Matt (4/5): I did enjoy my time at Caybeach sun but there is a lot to be improved upon - Cleaners and Staff were great at front desk, not too far of a walk down to the main strip, handy there’s a shop in the hotel too I didn’t like the fact that it isn’t stated anywhere that when you get to the hotel you will have to pay a deposit on the hotel and also pay deposits on the aircon that didn’t even work, the tv remote, towels among other things, and make the pictures of the room more clear for what your getting

lynn (8/5): Lovely 3 night stay the facilities were excellent. Beds very comfy but just needs some TLC - Very surprised at the size of the complex. Plenty of sun loungers. Staff lovely. Looking very tired for start of the season. We were only 3 nights with no children but slides closed for maintenance. Banister up to apartment full of bird excrement. Once reported it was cleaned within 24hrs. Wooden banister also very rickety. Reported and told maintenance would repair it.

Alazne (8/5): Buena ubicación y trato de 10 - La ubicación es muy buena. La relación calidad-precio merece la pena. Destacar el trato del chico de animación con los niños y en especial a un camarero (Samu), de 10 los dos! No se esmeran mucho en la limpieza, y si te pillan en la habitación no pasan mas tarde a limpiarla, cosa que nos pasó dos días. Una pena que las piscinas de toboganes no fueran climatizadas.

La cuisine est équipée pour 4 avec terrasse. Pas de grosse cuisine mais c'est suffisant. Il y a le restaurant qui est proposé sinon. Un bar au bord de la piscine. Parking pour la voiture de location. Proche mer commerces restaurants L'isolation de la porte de l'appartement. Quand on dort dans le salon on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors . Camion poubelles, voisin , ect ... Mais le problème vient de la porte .sinon parfait

Sahra (2/5): - Good location Large apartment Plenty of space round the pool I requested a room with a balcony, but was given a ground floor even though the property was not full. My room was only cleaned once while I was there. The bedroom floor was dirty The air conditioning was not very cold They took a €150 deposit which I did not know was actually going to be deducted from my credit card, it cost me a £3.91 non sterling fee. They have not returned the deposit yet , i checked out at 4am this morning

Mélanie (9/5): Super séjour - Cet appart hotel est très agréable, et possède tous les services pour passer de bonnes vacances. Mes enfants de 6 et 4 ans se sont bien amusés dans la piscine et au stade de foot/ tennis tous les jours. Bon emplacement proche de la plus belle plage du sud de Lanzarote. L'appartement était propre et ne manquait de rien! Peu d'ambiance pour une semaine de vacances de Pâques, en ce qui concerne les soirées au bar. L'eau bcp trop froide dans le bassin avec tobogan pour les enfants, ils n'ont pas pû en profiter malheureusement.

We had a lovely cozy apartment on lower Floor, right in front of the swimming pool which was perfect. Really great pools and slides with some heated and lovely kids club/area. Good location, 15 min walk to promenade so great value for money! Just some feedback as can’t think of anything really, but not necessary to clean as often I guess? (Sometimes they’d clean/make up the beds every day, which wasn’t needed/waste of resources and energy washing bedsheets/towels that are still clean. Maybe we should put on the sign not to disturb though, but sometimes it would just fall off.) Nothing else really!

The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making them perfect whether you're staying for a few days or a longer holiday. The pool area is definitely a highlight—plenty of space to relax, with a great vibe throughout the day. It’s well-maintained and ideal for both families and couples. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which really added to the overall experience. Location-wise, it’s convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches. While it’s peaceful enough to unwind, you’re never too far from the main attractions. Overall, Caybeach Sun offers excellent value for money, a welcoming atmosphere, and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a laid-back holiday in the sun.

NATAŠA (8/5): - Lokacija v bližini plaže Dorada. Lep kompleks, priročna mala trgovina, zunanji bazeni, urejena okolica. Glede na mnenja glede čistoče sem bila prijetno presenečena, saj so najin apartma čistili vsak dan in menjali brisače. Kot željo sem ob rezervaciji napisala, da želim apartma na mirni lokaciji, dobila pa sem ga ob glavni cesti, kar je povzročala veliko hrupa, a se navadiš, ob dejstvu, da je bil na sončni legi.

Certain areas were a bit dirty looking, no entertainment at night and no bar to have a drink later on at night as pool bar closed early.

Donna (7/5): Lovely place but tired rooms that let it down - The facilities for a small place were great - pools, loungers, bar, music, games room, shop - all you need really especially if you are going with children who need to be entertained. The terrace areas were lovely too. The kitchen was poor considering it was self catering. Also, you only got one pillow which was very flat (the bed was comfy though!). The rooms are just very tired in general so let it down. I also could not believe that you had to pay for a TV remote and similar items (I have never experienced this before!) and there was never an iron available to loan as advertised.

The air conditioner was old, dusty, and excessively loud. At night, the room overheated and the noise made sleeping very uncomfortable. We weren’t informed that we’d need to leave a deposit for the air-conditioner remote, and they only accept cash. Of course, they conveniently provide an ATM right there… where you can enjoy paying a 5€ withdrawal fee!!! In general, the staff came across as a bit unhelpful and seemed rather tired.

Laura (7/5): Estancia correcta, hotel mejorable. - Buena ubicación y apartamento cómodo y espacioso. Zona tranquila por la noche y con un buen parquing. Hotel enfocado para los turistas extranjeros, sobretodo con los horarios. La piscina la cerraban a las 18h y la cena para llevar hasta las 19'30h El snack bar de la piscina muy mal gestionado y la animación muy pobre. Falta de limpieza en zonas comunes, sobretodo en la piscina.

Lorea (7/5): Bien pero necesita reformas - El alojamiento tiene buena ubicación y el personal del mismo es bastante atento. Si vuelvo a Lanzarote me buscaría otro apartahotel para poder pasar mi estancia. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Se ve al personal de la limpieza de un lado para otro pero en nuestro caso, tras 5 noches y 6 días, solo entraron para hacer la cama…Te piden fianza para todo. 150€ por un lado, el mando otros 6€, el mando del aire otros 12€ y como quieras una simple tarjeta de llave para entrar a la habitación, otros 6€ de fianza. Además, los apartamentos necesitan una reforma urgente, sobretodo la cocina.
