• David (10/5): 4 day stay prague old town - Fantastic old classical building in the heart of old town within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Restoration work ongoing in building but no real disturbance. Ensuite had a glass wall so not that private. Bit strange

• Brigitte (9/5): Appartement très bien situé mais un manque d’équipements. - L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds et est plein de charme. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine manque clairement d’équipements ce qui rend le séjour peu pratique au quotidien. De plus, la  « chambre » annoncée ne correspond pas vraiment à une vraie chambre : il s’agit d’une mezzanine avec simplement un matelas posé à même le sol sans réel aménagement ni confort et avec une accessibilité par un escalier dangereux. C’est dommage, car avec quelques aménagements peu coûteux et un équipement plus complet le logement pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable.

• Concetta (8/5): Ottima posizione, non adatto per chi non sopporta rumori notturni - Il punto forte dell'appartamento è la zona ottima, animata di sera, a pochi metri dalla piazza dell'orologio, dalla fermata metro Mustek e dal tram 22/23 che va verso il castello. C'è un Lidl vicino per chi fa i pasti in appartamento. Con il personale abbiamo avuto contatti solo via messaggi tramite booking e sono stati sempre cordiali. L'ambiente era pulito e ha un bel terrazzino interno. Avendo prenotato un appartamento per 4 persone, avremmo gradito trovare 4 sedie, invece ce n'erano solo 2 e il divano era aperto ad uso letto, quindi durante i pasti a tavola dovevamo sederci in due su una sedia sola. Ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare sapone e shampo per la doccia e sapone per i piatti. In tv i canali tradizionali non si vedevano (in nessuno dei due appartamenti che abbiamo prenotato con il nostro gruppo), si poteva vedere solo youtube oppure app di streaming come netflix e amazon prime ma solo per chi aveva un proprio account. Anche se l'edificio e le stanze erano silenziose, purtroppo durante tutta la notte si sentivano FORTISSIMO tutti i rumori dalla strada. Sotto ci sono locali e ristoranti ed è una zona di passaggio CONTINUO per chi va nella piazza principale e la mattina alle 6 svuotano la pattumiera. Noi eravamo al primo e secondo piano e non abbiamo il sonno leggero, siamo disponibili a sopportare i rumori tipici delle zone turistiche, ma davvero i rumori arrivavano fortissimi e ci svegliavano continuamente, forse perchè l'edificio si affaccia su una strada molto stretta e chiusa da palazzi quindi c'era un forte effetto di rimbombo. Suggerisco quindi a chi ha bisogno di un buono sonno ristoratore di tenere in conto che la notte non si dorme.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Ruim, stijlvol ingericht appartement - Wij kwamen om 22.30 aan. Hadden een toegangscode om de deur te openen. Binnen waren er kluisjes waar de sleutel van het appartement in lag. De pincode hadden we via de mail gekregen. Moesten even zoeken. Dat lag waarschijnlijk aan ons. Ik kon de flyer die gestuurd was naar mijn telefoon met instructies niet uitvergroten op mijn telefoon.

• Jette (7/5): - Det ligger centralt, der var rimeligt fred og ro. Der var IKKE tændt for varmen da vi kom, der var iskoldt og der gik er helt døgn før der var til at være. Det kan jo ikke være rigtigt at man skal sidde under dynen med tøj på 🥶 næste dag bad vi om et ekstra tæppe, og det var meget besværligt. Det er bare ikke i orden.

Hacía mucho frío afuera pero adentro el calor se mantenía perfecto. Por decir algo cocina muy minimalista. Si quieres cocinar algo está un poco justa pero hace su servicio. Vitro de un fogón, menaje bien , nevera bien. En la calle de noche se escucha a la gente pero es normal estando donde estás.

• Lisa (9/5): Appartamento elegante in posizione centrale - L’appartamento è davvero molto bello, spazioso e confortevole. La posizione è super centrale e host davvero gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca la pulizia, soprattutto della cucina che lasciava un po’ a desiderare (bicchieri impolverati, nella teiera e caffettiera c’era ancora l’acqua vecchia degli ospiti prima), e non c’era la scopa per spazzare. Nonostante il riscaldamento acceso faceva abbastanza freddo.

Klar war es etwas lauter, aber wer in der Innenstadt bucht muss damit rechnen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem: sehr gern wieder!!! war alles super

If anything was needed the staff responded via the app rather quickly and were also friendly. The property wasn’t properly cleaned, we found a nail clip on the bed in the middle of the sheets. The floor wasn’t the cleanest even before we got into the apartment. Overall, I think it could have been more thoroughly cleaned before our stay.

• Clarke (10/5): Lovely period apartment in a great location - The actual apartment is just off Wenceslas Square in a lovely period building with high ceilings. All beds were very comfortable and despite the location the apartment is quiet. The apartment is not exactly where shown on Booking.com. That is the location for the reception where you collect the keys. Not a big issue but we had a lot of luggage so it was tricky. Getting in and out of the apartment was tricky, especially if the group wanted to do different things as only one set of keys.

Assenti i prodotti per la pulizia in cucina, nemmeno uno strofinaccio, solo il lunedì hanno cercato di sistemare i condizionatori a soffitto sotto nostra richiesta, sporco sotto i letti, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua disponibile in struttura, di ottimo c'è solo la posizione!!

• LECHOURITI (7/5): Overall, our stay was good thanks to the location and comfort, but cleanliness and housekeeping need improvement. - Very good location, central and convenient for transportation and sightseeing. The room had useful amenities and was generally comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered good value for its location. The floor in the room was very dirty, as if it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. During our four-night stay, housekeeping did not change the trash bags or towels.
• ATHANASIOS (9/5): Άνετο και ζεστό διαμέρισμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Πράγας, ιδανικό για να εξερευνήσε - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το ιστορικό κέντρο της Πράγας, ιδανική για μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και ζεστό, με πολύ καλή και σωστή θέρμανση σε όλους τους χώρους. Μικρά σημεία που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν είναι ότι δεν υπήρχαν προϊόντα μπάνιου (σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρο), το καλοριφέρ στο μπάνιο δεν λειτουργούσε, αν και η γενική θέρμανση του διαμερίσματος ήταν επαρκής. Το στρώμα είχε ένα μικρό βαθούλωμα στο κέντρο, χωρίς όμως να επηρεάζει σημαντικά την άνεση του ύπνου. Επίσης, τα παράθυρα ήταν παλιά και λόγω της θέσης τους σε πεζόδρομο ακουγόταν κάποιες φορές θόρυβος από διερχόμενους, κυρίως τις βραδινές ώρες.

• Patrik (6/5): - Lokalita bola naozaj výborná. Prvá noc bola poriadne chladná. Keďže ide o starú budovu, trvá istý čas, kým sa nahreje. A kúpeľňa bola chladná nonstop.

• Rick (4/5): Lage top, Unterkunft flop!!! - Die Lage der Unterkunft. Sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Gebucht waren drei Schlafzimmer. Es gab nur zwei Schlafzimmer und ein offenen Dachboden wo nur eine Matratze (keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher) auf dem Boden lag. Das Laminat war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, was eine gefährliche Stolperfalle werden kann. Einige Fliesen in den zwei Bädern waren auch kaputt. In der Küche war der Wasserhahn defekt, so dass ständig sich das Wasser auf der Arbeitsplatte gesammelt hat. Um weiteren Schaden in der Küche zu vermeiden, haben wir das Wasser an der Spüle abgestellt. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und extrem verschmutzt, so dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Am schlimmsten war aber, dass im Geschirrspüler Geschirr war, welches schon länger drin stand und total verschimmelt war, was man auch gerochen hat. Zum Glück hatten wir auch Geschirrtaps und saubere Geschirrhandtücher mit. Wozu wird eine Endreinigungsgebühr berechnet??? Wir waren noch nie so enttäuscht von einer Ferienwohnung!!!

• Michelle (10/5): Great value for money and fabulous location for getting out and about - Literally a couple of minutes walk to the square. The apartment was ample big enough and had suitable facilities. Absolutely fabulous Czech restaurant across the road. Shower door was loose but suspect the owner just hadn’t had time to fix, didn’t stop use of shower. Can be a little noisy as on route to the square but in honesty didn’t cause us any issues sleeping as the bed was so comfortable

Amabilidad Las imágenes no se corresponden con lo que reservas,en el caso Del estudio. cocina pequeña,sólo una silla,solicitamos,por favor ,a ver si era posible que nos facilitasen otra silla y una mesita y dijeron que no era posible por dimensiones del estudio. En 3 días no pasó nadie a limpiar.

• Cristian Greco (10/5): Consigliatissimo. - La posizione è fantastica, davvero comoda per raggiungere tutti i monumenti principali e godere della vita di Praga a qualsiasi ora. Letto e cuscini comodi, trovi tutto l'occorrente per cucinare pasti veloci (come la colazione) Abbiamo trovato pulizia,gentilezza e disponibilità. Facile check in e check out. Receptionist Lucie Grazie ancora di tutto. Consigliatissimo! Tutto ok, nulla da aggiungere.
• Jana (5/5): - Poloha. Kúsok od všetkých pamiatok. Hluk. Staré okná, ktoré netesnia. 2.h.ráno a mládež vracajúca sa z Pubov Vás zobudí. Neverím, že sa nedajú dať plastové okná, ktoré by pohlcovali hluk a hlavne by teplo nevykurovalo ulicu. Bordel na terase. Za 4.dni nik nevysypal kôš, popolníky.... Smrad na izbe z odpadu umývadla na WC. Je tam umývadlo, z ktorého cítite smrad kanalizácie.
• alan (7/5): Pictures of property are a little misleading - Location and ease of check in. Room remained reasonably warm for November although the temp was possibly high for that time of year. Wooden beams in room make it a bit dismal. Shower room quite small for 60+ people, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels were not enough for 4 nights. Kitchen too small and no toaster. TV very small.
• Karla Maedel (10/5): Ubicación,comodidad y excelente servicio! - El departamento es muy bonito ,la ubicación inmejorable, es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este departamento y definitivamente pienso regresar, aparte que excelente atención de Lucie , siempre atenta a cualquier a resolver cualquier inconveniente .

• Michelle (8/5): Overall a great spacious loft style apartment which easily accommodated a family of four and its location was super. - It’s location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the main attractions and sites. The apartment has a lovely loft style appearance but spacious….both bedrooms a good size and two bathrooms ….. one en suite. The induction hob was a ltricky to use and no toaster .
• Olga (2/5): - The location is perfect. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the photos of the rooms. However, the room I received was very different from the pictures online. It was not as attractive as expected, and I would probably not have chosen it if I had known. The bathroom furniture was worn out, and there was some mold on the walls. When I mentioned this to the staff, the mold was simply painted over. The cupboards in the bathroom were not properly cleaned, and several light bulbs in the room were missing, which made it feel poorly maintained. I asked to change my room, but there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately, I was not offered any compensation or alternative, and I did not receive an apology. There are hangers in the room, but no place to hang them. The windows face the courtyard, which is quiet, but there is almost no sound insulation — so when other guests return late at night, it can be quite noisy. The cupboards in the bathroom were messy, and there were not enough working light bulbs. The cups were with tea stains.
