Keukengerei beetje verouderd en geen vergiet aanwezig, en miste nog een kastje naast de keuken om iets op te zetten. Geen tafel binnen met stoelen, we hebben dan de terrastafel binnen gezet.

• Steve (5/5): It was pleasant enough for a short stay out of season. - There was no breakfast. The apartment was tiny. We visited in December, so it was a bit nippy (bring a 2kw fan heater because the hand control for the Aircon had been removed. The apartment was 1 bedroom - fine for us. We were on the 3rd floor pretty much on the frontline. Towels and bedding were fine. Security was present. The apartment was clean and just about ok for 2 people on a break of say 4-5 nights. The price of the apartment was reasonable. You need to know that some of the apartments are occupied permanently. There was a lift, and plenty of places to park for free. All in all it was OK. Not many folk about at the beginning of December, but the weather was kind. The apartments front a hotel owned by the same company. It would have been good if guests in the apartments had access to the hotel dining area, the hotel's indoor swimming pool and other facilities. Would have been prepared to pay extra for this.

Huoneiston hintaan ei kuulunut vessapaperi. Huoneistoa ei siivottu viikon aikana kertaakaan. Lakanoita ja pyyhkeistä ei vaihdettu. Parvekkeen kaide oli likainen. Parvekkeen kaihdin oli hankalasti avattava. Ulko-ovi oli vanha eikä sitä saanut helposti auki. Paistinpannut ja leikkuulauta olivat naarmuja täynnä. Vedenkeitin oli likainen eikä lika lähtenyt pesemällä.

• Testore (8/5): POSIZIONE OTTIMA AL MARE - la posizione con vista mare è splendida, la comodità di 2 supermercati( mercadona, consum) con cibo da asporto. Con una bella passeggiata di 20/30 minuti si arriva in centro ed in 15 minuti al porto dove si trovano locali dove mangiare pesce fresco, in 2 minuti si è sulla passeggiata mare con la scelta di molti bar e ristoranti Cuscini e materassi scomodi, la pulizia non è al top, non c'è nulla per lavare stoviglie e piatti e nemmenoun set di cortesia in bagno , tranne 2 asciugamani a testa

Cracks in walls and wood skirtings rotten in places. I asked to check out after one night and I was not given any refund. I understood I would only be charged one more night as per booking.com conditions.

• Monica (10/5): Sin duda repetiré, genial para el último trimestre del año. - La limpieza del apartamento fue perfecta! Todo estaba limpísimo. Las vistas también geniales, una terraza daba a la playa con sol de tarde y la otra terraza daba el mar, con sol por la mañana. En recepción Paula, Laura y Miriam son muy amables. Tuve algún percance con el Wifi al llegar ya que me atendió una chica al parecer nueva, pero Paula solucionó el problema al día siguiente y pude teletrabajar desde media mañana con buen servicio de Wifi. La gestión del Wifi. En la playa ya no había servicio de ducha, ni siquiera de grifo para los pies, que en la otra playa de Calpe situada al otro lado del Peñon de Ifach sí existía. Esto debería pedirse al Ayuntamiento, quien debería dar el servicio de agua/limpieza a las 2 playas y no hacer diferencias.

• lisette (8/5): - De ligging is fantastisch. Heel groot terras met voldoende tuinmeubilair. De matras van het bed is te hard. Hoofdkussens niet comfortabel. Ze kwamen verse lakens brengen voor 2 eenpersoonsbedden terwijl we een tweepersoonsbed hadden. Handdoeken worden maar 1x per week vervangen.

• Rafael Eduardo (5/5): - La ubicación Por una lado la falta de limpieza. Todas las lámparas de la casa tienen polvo acumulado de años. Polvo amontonado. Bolas de polvo. Jamás han sido limpiadas. Comes y duermes debajo de todo eso. Incluso los ventiladores de la casa tienen una cantidad de polvo bestial. Tuve que limpiarlos para poder usarlos. Por otro lado, el baño está totalmente descuidado. Han eliminado un bidé para poder meter una lavadora y se han limitado a quitarlo dejando los agujeros del anclaje y la suciedad y marca donde estaba el pie del bidé. Además la puerta del calentador que hay en el baño tiene el barniz destrozado por la humedad, jamás ha sido mantenido y está en un estado lamentable. Además, no tiene aire acondicionado y tampoco wifi. 2.661 euros por quince días es un precio abusivo, al margen de la oferta y la demanda, por ese precio debería asegurarse la limpieza, el mantenimiento y las prestaciones. Si el precio en sí ya es carísimo, estás condiciones no son aceptables.
• MARIO (7/5): - La ubicación fue genial, una terraza estupenda, las piscinas muy bien, el personal de recepción todos muy amables. Los colchones horrorosos, se debería poner un ventilador de techo en la habitación ya que pasamos muchísimo calor. El precio caro para lo que era el apartamento.

• Mariano GONZALEZ (10/5): Genial, lo mas probable es que repetiremos - El personal de la recepción es superatento y todos son muy amables. El apartamento que nos tocó estaba completamente renovado y con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios nuevos o con muy poco uso. Aunque tenía aire acondicionado, no lo usamos, ya que el apartamento era fresco. Las vistas desde el edificio son excelentes hacia la playa y el peñón. Nada que señalar.
• ALICIA (5/5): Limpieza pésima. - La ubicación porque estaba cerca de la playa. La limpieza pésima. Una de las camas solo la utilizamos una noche porque mi hijo se levantó lleno de picaduras pequeñitas por todo el cuerpo. Las camas tenían debajo botelllas de agua y otros restos de los inquilinos anteriores. La vajilla no estaba en condiciones,, teníamos que lavarla antes de usar. Por úĺtimo, la nevera no enfriaba casi nada a pesar de que la pusimos a nivel máximo. En fin, una lástima. Hemos estado en estos apartamentos varias veces y esta ha sido la peor con diferencia. Necesita mejora de los electrodomésticos y sobre todo incidir en la limpieza.

• Jeanette (9/5): Great view if the Ifach - Excellent location, roomy flat, everything seemed new, great view A bit confusing when we arrived, late and tired. Maybe being taken up would have helped though appreciate that may not have been practical.
• Gareth (8/5): Very good - Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful but very professional. The very large building site immediately outside the rear balcony. Very noisy and dusty. Work will continue for months. Customers should be made aware.
• Peter (5/5): Poor - Location I paid for my son, partner and Granddaughter to stay here, there was one toilet roll for 5 nights, they asked for another and were told NO, in yhis day and age there wasn't any WiFi available in their room, I had stayed here previously, and had reccomended it to friends, I won't reccomend or ever stay there again I'm disgusted by the service

Sadly the apartment was very old fashioned and handles were missing on the kitchen doors, the cooker didn't work and the inside of the shower door was dirty. There was also a random wardrobe wedged in the Corner of the living room with the dining room table right up against it. It took up the space and made the apartment feel crowded. They just need updating and a refreshing but if you want a cheapish and central stay in Calpe, then the apartments are good for that.

• Mariia (9/5): Great place to have a calm rest near the sea - It's a great place to have a rest; the sea view is beautiful, the building is old in the good sense of the word, and very cozy. The staff was very attentive and helpful, pleasant people, were always in a good mood and ready to help. We spent a wonderful, calm Valentine's Day here; it wasn't a lot of people around, and it was quite peaceful. The kitchen was small but nice; we had mostly everything we needed. The bathroom was vintage but convenient and functional, beds were clean. The kettle was a bit old and had a weird smell, but we used a pot instead. Wasn't a big deal for us.

• Burgess (6/5): Basic but good value - Very close to beach. Very comfortable bed, had everything for a budget apartment. Electricians back and for fitting a new phone over 3 days. I felt unable to relax as never knew when they would be there.
• David (8/5): Always have enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere in the area the staff and location of the hotel. - Location /views property would need updating but have been at these apartments and accept that.👍 Ongoing maintenance in the area that we were staying in the floors 2/3 renewing air conditioning units which was very noisy in our Appartement. Perhaps knowing work was to be carried out on the days we’re staying they should have placed us in accommodation away from the maintenance area as there were apparently vacancies further away from the chasing /drilling /grinding in the hotel which lasted 2 days of our 4 day break. The young lady receptionist did offer other accommodation when we complained about the noise but it was not worth the inconvenience of having to move to another apartment.

• Michael (10/5): A very comfortable stay - The apartment was chosen for its excellent location. Adjacent the promenade, cafes and restaurants. It was also adjoining the Esmeralda Hotel so its facilities could be enjoyed by us. The large balcony facing the sea and daytime sun was also most enjoyable. Nothing!!

• Laura (5/5): We used the apartment as a place to wash and sleep but didn’t feel we could relax there. - Location was great. The shower was temperamental, the bed was uncomfortable and unstable. There needed to be somewhere better to put your toiletries when getting ready. The towels were tiny for adults.
• Amy (8/5): Wonderful and very relaxing. - It is a great location with a wonderful view. Very pleasant reception staff which was 24 hour. We have visited Calpe three times and we've stayed at the Esmeralda Unitursa on two of those occasions. We have already booked for next year! Maybe a few Sun Beds at the Pool area! It was being refurbished this year and it will be amazing when it's finished I'm sure, but I do hope they provide sun beds or chairs for people to sit on.
