• Christine (10/5): A gorgeous hotel, close to village and restaurants. - It was like stepping back in time, beautiful and unique. The restaurant/bar area was on the street with lovely views of trees and the snow. Loved the village, so Austrian in character. It was difficult to get reservations at others restaurants but always a lovely table at the restaurant attached to the hotel. A little too far to the lifts to ski, you needed to be fit.

• Caroline (9/5): - Stunning hotel smack in middle of Kitz, halfway between the main ski gondola and the gorgeous town centre. Outstanding personal service from the local staff. Needs its own lounge - no sofa area etc to use in the evenings. Only the bar breakfast area which is beautiful during the day but not good after dinner.

• Joerg (10/5): - The start with a very warm welcome by the reception when I arrived in the morning, having a coffee, relax and helping to sort out things. I also loved the wooden feel of the room, all clean and functional and still historic. And of course the hotel is perfectly located in the center and the lift. The ski locker room could have an update.

Jai egalement beneficie dun surclasement, ce qui est toujours apprecie. Le petit dejeuner etait superbe, abondant et genereux Une carte de snacks un peu plus elabore, le restaurant noffrait pas de restauration mis a part le petit dejeuner, ce qui est dommage car le bar et la salle a manger sont tres agreables

• cannell (9/5): I would happily stay here again - Room and breakfast top notch. Staff very pleasent and helpful. Location is minutes from the main ski lift and bus and train station I think hot and cold direction is reversed on the shower tap, but it could be misleading markings
• Mike (10/5): Fabulous friendly ski hotel - Great room with balcony overlooking the Hahnenkamm race course (we booked a superior double room). Huge bathroom and room had sofa and two big chairs for relaxing. Staff were so professional and friendly. Breakfast choice was fantastic, lots of cereal, fruit, cold meats plus a cooked to order egg menu. The hotel website says 'no spa' but on the first floor there is an area with steam room and sauna which is on 3pm - 9pm daily. Location is 5 mins walk to Kitzbuhel train station and Hanhenkamm ski lift. We'll definitly book again. Nothing!

• Anna (6/5): - I really liked the location of the hotel, it is very convenient and beautiful. However, the hotel and the rooms are in need of renovation, and the overall facilities could be improved. Since there is no room service, it would be very helpful to have a fridge in the room with some basic drinks available. This was especially difficult for us as our daughter was sick, and we had to figure everything out on our own inside the hotel. Apart from the hotel facilities, the staff were very helpful, kind, and supportive, which we truly appreciated. For the amount of money we paid, these basic amenities should be provided at the very least. Since there is no room service, having a fridge with some drinks in the room would also be very helpful. It was quite difficult for us to manage everything on our own while caring for a sick child.

• Cynthia (9/5): Perfect location and excellent service - Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, and convenient ski room. Nice smelling soap/ shampoo/ conditioner. The staff really were standout… always smiling, always looking out to help, and were solution oriented! They even surprised me with a little cake to celebrate my birthday! Was quite warm everywhere in the hotel, especially in the breakfast room. Would recommend lowering the temp a bit as it was quite hot (and I’m normally someone who runs cold). Towels were quite thin.

• Munneke (7/5): Overpriced for what you get. Overall pleasant stay. - Great location, right in downtown Very friendly staff can help with anything, and always happy to brew coffee or poor a drink! Very large size rooms, very clean and comfortable bathroom/shower. Great breakfast, with lots of food options. Sauna is nice. For $675 a night I would expect queen or king beds, but instead you get split beds and individual blankets. No temperature regulation in room (very dry and hot). we could not do laundry in the hotel and had to go outside for that. The ski raum smells bad. Also we had the hotel arrange a taxi for us, and we had to walk 12 minutes to the taxi stand, we don’t understand why they couldn’t pick us up near the hotel.

It’s in an exceptional location, center of town and 3-5 minute walk to the gondola/main lift & local train station. The breakfast is incredible so I’d recommend opting for the breakfast. The spa area, equipped with sauna, steam room, and showers, were the perfect post ski treat. The service was incredible ! Maria and Paul went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable and special. Needless to say, we were sad to leave.

• Srđan (9/5): Nice hotel in the center of Kitzbuhel. - Very nice hotel in center of Kitzbuhel. Room was clean, staff were excellente. Room was very tiny, but it was comfortable. I didn't like that there was no fridge it the room, and no electric kettle, but staff opened bar earlier so I can get my coffee. I also didn't like that room was on the side where bars are, so had trouble with geting to sleep.

• Martina (9/5): Rundum zufrieden - Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gut gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es wurden verschiedene Eierspeisen angeboten, frisches Obst, Marmelade, Wurst, Käse, alles was man sich wünschen kann. Einzig, dass man sich schlecht für einen Parkplatz am Haus eintragen lassen kann, hat mich etwas betrübt. Der 2.te Parkplatz ist zwar nicht weit weg, aber so ist es aufwändiger 'schnell etwas aus dem Auto zu holen'... Ist aber kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Zimmer ist sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen und würde einer einer sanften Sanierung bedürfen, so wie das gesamte Hotel, es war aber sehr sauber. Sehr angenehmes Personal! Parkplätze vorhanden, kosten aber zusätzlich. Zum unterstellen des Mountain Bikes müsste man sich auf Dauer etwas überlegen.

The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Our stay at the hotel was extremely positive, and we truly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere.
