The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. If you're looking for a place to relax and enjoy incredible vistas, I highly recommend Maybe too loud sometimes

• Rick (5/5): Acceptable - Good location but limited facilities, it was cheap as and was acceptable. The signage was terrible we walked past it 3 times trying to find the place and the breakfast wasn’t great and the bar it was attached to want the best. The staff were very ignorant
• Helen (8/5): Amazing will be back - Very good we had Fair Turkish breakfast and very nice. Just a walk across the promenade and on the beach. Lovely big balcony’s even though they were at the side of the hotel still had a view of the beach. Will definitely come back. Very friendly staff in both hotel and the bar below. Really good air con in room Fair walk into town a little further out than we are used to. Taxes have gone very expensive but only a short walk up to the main Rd and Dolmush bus goes every few minutes and dirt cheep.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Very noisy - The hotel has got a kind of a pub. Actually it's worse than a pub with noise all night long. You can not sleep until around 3 am. And people drunk shouting dancing and god knows what else. So if you are travelling with kids and family it is not at all family friendly. Very small lift and the breakfast is limited to tomatoes, cucumber, boiled eggs, cheese rolls and juice from concentrate and coffee is only instant. Their restaurant sells pork and bacon for breakfast. Not recommended for families.

The AC was far from the bed where the coldness was bery low. Breakfast was very poor and in open space where flies are all the times around the table.

• Gemma (9/5): We had a great 2 weeks and are saving up to visit again - Breakfast was fine, the room was lovely, the view was spectacular, The Irish Pub downstairs was great, Ali and his staff were welcoming, the drinks and food was good and both Ali and his staff gave loads of information such as tours, shopping and any other local amenities and we had access to the beach all day. Nothing really.

• Jessica (10/5): Excellent stay - Absoluty amazing holiday we had. Yuvam was a perfect location... A 20 minute stroll to the harbour and a 10 minute stroll to taj mahal area. The staff couldn't do enough always smiley always happy and always saved. Our favorite sun beds on the beach for us. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Outdated decor/furniture.. But who cares... If youe sitting in your room to even notice your wasting a holiday!! Beds were comfy.. Rooms were plenty big enough. Shower worked all temperatures and nice and powerful. We were on the first floor and first room to the left so preety near the bar. All these noise complaints I did worry a little. Let me assure you the noise of music was turned of 5 minutes to midnight Every night and not a minute later!! Which was perfect for us, we dine out ever evening and find diffrent things or entertainment each evening.. By the time we were back it was at least 11.30pm most night anyway. Anyone noise complaining... Mabye don't stay at an Irish bar! What do you expect...? The beach is peaceful in this area and they do not blast music in the day! It is a quiet area. We will be returning next year with our 6 year old little boy.. We felt safe and very welcome every member of staff which we spoke to was helpful smiley and friendly. This place exceeded my expectations from booking. If you want a comfortable room on the beach front that is safe and clean this is ideal. Didn't think to take pictures was to busy enjoying our holiday so popped some on with the room in the background.

• Rana (8/5): - Very conveniently located on the beach and walkable to the Marina. Hotel not very clean, the room was not cleaned the first day I stayed. I had to talk with the manager to have it cleaned the following day. Manager is very nice and helpful. He recommended very nice restaurant. Breakfast is basic. DJ and night shows are excellent! Hard to sleep with loud music, but that’s what’s Marmaris is all about

• Yasmin (4/5): Disappointing - the location is awesome near to everything just beside the beach and walk distance to the center and marina, you don’t need to rent any car the room wasn’t clean and when we asked them to clean it they refused also staff wasn’t nice at all, but downstairs there was Irish pob which is nice place and you can have much fun just setting in it, also food was bad and breakfast wasn’t clean but pob staff were nice

• Irfan (6/5): Would not book again. - Our first expressions to the hotel was good until we checked in. the reception young boy was not friendly and came across very rude. we got our room keys only to be told we had two different floors from our children's room. as we went into the room we noticed the children room did not have a sea view from their balcony. we spoke to the receptionist who said it said side sea view and argued with us until we showed him the booking.com confirmation. he told us to speak to the manager in the morning. The breakfast was full of different spreads, chesses, olives, boiled eggs and fruit with some kind of yogurt. The manager said he could not do anything as booking.com have got the info wrong and we do not have sea view rooms beside the suite rooms. the children were disappointed and was promised will have same floor by tomorrow which never came. the rooms were clean but not as expected to what we paid. location was good. very noisy as the pub\club is based down stairs of the hotel. The service from staff and the breakfast. The pool is little.

My rooms were clearly (sea view), but when they gave me rooms that overlook the next hotel. the manager blamed booking.com for posting wrong info. the rooms were not clean, no napkins or soap. the building is so old and on top of a restaurant-bar that plays music till 1:00 a.m. ****the hotel does not have a direct entrance**** me and my family had to walk through the bar and slide our bags to reach the first floor, where the reception is. I stayed for one night and had to cancel the rest nights.

• Malaak (8/5): Friends vacation - Our stay was amazing, the beach is right in front of the hotel, multiple restaurants all around. The room was also pretty good for 4 of us, there was a small issue with the air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. Overall, would visit this hotel again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 2 day stay - Overall good hotel near the shore with sea view rooms. Breakfasts are in local irish pub on the beach side. There are no direct drop points for taxi: need to go with luggage for 60 meters to hotel doors.
