• Martina (1/5): Esperienza negativa, problemi molto evidenti di pulizia e manutenzione - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento solo una notte e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato diverse problematiche evidenti come ad esempio una perdita d’acqua che lasciava il pavimento bagnato, con rischio di scivolare, segno di scarsa manutenzione. L’ambiente nel complesso non dava una sensazione di pulizia e cura adeguata. Abbiamo segnalato subito la situazione al proprietario, che si è detto disponibile a mandare dei tecnici il giorno successivo. Tuttavia, le condizioni dell’alloggio non erano tali da permettere un soggiorno sereno, motivo per cui abbiamo deciso di lasciare la struttura dopo la prima notte. Per quanto ci riguarda, non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura.

La taille du logement convenait parfaitement pour deux personnes, et la cuisine était équipée de tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas; meme si pas pour de sejour de très longue durée. À mon sens, la véritable valeur ajoutée d’une structure d’accueil réside dans la relation humaine. J’ai personnellement été déçu de constater qu’il n’y a désormais plus de service de check‑in en présentiel, même dans ce type d’établissement. Être contraint de gérer soi‑même une multitude de messages et de procédures de check‑in en ligne n’est pas un service que le client devrait assumer.

La ubicación está bastante alejada del centro, lo que dificulta moverse si no tienes transporte propio. El alojamiento da la sensación de estar a medio reformar, y la limpieza deja bastante que desear. El tema del wifi es especialmente frustrante: anuncian varias redes, pero ninguna funciona correctamente y, además, no hay cobertura dentro del alojamiento. La cama es bastante incómoda, hasta el punto de afectar al descanso. Por otro lado, la puerta de la terraza está en mal estado y cuesta mucho abrirla. Sinceramente, resulta decepcionante llegar de vacaciones esperando un mínimo de calidad, después de todo el año trabajando, y encontrarse con estas condiciones. No recomendaría este alojamiento.

• Zohra (4/5): Lavarsi con acqua fredda non vale la bella posizione!!! - La posizione è molto buona per spostarsi,parcheggio si trova facilmente e il personale del bar molto gentile ed educato :) I letti erano singoli e non un matrimoniale,in camera c’era una ventola che faceva rumore tutta la notte sfregando forte sembrava di dormire dentro ad un cantiere! Ma soprattutto che veramente ci ha rovinato l’esperienza è stata l’assenza di acqua calda! Ho fatto reclamo e mi è stato detto di aspettare 40min che sarebbe tornata ma non è stato così! Abbiamo fatto tutte le 4 notti a lavarci con acqua fredda;dopo una giornata in giro con un clima ventoso l’unica cosa che si desidera è una bella doccia calda e neanche quello!!! E inoltre lo scarico della doccia non funzionava e non ho mai avuto risposte a riguardo!!

Logement grand et lits confortables. Certains équipements sont vétustes et /ou à changer :canapé du salon, porte coulissante des toilettes, porte de la terrasse (ouverture et fermeture difficiles). Quelques ajouts de produits essentiels :sel,poivre,huile,vinaigre etc seraient vraiment un plus.

An der Poolbar bzw. dem Pool-Restaurant sitzt man mit Panoramaaussicht, wird sehr freundlich bedient und kann gut essen. Den Spaziergang entlang der Meerespromenade bis ins Zentrum haben wir immer sehr genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

• AmbraRicevuto (10/5): Un affaccio sull'Oceano a due passi dal centro - La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro di Corralejo e con affaccio diretto sull'Oceano, davvero suggestivo addormerntarsi col suono delle onde! L'appartamento è spazioso, dotato di tutte le suppellettili per cucinare e molto pulito. Tornerò sicuramente! L'unica suggerimento che vorrei dare è di fornire zucchero, caffè, sale e olio, anche in monodose, poiché stando pochi giorni sarebbe stato utile trovare qualcosa per il coprire la permanenza. A parte questo, siamo state benissimo!
• Laura Jane (10/5): We always go back to Punta Elena - We have stayed at this property several times as we like the location and the vibe. Parking is easy and the town centre a 20 minute walk along the beach - If you go the road way it's longer. We had spectacular views from our apartment across to Los Lobos and Lanzarote. The bar/restaurant has excellent food and a good choice of Canarian dishes which are delicious - I recommend the Gofio mousse! The paella is also very good, FULL of seafood, which is not always the case in other restaurants. The pool area is lovely and quite sheltered on windy days The property is undergoing renovation and rooms being updated which is needed. It's difficult to find things not to like, but if I had to say something it would be that the balcony of the room was literally right next to the bar and I felt a bit exposed. Also meant the bar music could be heard all day. We didn't mind as we loved their choice of music, but it might not suit everyone.

• Louis Max Blank (5/5): Right at a surfbeach - walk into town - Very close to a surf beach...you can walk out of the aprtment, have a coffee at the onsite pool bar and watch novice surfers fight the waves. Modern, clean, practical designed suite. Almost seaview from the kitchen area. Semi-private terrace in front of room. A 20 min walk to the town's busiest area with plenty of bars, coffeeshops, restaurants along nice beaches. Groundfloor apartment (number 1) is facing the pool from a cellar-like view. We suffered through a bad weather period with high winds, storms, and sand blowing everywhere. Windows and doors were noisy all night, and it was very cold. Only a blanket and a sheet per bed made really cold nights. The apartment must be nice and cool in the summer though but I would avoid winters. (We stayed in Feb/March for 3 nights)
