• Gary (5/5): So much potential sadly wasted. - Great location. Clean sheets and towels. Room is a bit dated. I booked a “lakeside” room. Well the room was on the lake side but there was no lake view. I found that misleading. Our first night there we had insuffient hot water. They were able to fix it the next day. On our second morning there we were awakened by Jack hammering shortly after 7 am. When I called to complain, they lied and said it was the property next door. When I called back again, a different person answered and said it would stop. While the Jack hammering stopped, the workers continued with making noise. We were also told that at breakfast we could go to the buffet or order from the menu. There was no menu only a buffet. We

La petite piscine à remous et les saunas étaient très agréables après une journée passée au parc. Son rapport qualité-prix! Hôtel qui serait dû pour des rénovations…Salle de bain d’une autre époque en céramique rose dont plusieurs cassées … Chambre peu insonorisée. Mais, surtout, j’ai trouvé des fourmis sur le plancher de la salle de bain ainsi que sur le bureau de la chambre!!!!

• Giulia (8/5): Beautiful hotel, great location for park. - Great location, clean, lovely view from room window The biggest disappointment was the Waterfall restaurant. Two options that we would have liked (beef stroganoff and confit chicken risotto) were not available. Only two waitstaff for whole restaurant. The waiter we had was quite abrupt and not very agreeable. He did not let us know these options were not available, it was only when we ordered that he told us. Main meal food we had was average, Caesar salad dressing very bland. Crepe for dessert was lovely though.

• Jan (8/5): Příjemný a ochotný personál, skvělé jídlo. - Příjemný personál, který byl vždy ochotný poradit a pomoci. Výborné jídlo, vždy jsme si moc pochutnali. Veliký výběr v bufetové restauraci i v restauraci ala card. Prostor pokoje pamatuje devadesátá léta a na některých místech je to vidět. V koupelně částečně rozebraný strop, kde bylo vidět do podhledu. Některé části uvolněné. Pokoje jsou prostorné a hezké, ale zasloužili by si servis.
• NYfamilytravelers4 (6/5): Ok for one night because of the location - Hotel was in the perfect location and we were able to leave our car in the morning and walk to the park entrance. The room was stuffy and had no air conditioning. We turned it on and it at least circulated the air. We opened the window for a bit to get fresh air and that helped. The shower was a trickle of water. The breakfast was edible, we had something to eat but it wasn’t what we are used to in Europe. If not for the location, I would have given it only 2 dots. All in all, for one night it was tolerable.
• SaltLifeGal (10/5): Friendly MCM hotel convenient to plitvices entrance and busstop! - We arrived early and the staff were very helpful explaining the hotel's amenities and services in Lake Plitvices. We were able to leave our luggage and just pick up our key quickly after our day in the park. Liked the MCM vibe in the main areas and our room, while more basic in design, was comfortable and well suited to our stay. Buffet breakfast was included and had many offerings. Very convenient to bus stop and entrance #2 to park.

• George (10/5): Hotel with the best location for Plitvice park tour - Comfortable room, a nice balcony, a restaurant and a bar on site, free parking. Most of all the location next to the park entrance, and the staff’s ability to modify the park tickets. No coffee maker in the room or possibility to boil some water for tea.

If our room had been located somewhere raises next to the ele - The location to the park, dinner in the dining room was delicious as was the breakfast. It is old and showing its age. Our bedroom wall backed up to the elevator and so it was loud all night.

• David (8/5): Ideal place to stay to visit the Plitvice National Park but I think one pays a premium for that. - Ideally suited for access to the national park and only 2 minute taxi ride to bus stop. Spacious hotel with large dinning areas for a la carte and tourist menu options. Food and the service in the a la carte was very good. Lake side room was spacious and quiet, though trees obscured view of the lake. Breakfast was poor considering the cost of the rooms, should be much better. Bathroom was ok, but a little dated and could have been cleaner.

Ce n'est que quand on veut y aller qu'on nous dit qu'elle est fermée. La moindre des choses est d'en informer les clients. Et ce n'était pas suite à un incident momentané. De plus 200€ pour ce type d'hôtel ... Ce n'est pas justifié. Si vous avez une voiture et que de résider en dehors du parc ne vous gêne pas : faites le. Petit déjeuner passable.

• ESTHER (7/5): Hotel normalito, ubicación perfecta - La ubicación es estupenda, justo al lado de la entrada 2 del parque. El personal de recepción muy amable, nos guardaron las maletas y nos facilitaron un transfer el último día hasta la parada del autobús. Escribimos al alojamiento con antelación dos veces para que nos explicaran la forma más sencilla de llegar desde la parada del autobús, y en ninguna de las dos ocasiones nos contestaron, con lo que tuvimos que llegar al hotel andando de noche por una carretera por donde pasaban bastantes coches. Luego nos explicaron que existía un servicio de transfer que nos podría haber recogido, pero al no contestar a nuestros mensajes no pudimos utilizarlo. La habitación muy normal y un poco anticuada para el precio que se paga por ella.

Ampia scelta a colazione Struttura vecchia , sulla descrizione dell'hotel si parlava di una zona wellness con una piscina con annesse foto, ma il nostro arrivo ci viene detto che non c'è la piscina ma solamente una vasca idromassaggio che tra l'altro non funzionava. Nel bagno della camera c'era una fuoriuscita d'acqua dal WC. Stanza poco illuminata, nel complesso la struttura non vale quanto viene richiesto

• ccc362 (4/5): lack of alternative is blessing and curse - stayed here for a family trip and my guide said this hotel is the only suitable option for our itinerary (the hotel next to Plitvice. The major positive thing, and why everyone stays here, is obviously the national park and the location is hard to beat. The hotel rooms are pretty spacious and it's certainly nice to wake up to the fresh air and being able to run along the park in the morning is great positive. having said that, maybe because there's such high demand and lack of competition, I've never been to a hotel where employees seem so disinterested in hospitality. Front desk seemed annoyed that I asked questions, did not want to help us with our luggage, did not want to help us putting the luggage cart back to wherever it came from, didn't exactly tell us much of anything really. I get it if this is a shady motel, but this hotel also charges a lot of money. in terms of facilities, the pool was closed at the time (unclear why but it seemed indefinite) but let's not call this a pool. more like a jacuzzi. the room was clean but definitely old and missing modern amenities of sort (power outlet next to my bed wasn't working). The room layout could be modernized to make best use of the room space we have (we had the suite). lastly, the restaurant was quite disappointing- I understand it's more like buffet that's catered for large groups but quality was subpar. Once again, it's hard to not eat there given a la carte restaurant was pricey and there wasn't much dining option around the area. Not sure whether I want to recommend or not. I think if you are staying at the national park overnight for whatever reason, I still have to recommend this hotel out of sheer convenience and lower your expectation.

The room was clean, but the window couldn't be closed, the walls were very thin, everything could be heard

• ふうちゃん (7/5): 最低限の設備と、入口への近さ - 体調を崩したのでお願いしたら、快くバスの時間まで部屋を使わせてくれたことは大変感謝している。公園のエントランス2まで徒歩２分。 部屋に水と電気ポットの準備がない。ホテル内の売店にも水やジュースはなく、周辺にも買える店がない。夜も朝もビュッフェの質は低く、水は有料。水は多めに持参することを勧めます。アラカルトのレストランは美味しい。Bookingのメッセージからバス停への送迎をリクエストしたが、返事がなく往路はホテルまで歩いた。復路はフロントでリクエストしたらバス停まで送ってくれた。

• Laura (7/5): - The location cannot be beat. We only had a short time to explore the park, and the hotel made it very easy to do so. The accommodations were like a time capsule from 50 years ago. Everything appeared clean and not too worn out, but it was very dated. The bed and pillows also weren’t very comfortable, but given our short timeframe there, it was fine for a single night.

• Cathy (7/5): Goede locatie! - Locatie, je slaapt letterlijk naast ingang 2 van het park. Als je eind van de middag al een keer het park in gaat, verlengt het hotel je kaartje tot de volgende dag, dus je betaalt 1x en kunt er 2x in. Ideaal. Mensen zeuren in de recensies over de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, maar bedenk wel dat je ook gratis parkeert en dus 2x het park kan bezoeken met 1 entreekaartje. Het hotel is inderdaad wat gedateerd, maar wij vonden dat juist ook wel charme hebben. De vloerbedekking zier er een beetje shabby uit.
