• Susanne (8/5): Fantastisk morgenmad - Stort værelse med balkon lige ud til den store plads og den fantastiske udsigt til bjergene. der er en stor underjordisk parkeringsplads lige udenfor og hotellet ligger lige ved den gamle by. Morgenmaden var fuldstændig fantastisk. Der var så meget at vælge imellem, så vi var godt mætte da vi forlod hotellet. Desværre var værelset virkelig koldt og varmepumpen kunne ikke varme værelset op. Vi gik i receptionen og fik et ekstra varmeapparat op på værelset, dette hjalp. I receptionen sad personalet med frakker på, så hele hotellet var temmelig koldt. Som mange andre steder vi har været i Albanien, er der intet toilet bræt eller dette er ikke sat ordentligt fast og det samme gjorde sig gældende her,
• JGF (9/5): Een heerlijk hotel op een fantastische lokatie, een oud gebouw met kamers in een nieuw jasje. - We hadden een comfortabele ruime suite met zicht aan 2 kanten op de bazaar en op het plein. Heerlijke badkamer en heerlijk bed. De lokatie was fantastisch. Parkeren onder het plein in de openbare parkeergarage waar voldoende ruimte was (€4,- voor 2 dagen). Heerlijk rustpunt. Het eten viel ons tegen. In het restaurant gegeten maar het bestelde niet naar verwachting. Ik bestelde gegrilde groeten, maar kreeg wat gevulde paprika met heel veel risotto. Het ontbijt was matig.

• Anne (8/5): Perustason hotellihuone erinomaisella hinta-laatusuhteella - Vastaanotossa äärettömän auttavainen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti erinomainen ja huone oli erittäin siisti. Olin varannut huoneen parvekkeella, mutta sitä ei ollut. Ravintolan henkilökunta oli hieman ynseä.

Deixei a mala no carro pq fiquei somente uma noite. Não tinha como subir com a mala. Tem outro caminho que deixa quase na frente do hotel O hotel é antigo mas o custo benefício compensa

• Eric (8/5): - Emplacement central, avec parking public (4 euros seulement pour 24 h) juste à côté, chambre très grande et confortable, petit-déjeuner au dernier étage (en terrasse avec vue superbe sur la ville et les montagnes). Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais ce soir-là, il y avait une grande fête juste devant l'hôtel, avec musique assourdissante jusqu'à minuit, et puis surtout après, rangement bruyant de la place jusqu'à 2h-3h du matin. On espère revenir une prochaine fois dans des conditions plus calmes...

• John (10/5): Great Location! Great Price! - It was right in the Town Square and only 50 meters to the Old Town area. The public parking garage was only 50 meters from the hotel and was very nice. The suite was huge and had lots of windows overlooking the Old Town and Town Square! We had issues with the TV connecting to WiFi, but they sent the Manager and Technician to fix it.

• Scott (9/5): Lovely stay in the centre of gjirokaster with great views, breakfast and staff, what more could you ask for! - Incredible location right by the square, tunnels, bazaar etc. the hotels were large, clean and the balcony had a wonderful Mountain View. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who were great, helping me with buses and doing my laundry! The breakfast was nice and varied and the prices are too bad for what you’re getting, would recommend to anyone staying in gjirokaster.

El trato del personal de recepción deja mucho que desear. Te atienden sin mirarte ni la cara. La limpieza del restaurante era pésima. Las aceiteras creo que no se habían limpiado nunca, me quejé y ni siquiera la cogieron para limpiarla ni tan solo una disculpa de cortesía, es mas una de las camareras se rió cuando le dije que estaba todo muy sucio. El suelo estaba sin barrer. El parking, que ponía que era gratis, era inexistente, o había el parking publico de la ciudad o uno de pago. El wifi.... Pésimo. Así que en vista de todo esto decidimos irnos un día antes. Nada recomendable.

• Jasmin (8/5): Perfekte Lage für einen Ausflug - Die Lage ist absolut toll für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Perfekt für einen Tag in der Altstadt oder auf der Burg. Das Essen war in Ordnung, auch spät konnte man zum Frühstück noch das ganze Angebot bekommen. Das Zimmer wurde zwischenzeitlich gereinigt und es war sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Rezeption war 24h geöffnet. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, das kann man erkennen aber es war wirklich noch gut in Schuss.

Worth the trip. - Very convenient central location within easy walking distance of the Castle, the old town and Cold War bunker tour was just next door. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace with spectacular views of the valley below and the mountains. Hotel has no parking but there is secure underground public parking right out front for 400 lek for 24hours. (€4) Nice views from the room which was comfortable. The shower was missing a door and toilet seat was broken. Hopefully fixed by now.
