De plus , idéalement situé en plein coeur de la fabuleuse vieille ville et donc à deux pas de toutes les activités , commodités (restaurants , bars , lieux historiques ,... ). Chambre magnifique où l'on se sent protégé , enveloppé de bonté. Le personnel est tout simplement inoubliable et enchanteur...Merci mille fois à l'Ange Ernezia et à Ilma pour votre lumière , votre sourire et votre disponibilité. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec des produits frais ! Ne ratez pas ce Paradis de Sarajevo ! Hvalaaa Punooo !

• Guildev (6/5): Very good location in the old town - Very friendly staff. My room was very tiny and I could hardly stand in part of the room or in the bathroom when taking shower. All rooms are not alike. After two nights I was able to move to a more proper room evenso it was small but I was able to stand up ! Breakfast is very average.

Il tovagliolo era uno strappo di metà carta da cucina... E la receptionist ha avuto il coraggio di chiedermi una buona recensione...

We were hoping for a twin room instead of a double room.

Wyciszenie było słabe. Mi osobiście nie przeszkadzało ale jak ktoś lubi kompletną ciszę to może nie być dobry wybór. - Na ścianie obok łóżka towarzyszyły mi dwie pluskwy. Pod łóżkami i kaloryferem było sporo jaj co zauważyłam drugiego dnia pobytu. - Brak kubka do picia, mimo że pod stolikiem znajdował się czajnik

• Enesa (10/5): Love it! - Iskreno, prije dolaska sam bila pomalo skeptična zbog nekih komentara koje sam pročitala, ali mogu reći da se rizik apsolutno isplatio. Boravak je bio zaista ugodan i sve je nadmašilo moja očekivanja. Sobe su svježe okrečene, čiste i uredne, s lijepim mirisom i osjećajem svježine čim uđete. Kreveti su udobni, posteljina čista, a kupatilo također besprijekorno. Osoblje je ljubazno, pristupačno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Lokacija je odlična, sve je relativno blizu i lako dostupno. Sve u svemu, imala sam jako lijepo iskustvo i rado bih se ponovo vratila. Preporučujem svima koji žele ugodan i bezbrižan boravak.

• Omela's (9/5): - Отличное расположение прямо в центре, отзывчивые девушки на ресепшн, которые всегда интересовались, не нужно ли нам что-нибудь и любезно выполнили все наши просьбы и ответили на наши вопросы. Сами комнаты маленькие, но душ в ванной просторный с хорошим напором воды. Всё достаточно чисто и аккуратно. Когда выходишь из отеля, пару шагов по переулку - и сразу увидите фонтан Сабиль и историческую площадь Башчаршия с кафе, ресторанчиками и сувенирными лавками. Вьечница тоже в пару шагов, как и набережная со всеми мостами. Также прямо напротив Сабиля расположена автобусная остановка, откуда ходят городские автобусы и трамваи и в том числе автобус в аэропорт, там же маленький продуктовый магазин. -

• ÖZAKÇA (10/5): Muazzam - Bu otel benim şansımdır gerçekten, o kadar memnun kaldım ki anlatamam. Fotoğraflardan ötürü çok kaygılı gitmiştim. Ama içeri girdiğim an anladım çok huzurlu olacağını. Lila hanımefendi çok tatlı ve ilgili biriydi. Soğuk ocak ayında her yer yarım metre karken bile hamam gibi sıcaktı otel. Üşümek en büyük korkularımdan biriydi. Minicik butik tatlı bir konaklama sağladı. Özellikle benim gibi tek gelen seyahat eden kişiler hiç tereddüt etmeden kalabilir ortalama bir ücrette. Sadece tek sorun kahvaltılarıydı, keşke almasaydım dedim zaten kahvaltı yapan bir insan değilim de ama ekmek zeytin reçel gibi çeşitsiz doyurucu olmayan tek düzeydi. Ama kahvaltı dahil yapmadan kesinlikle konaklama yapabilirsiniz iç rahatlığıyla Kahvaltı

Il letto matrimoniale appoggiato alla parete che costringe uno dei due a spostarsi se ci si deve alzare di notte. Asciugamani vecchi e lisi. Doccia scomoda (la camera è mansardata) per una persona di altezza appena superiore al normale si fa la doccia piegandosi.

• EVA (8/5): Un solo trip en Bosnie qui m'a fait le plus grand bien ! - Hôtel idéalement situé, au coeur de la vieille Ville de Sarajevo. Tout est faisable à pied depuis l'Hôtel Lula. Ma chambre simple était sans fioriture, mais propre et confortable et il y faisait chaud. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce petit hôtel. Ma réservation sur Booking indiquait le petit-déjeuner inclus, toutefois, arrivée sur place, on m'a informé du contraire. Certainement une mauvaise mise à jour des informations sur le site. Toutefois, cela n'a gâché en rien mon séjour là-bas.

The sign on the door would have looked like the service desk would be open at 7:00 in the morning, but it wasn't as annoying as if I had announced in advance that I would be coming a little earlier. I was there for six days and they never cleaned me and I said twice myself that I needed towels and one of them said that I should put a sign then we can clean it and the whole week I myself didn't have the sign in the room and two days before leaving I cleaned the other one and he also cleaned it yes yes yes yes yes I could if I came back in the evening it would be the same and when I was leaving there I said why hadn't you cleaned the room he said oh sorry I forgot it it was really bad I don't know why it's like that THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WOULD BE THAT they almost forced me from the beginning to pay them in cash I don't know why but I didn't accept it in the end I paid with a card.

• Slobodan (10/5): Overall, a good price for the value - The hotel is very interestingly decorated in an old-fashioned style, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, the staff is very helpful, the girl who welcomed us was friendly and accompanied us to the rooms and explained the details. Parking was reserved for us in front of the hotel, and we were allowed to leave our vehicle after leaving the hotel, without additional charge. The hotel is located near the best destinations in the old town, many cultural attractions in the pedestrian zone from which the hotel is located. Also nearby is the public tram from which you can see the city best, especially if it is rainy :-) A small remark on the slightly noisy indoor air conditioning, the TV did not have a remote control or I couldn't find it but the controls on the TV worked.

• Milica (7/5): Lokacija je sjajna i osoblje je preljubazno. - Djevojka koja radi za recepcijom je bila preljubazna. Lokacija hotela je odlicna, hotel se nalazi na Bascarsiji. Na higijeni bi se moglo poraditi. Sem toga, u sobi je bilo poprilicno hladno jer klima uredjaj iz nekog razloga nije radio kako bi trebalo. Hotel bi trebalo generalno renovirati jer je prepun budji i dosta osnovnih stvari ne funkcionise kako bi trebalo; npr. ulazna vrata od sobe koja mi je prvobitno bila namijenjena uopste nisu mogla da se zatvore, pa sam premjestena u drugu sobu.

Set in a quiet location yet just a 2 minutes walk from the Old Town and a 2 minutes walk to the historic Town Hall and River. The staff were super super friendly and kind. The room was large and comfortable. For sure I'll be back!!
• Lorne (8/5): All about the location - As a previous review pointed out, Hotel Lula is all about location, location, location. The hotel is situated in the very heart of Bascarsija (the Old Town). Five minutes walk to the airport bus stop, the tram system, the old square, the City Hall. Ten minutes walk to the WW1 assassination, the main mosque, the tour companies. 15 minutes walk to the cable car, the cathedral, the Orthodox Church. And yet, despite its central location, the hotel is situated in a quiet side alley. You might get woken up at 6.30am by the imam chanting in the local mosque, but only if you are a light sleeper. Take earplugs just in case. I stayed in Room 21 for 10 nights. The double bedroom was spacious for one person with its own private en-suite bathroom, handheld shower, good free WiFi, a/c, heating and lots of plug sockets. A chair was supplied on request, but more coat hangars were needed. No lift, but only first floor. No fridge. Some other rooms looked more cramped. Housekeeping on request. Very good value for money if you book well in advance. My room only cost 32GBP per night including breakfast. All the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. All spoke good English. Recommended, especially for solo travellers like me. My only complaint is about the breakfast, which was very basic. Served buffet style in the basement between 8am-10am. Sliced bread, butter, jam, thin slices of ham and cheese, sliced tomatoes and cucumber, a little fruit. Watery juice to drink or tea and coffee on request. The breakfast needs more quality (eg. bread rolls as well as sliced bread, individual yoghurts) and more quantity. I made sure to arrive at 8am. Otherwise the bread ran out. Even the butter ran out one morning. It seems to be run on a shoestring budget. To their credit, the hotel will supply a sandwich in lieu of breakfast if you’re leaving for the day before 8am. The breakfast room itself is spacious and very pleasantly decorated.

• Köksal (7/5): - Konum harikaydı. Çalışanlar iyi ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı çok zengin olmasa da idare ederdi. Resepsiyonda müşteriyle yapılan konuşmalar zemin kattaki odaya net bir şekilde odaya gelebiliyordu. Yatak çarşafı yatağa ufak gelmişti. Yorganın boyu uzun biri için kısaydı. Duşakabinin kapısı yarım olduğundan duş alınca banyo zeminine çok fazla su gidiyordu. Büyük problemler değil ama bunlar halledilirse daha konforlu bir konaklama olur.
• laurence (6/5): Tres bien situé et personnel très accueillant mais confort à améliorer - Le personnel est très sympathique et prévenant et l'hôtel ne peut pas être mieux situé La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur facilement, il s'agissait plus ou moins de vasistas sans volets ni rideaux occultants. Il y avait une bouilloire mais pas de tasses ni de cuillères à café. Le petit déjeuner était passable. Börek mais pas de pain frais. Salle du petit déjeuner au sous-sol.

• Lyn (10/5): - The family feel of this hotel surrounds you the minute you arrive. The breakfast was beautiful with a good selection of local cold meat and cheeses, eggs, pickles, olives, fresh bread, conserves and pastries. Hot drinks were freshly made when you arrived for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble to any of the staff and fresh towels were delivered daily. The hotel was literally two minutes from the main square and everything we needed to explore was well within walking distance.
