Only drawback is that it is very far from the city and the hotel description suggests that it is closer to the city than it actually is. Buses heading into the city do not run regularly as well. I would suggest you rent a car if you’re staying at this hotel as it will make for a more pleasant stay.

- Tomik (6/5): - There were lots of bugs in the room, flying bugs, on the bed sheets, on the walls, around the lights. They were not bed bugs, they were some sort of tree bugs.
- Elodie (8/5): Satisfaite - Chambre très spacieuse pour 4 ( semblable à un appartement) avec espace parents/enfants séparable. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est très beau, les piscines sont superbes. La salle de sport est très bien mais gros point négatif sur l’absence de clim avec des fortes chaleur c’est limite dangereux d’aller y faire du sport. La propreté de la chambre est moyenne. Beaucoup de poussières sous les lits, frigo très sale et freezer cassé ce qui entraîne une congélation des aliments. Manque de portes serviettes en nombre pour éviter de les changer tout les jours. Je ne suis restée que 2 nuits donc pas gênée par ces désagréments … et personnellement si je devais y retourner je le ferais car il y a de beaux espaces de loisirs et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel de l’accueil est très gentil et parle français ce qui nous a bien arrangé! Petit effort à faire sur le ménage et ce serait parfait

- Juan (10/5): - This was our first family trip to Spain and our family loved the resort. The resort provided all the amenities our family needed, we felt taking care well. It’s so close (walking distance like a five minute walk) to their local three floor shopping mall with a lot more restaurants options. We felt safe and welcoming at the resort. I thank the front desk staff for all their advice (of where to visit locally) and calling us up a taxi and all their assistance. We will definitely comeback again and highly recommend this resort for your family.

- Sem (8/5): - First of all I really enjoyed my stay here and the feedback I have doesn’t devalue the experience much. I didn’t like that the bathroom/toilet is open to the rest of the room. I missed a plug connection close to the bed, to charge my phone. The tv is very high up on the wall which was a little uncomfortable. The tv didn’t have Netflix or other apps. There was no fridge in the room. Other than that the room had a terrace which was really awesome. We hung out there a lot. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant also had very good food (although a little pricey). It wasn’t very busy usually at the pool inside or outside so it was nice to be there too. If you don’t have a car or license it’s kind of annoying to get around without paying for ubers a lot. But I can’t blame the hotel for that. All in all a very good experience here. Definitely get the room with a terrace.

L'établissement est magnifique et d'un calme remarquable , ce qui est très appréciable après une journée animée à Barcelone Nous avons particulièrement aimé les petites attentions en chambre, comme la machine a café et la bouteille d'eau renouvelée chaque jour. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois, sympathique et polyglotte, ce qui facilite grandement les échanges et rend le séjour d'autant plus agréable. Malgré ces nombreux points positifs , nous regrettons quelques détails : 1 L'absence de mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre est dommage , surtout que de l'eau est fournie , un frigo aurait été parfait pour la garder au frais. 2 La piscine est assez petite, elle devient surpeuplée si plusieurs personnes l'utilisent en même temps, surtout qu'il y avait un grand espace derriere disponible, qui aurait pu être utilisé pour faire une piscine plus grande et les clients serait a l'aise meme s'ils viennent en nombre Dans l'ensemble, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons l'hôtel QGAT event pour son calme et la qualité de son service

- Ryan (10/5): Amazing! Wish we were staying longer - We had an excellent stay at QGat and were sad it was only a brief stay on our way somewhere else. We were late checking in due to a delayed flight but the check in stayed open late for us and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfy bed and pure darkness. We used the pool and gym the next day and the facilities were excellent. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend staying.

- Christian James (6/5): - It is a very nice and well designed hotel and events facility. A lovely terrace. The room however, was missing a basic mini fridge. That is not ideal. Air conditioning is centrally controlled and was not nearly sufficient to sleep comfortably in the room. The air conditioning in the hallway just outside was far better. LP The breakfast options are nice, but they should get rid of the powdered scrambled eggs. Absolutely terrible and tasteless. For a venue of this general quality, the wine selection is spectacularly mediocre. Quite low quality winds on offer. Very disappointing. The double bed was two singles put together with a bedsheet. This can work when done properly with the mattress topper that holds the bed frames together properly, but in this set up, the two beds would separate and you would find yourself slipping between the two beds. Basically a hotel, which could be very nice if management made some basic quality focused decisions.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, professionell und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders begeistert hat mich das bequeme Bett, das für erholsame Nächte gesorgt hat. Auch das Badezimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen – modern, geräumig und mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war ein weiteres Highlight: Eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen und internationalen Speisen, von frischem Obst über hausgemachtes Gebäck bis hin zu köstlichen warmen Gerichten. Der Service war auch hier erstklassig – leere Teller wurden sofort abgeräumt, und Sonderwünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
