it is few minutes from castle st angelo, 10 from Vatican, 15 from piazza navona - we like to walk and we easly went everywhere by foot. The room was nice and clean, we had everything we needed. I would be glad to stay here again next time I visit Rome. You need to be carful with shower door as there is some space and you easly make the floor very wet

Bagno pulito, non spaziosissimo ma funzionale e con tutto ciò che serve (c'è anche il bidet, che spesso anche in strutture "eleganti" manca").Piccole attenzioni che fanno piacere: frigobar con acqua e coca omaggio. Ottimo caffè alla macchinetta della cucina all'ingresso, anche questo con consumazione libera.

• Paul (8/5): Attentive staff, very clean. Good if the location and small bathroom work for you. - Attentive and helpful staff The bathroom was not as good as the rest of the room. The shower flooded the bathroom more than once, the toilet and bidet are on an elevated platform and there is nowhere at all to put toiletries as you need them. I ended up laying them out on the toilet eat. You have to get dressed and go to the kitchen if you want a coffee. It would be better to have coffee making facilities in the room (instead of just tea).

• Frouwke (9/5): Fantastisch - Het was een mooi appartement, goed te vinden. Dichtbij de Sit shuttlebus halte voor het vliegveld. Mooi appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenlijk was alles prima, opstapje in de badkamer voor de wc is voor ouderen soms wat onhandig.

Sebbene informaticamente evoluto, non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto vedere qualcuno della struttura, almeno per pagare la stanza di soggiorno.

We felt very safe staying here The lift was the only issue we had. The first night we arrived we used the elevator to our room. We couldn’t unlock it and called for assistance. Thankfully it was soon resolved and we got out! If you’re not good with very confined spaces I’d recommend taking the stairs! Would definitely stay here again!

Shuttle bus for the airport is 200ish meters away, and regular bus station is just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late, and there was a restaurant practically right next store so that was nice. And the city center was only about 20-30 minutes away. The bathroom was a bit cramped up. Hard for 2 to take a shower together. The TV although it had some decent channels was also smaller in comparison to the location from the bed.

• Nick (9/5): this is a perfect property close to the main attractions but not in the chaos of Rome's tourist area - breakfast was generally at a local cafe which was terrific. Location was nice and away from the tourist areas and in a local neighbourhood. It was reasonably close to the metro and easy to find. This was newly renovated so has a very clean feel. Lots of great restaurants close by Bathroom is tight space wise but not unlike many Italy properties and is acceptable

• Lucas (10/5): Lovery place for great price. - Amazing B&B. The host, Martina, was super nice and made everything very confortable. Although this is not very central. It is close to the Vatican and the neighborhood is really good, with good restaurants wat cheaper than in other parts of Rome and a lot of shops nearby, as well as mini markets. The room is super spacious, has a Jacuzzi and the best beds I had in my trip. They let us keep the bags in there until the time we were leaving to the airport and there is really nothing to complain. Strongly recommend. Breakfast is simple, but good.

Unfortunately when they got to Rome, they got their wallets stolen, but Martina was absolutely LOVELY helping with everything and making sure my parents were alright. Charmine (sorry, I don't know how to spell your name!) was just as lovely, very sweet and understanding. They even gifted my mum a scapular for her protection. On top of the incredible service provided by everyone, the rooms were excellent ; super clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The location as well, very centric and easy to move around. Overall this experience was top notch, we couldn't have asked for a better stay and better hosts ! Thank you so much, we will be forever thankful for softening an initially sour experience and making it such a fantastic one.

• Maura (8/5): Amazing location, helpful host, good breakfast - Excellent location in a neighborhood that is residential but with a lot of options for restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Very close to metro and Vatican. Host was very supportive and accommodated dietary needs (thanks!) and special requests, plus helped us out when we thought we'd left something behind. Breakfast was great: eggs, bread, coffee, fruit, yogurt. More than enough to get us going! Small fridge in room was nice and we used the fridge in the common area. Daily housekeeping was also great. Good wifi in the room. Window opened and since it was November the temperature was fine for us. Some street noise, but not too much. The building is beautiful (and old), but the room itself lacked character. Elevator is very tiny and old. It was fine for us but others may find it challenging. Mostly we walked up the stairs. Note that this is an apartment that has been divided up into B&B rooms; our room was small (1 bed) but we had access to the common area where breakfast is served. It was difficult that we had to share 2 keys (one to the outside door, one to the door of the flat) and 1 keycard (for our room). It was somewhat stressful to keep track of these items and it meant that the two of us needed to coordinate when we weren't together.

• Matilde (5/5): Passable - The location was the accommodation’s best feature, while the rooms were of ample size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast served in the mornings was nice. Firstly, we were unable to enter the building as we could not get hold of the owner/manager as instructed, entering after a 30 minute wait in the rain thanks to some other residents who let us enter. Secondly, the quality of the accommodation was too low for the price paid. The bathroom was small and the room was poorly furnished.
• Mark (9/5): Great location, super staff with a great breakfast and well maintained rooms. - The condo complex was well located, steps from the bustling city streets adorned with patio restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. The large room was tastefully renovated, boasted modern features and was well maintained. The room was one of three that shared a common area for breakfast. And what a breakfast it was. Prepared daily by the host's most enjoyable assistant serving fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries and eggs of any style. The air conditioning unit had issues and required regular attention. • Deborah (4/5): Couldn’t get in ! - Staff were helpful, in a good location with good local restaurants We couldn’t get into the property and thought we would end up sleeping on the street we didn’t get any instructions and luckily for us got access via another guest who rang the owner for us, other guests had similar issues. TV didn’t work, my booked vegan breakfasts didn’t materialise and I bought my own food from the local supermarket , the fridge didn’t work either. Did I mention we got stuck in the lift ! I understand the owner is unwell and I am sorry to hear that but other arrangements should have been made for guests.
